The tv wasn’t working right so I got moved to a new room the remote wasn’t working in the new room so they let me barrow the main remote also I had to call down for everything I had a kitchen suite with no dishes also for breakfast they had oatmeal but no bowls then when I asked for a bowl someone gave me a glass bowl that looked like it was from there house for their lunch and they just let me barrow it also the shower had hair in there and the lights in the room was not bright at all and the room didn’t smell fresh there’s no early check in I arrived at 230 I was told to come back at 3:00 and there’s no late check out I asked for a late check out and they guy said 11:00 but that’s normal check out time so I didn’t understand that

The curtain rod was hanging off, the cable barely worked and the internet I paid for $5.99 each day didn't work well. It was going in and out. Satellite cable is horrible. They need a better cable company. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfy.

Room was filthy. Had urine around toilet. Floor was dirty. Tub was dirty. I am one those who bring cleaning supplies with me every time. I must say i was not expecting it to be this disgusting. I would never stay here again.

Clean room, nice bed and pillows, friendly check-in staff, and great location to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate highway. It was especially great having the mini kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and two-burner stove.

I liked the full size refrigerator. That helped me out a bunch.
I did not eat at the property so I can't comment. It was a good hotel. Easy in, easy out, fairly priced.

Not so good. The bathtub had not been cleaned. The phone did not work or was disconnected in the room. Recommend independent hotel owner require a minimum of staff wearing a badge or identifiable shirt to know who is a staff member of the hotel. The vent in the bathroom and the air conditioner motors are too loud. Had to turn up the volume of TV to overhear it.

I would have preferred to have the coffee maker kitchen utensils in my room. However, requesting them from the front desk did work out.
Laundry worked really well and there were plenty of shops in the area. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Many stray people outside wandering around drinking beer on the curb at the hotel property. Came back outside to walk to dinner and found one guy looking into the backseat of my car. So i drove it to dinner and came back later parked in another area. He was gone. I felt very uncomfortable. I emptied all my belongings from my car into the room. very inconvenient. Then to top it off no hair dryer. The room was recently redone and in good condition but unless i felt safer i wont be returning.

Not a trip at the Beach … in Beachwood Oh

This facility claims to be an extended stay facility. However, it is less than comfortable. The bed definitely is not even a queen size bed. The bedding and sheets were dingy. The bathroom surround l appeared to be spray-painted and was peeling.
there was also an odor in the room. I attempted to apply a disinfectant spray in order to alleviate the aroma.

My recent stay at your facility was less than desirable. As a frequent traveler, I have stated both high-end and lower end hotel facilities. This was probably one of the worst facilities. As it advertises itself as an extended stay facility, the amenities were lacking. I do understand that decisions are made based on economic precursors. However, this facility lacked the basic necessities of an extended stay. The room was outfitted with a small kitchenette however, the essentials such as paper towels, a trashcan, etc. were not present.

The bathroom itself screamed of “DIY”remodeling. The bathroom surround appeared to be spray painted with some sort of epoxy paint, however, it was peeling. There were no toiletries available, such as the bare minimum of a lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. You are greeted with only two tiny bars of soap. This is less than desirable for someone who may be expecting the basic necessities of an extended stay facility.

Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a pleasant African-American woman. She did an excellent job of checking us in.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was cleanliness. There were a few pieces of what looked like dog kibble on the ground and there was some fur in the sink.

Property wasnt the best. First room tv didnt work, switched rooms. Sheets had stains, hand towels did too. Shower head was broken leaked and had to be held the whole shower. No counter space for belongings. The 1 staff member i did see was very helpful when i needed him.

We had 12 booked rooms. All of which were supposed to be pay at property at check in. At 1:30 my card was charged for ALL rooms, until my card maxed out. Check in isn't even until 3! I was told it was because it was a weekend. No where was that stated in the reservations. One room had flies. Key cards didn't work. Our door had to be forced open because it was stuck. Phones with no cords. Microwaves that were not ready to use. Staff was not equipped with any sort of customer service to offer suggestions to checkin issues.
