The location is unbeatablee right on Ocean Drive and literally steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything happening in South Beach.
I was fortunate enough to stay in a room with ocean view, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the property doesn’t have a pool, they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels which makes going to the beach super convenient.
If you’re looking for a well-located, clean, boutique-style stay in the heart of South Beach, this is a great option.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of yhe hotel /the room and the service provided. They also had some unexpexted daily happy hrd and activities. The beach cart in the room with beach towels..chairs and unbrella was also a very nice surprise. Oh and having the ability to a free washer and dryer was a big plus. Since it was walking distance to bars and restaurants. We had plenty of options.

There is a fantastic restaurant and bar on the first floor with world-class music. The hotel hosts rum tastings, flamenco dancers, and games. We had towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas in our room. The staff was amazing. I absolutely loved this place and want to go back! 10 out of 10!

Conveniently located near the beach, this hotel sits on the iconic Ocean Drive. We were only here for one night while waiting for our cruise to sail the next day. Just FYI, ubers will not drop off right in front of the hotel, so you are left walking down the sidewalk about a block with your luggage. Also, if you're not looking at the buildings directly, you will walk right past the entrance. There is a restaurant inside, so it almost looks like you would be entering into it instead.
I wasn't aware that this was a timeshare building until I had made the reservation, which is fine, just know going in that you will be approached. It's kind of off-putting. I know they are just doing their job, but I know for a fact that I am not interested in anything they are offering and really want to be left alone to relax.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but it was great. We got there early morning, and because they were completely booked up we were not able to check in early. Edward was amazing and helped to take our luggage, and gave us everything we needed for the beach. They also allowed us to sit on the roof top terrace, where we relaxed and slept for a few till our room was ready. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were 5 adults in the room and our oldest son said the couch was comfortable to sleep on. There was a lot to do around the hotel and plenty of restaurants and shoping. We didn’t rent a car so don’t know how the parking is there, but we were told it’s a little expensive. We walked around to the restaurants to eat and there were a lot to choose from, and all of them amazing. The beach is a short walk away, and the hotel provides you with a cart that has chairs and an umbrella, to make the beach more enjoyable. We will definitely be back to stay here again and for more than one night.

The first and fourth there was very loud consistent noise like a motor running all night. Even with ear plugs, the noise was extremely annoying and kept us awake all night. It wasn’t the air conditioning but coming from the walls. Although the staff was friendly, we are not recommendeing this hotel.

Marriott Vacation Club, South Beach was fantastic! I considered gatekeeping my review because this could be SoBe’s best kept secret. Anyone who frequents the area knows that many affordable hotels are dated. This was updated and modern with many bonus features to include: complimentary happy hours, smoothies, empanadas, discounts for local restaurants, bikes to borrow, a water refill station, and two huge bonuses- free washing machines and dryers and a beach cart (easy to push) with chairs and beach towels.
It is right on Ocean Dr. in the midst of the parties. But the room was quiet overnight! You are literally steps away from the beach and shops, restaurants, and parties. The room was spacious and modern and included a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. There were enough ports for cell phone/device charging. And for added security you need to tap your card to access the floor.
The only MINOR thing the hotel doesn’t offer is breakfast, but I’d rather have the other features than breakfast!
By the way, I’m a Bonvoy member, but didn’t book through Marriott, so these are amenities for all who stay at this location. 9.5/10.

I had a generally good experience at this hotel. The location is great just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and other interactions pleasant.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was visible hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and the towels were stained, which was off-putting. With just a bit more attention to cleanliness, this could’ve been a much better stay.

There was something different each day....Complimentary beer and wine at Happy Hour, ice cream, smoothies, beer tasting, bingo and wine, to name a few activities.... all of which were complimentary! The hotel is steps from South Beach AND the hotel provides a beach cart with 2 chairs, towels, an umbrella and an attached cooler. Also, upon entering the room, there was a complimentary welcome basket with champagne and treats. HIGHLY recommend staying here if visiting South Beach!!

Upon checking in, we were greeted by the manager (can’t remember his name but he had eye glasses). He asks for my name that was under the reservation and for my I.D. and he proceeds to check us in or so we thought. He checked us in under someone else’s reservation and had us pay. He “didn’t realize” til after our card went through. He said that he canceled it and we had to re-do the payment again, which we did. On top of that, our room was not ready while our other friends were.
Being back home now, we got charged 4 DIFFERENT TIMES by the hotel and one of the amount was different from the other 3 charges. This is such a huge disappointment because there is absolutely no reason for that many charges under one reservation! His apology was not sincere at all and felt like it was just brushed to the side.

The perfect hotel to visit Miami Beach in comfort and right in the middle of everything! Comfortable, large rooms with kitchenette, beach cart & amenities. Walk to the beach, right across the street, and a beautiful walkway with play area for kids... restaurants galore to the left and right of hotel. Convenient parking arrangement about a block away with Valet and Bell service. An excellent restaurant in the lobby with a Cuban theme and live Latin music. An added plus ... daily activities planned, i.e. Happy Hour, ice cream socials, paint N Sip, etc. You will really feel the Miami Vibe here. Highly recommend.

Had Room 308 at the rear. Not fancy but a decent size, it looks west, is quiet, is not overlooked, has a nice little balcony and gives good afternoon / evening light. The little kitchenette is very useful.
The quiet roof terrace is another boon. The hotel’s position on Ocean Drive & 14th St is away from the worst of the noise and craziness further down, and 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bustle of Espanola Way. Lincoln Rd shops are another 5-10 mins walk.
Staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, I’d say the hotel is fully priced, but if you want to know you’ll be looked after properly, it’s worth the extra.

The hotel staff are very nice. The hotel itself does not have any amenities. My husband is in a wheelchair and I specifically asked for an accessible room. We were put in a studio with a tiny bathroom. No handrails. This was a timeshare trade so I am a bit disappointed that the request for an accessible room was overlooked.

This is a time share property , so even though I paid for it like a hotel, they were still trying to push buying into their program. (They don’t call it time share -they call it something else where you earn points.). It was a really nice property and I would stay there again if I ever went back, but the push for the program-even though they were super nice-was really annoying.
The best part of this property was the fact that since Covid, the huge road in front of the hotel was closed to traffic. It was still part of the main drag, but there weren’t cars in front of it.

First impression was a lovely hotel. Nice staff clean. But they started remodeling the entire hotel I’m assuming (by the look of disarray) the morning that we left. So we were woken up at 6am by construction and then housekeeping tried coming in at 8:30 when checkout is 11am. You couldn’t walk through the hallways because of the the totes that they were using to take stuff out of the rooms. I understand you have to remodel hotels, but do not book guests the night before it starts. It was very unprofessional.

Our stay was really nice. We came up for a a baseball game and stayed the night. Our family of five fit comfortably in a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. TV had Netflix option ( must have own account). Room had a packed beach cart with towels and chairs. Beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Parking is valet, but located off site, 3 minute walk. No issues with parking and getting our car. The lobby staff is friendly (thank you Caesar, Anias, and Kyle). Free coffee in the morning, cocktail hour, and ice cream ( variable hours). There is no pool, but it is definitely not a deal breaker, with beach so close. Loved our stay, and it has our family’s stamp of approval!
