We enjoyed our 5-night stay. We felt safe and it was very quiet. The room was convenient and had everything we needed. When i couldn't get the dishwasher to work, I called reception and they sent maintenance over. We went out and came back to the dishwasher being on. The apartment is in need of some paint and some TLC but it was fit for purpose.

I thought it was a bit weird when I went down to reception and asked if I could get the room vacuumed because of biscuit crumbs and the vacuum was dropped off for me to do myself. I mean I'm not adverse to doing vacuuming on holidays but is this your policy, do it yourself? Apart from that, the buffet breakfast was average, there was only one type of cheese and the menu did not cater for international guests. And maybe just have a Bain Marie with poached eggs ready for people to take as the ordering system seems a bit superfluous. The frittatas are in little patty pans and most of it sticks to the patty pan as they don't use oil. I've been to buffet breakfasts around the world and it just seemed a little bit lackluster to me. None of the salt shakers work, they need to buy new Pepper and Salt shakers for every table. Also I think the Mantra has had its day, it seems dated for the price you pay. The shower head does not even have a hand held option for adjustable height and rinsing, just the old fashioned small inflexible shower rose. I'm being petty but I paid a lot so I have certain expectations for the tariff.

All round an ok stay, nothing special. Annoyingly I asked for early check in as I had an event with a 1pm arrival, asking for a 12:30 check in. They could not accommodate, and I was late.

The location and parking are great here, and the rooms are fine.

If you like a softer pillow, or options on pillows I would BYO

We had great fun, property is well maintained, on the beach and perfectly located for a short getaway. The rooms are getting a bit worn out but the staff makes up for it.
Great for kids and families- lots of games and activities in kids room, tennis court, pool, steam room etc. to keep everyone happy and busy. Evening at the garden bar was amazing too.

Our stay was great ,except we had one sleepless night due to a noise coming from a maintenance plant next to our room 206b. We spoke to Renee at reception and she was extremely helpful and put us in another room which was fabulous, the rest of our stay was great.

This motel covers a very large area, upon check in we were told we did not have parking & made park in a general area far from our room, a car parking spot numbered to our room was right outside our room ? after walking in the rain to access areas around the motel, the next morning when the question was asked why we did not have a park, we were told there was a park outside our room ??? Poor staff on check in !! Not happy !!

Very outdated, pool next to reception no privacy from people checking in and out. Spa was cold. Also sauna was split into male and female so couldn’t enjoy with my partner. No fan in bathroom and place needs total renovation. Location was the only positive.
Will not recommend.

During our stay, tradesmen were renovating a downstairs apartment. The noise wasn't too bad, but downstairs and in the adjacement block there were occasional drill and banging sounds. The apartment was clean, but just showing some signs of wear and tear, but everything worked and was modern. Amenities like soaps and great variety of teas and drink included. My only negative would be that the sofa bed was folded out when we arrived and was in the middle of the small living area, taking up almost all of the living room area, and we paid for the \"ocean view\" apartment, which I think is a bit misleading as it faces the tennis courts and the green area, which is nice, but the ocean is definitely not the predominant view. You can hear the ocean easily but there was another apartment block between us and the ocean and it is this block that was in the photos and I thought we were booking. That block however looked to be almost entirely undergoing renovations. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, top quality and very good price and great service. I would stay there again, but I would be clear about the room and orientation I was booking. ps. could do with some extra blankets in the room, had to leave the heater on overnight.

Looked like an old hospital building - the old section.
Lots of renovation going on and lifts were full of stuff due to Reno and noise levels bad in morning with workers

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it was a nice surprise to be told breakfast was included in my deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to beach and cafes was so easy and convenient. TV was easily switched to personal apps. The room had a small bar fridge, toaster and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee which was ideal for my stay. Loved the pool, spa and steam room. Will definitely return.

After 2 nights staying we discovered that the “curry” smell in the apartment was because previous occupants hadn’t properly cleaned the plates. After running all crockery and glassware through the dishwasher this was much better. Found that overall the apartments cleanliness was average with finger prints on the sliding doors, balcony hadn’t been swept or cleaned and overall the decor looks tired compared to other units we have stayed in before.

Parking is great, check in was easy, however the price you pay for a room is hefty for what you get. Pillows were soft but the mattress was hard as a rock.
Staff were fine, could of been more helpful.
Breakfast was good selection of food.
Overall, not bad but too expensive for a stay.

The room was a little bit dirty. Also we only had 1 saucepan. We had to borrow one from our neighbour so we could cook our bolognaise sauce to eat with our pasta. Should be better equipped in the kitchen. Frypan was also old and dirty and should be replaced.

The duel balcony spa rooms we booked were dirty. The balcony area, including the table and chairs were covered in leaves dust and filth. The lounge room blinds when you pulled them down in the lounge area were covered in dead bugs. The spa was dirty.

The kettle was dirty, and had black floaties in it. One of the blind shutters was broken. The spa bath didn't have a plug when we got one it didn't fit, so i couldn't have a bath before dinner.
