This was a fantastic stay in the heart of Miami Beach ... we would totally come back. Conveniently located to just about everything. The only small drawback was that the elevator was out in the building that we stayed in, so we got the European experience. The front desk could use a bit of extra support at times as well, but otherwise it was great!

The pool, bar, outside sitting area, the staff and location are amazing but the room itself was not so much. It was a pretty big room but it was SO hot, it has a water cooler and we had it the coldest it could get and it was almost impossible to sleep because it was that hot at night, there’s no ventilation in the room so that doesn’t help, the water in the shower barely comes out, there is no phone in the room, no WiFi password. If we needed anything we had to go to the lobby to ask which is fine but it’s not when it’s late at night. Also the room above us you can hear everything but that might have just been the guests, felt like they never slept so on top of it being so hot the noise didn’t help.

They were able to check us in early. The only downside to that was that our hotel room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken so I had to walk stairs. Another thing is we for some reason had issue with our room code so had to get a code for different times throughout our today’s day.

Other than that staff was great they were able to give us great locations to restaurants and we’re flexible with whatever we have questions on.

Overall not bad. Me and my husband traveled to Miami for few days. This hotel has multiple buildings. We arrived on Friday late night around 11pm, checked in and got our code for the door. It was in the far building “Davis” and the door wouldn’t open. As soon as we walked in the room, it was dirty with pubic and facial hair all over the bathroom. We went back and got another room with bigger bed in the main Kenmore building plus a bottle of prosecco as a gift and apologies for inconvenience. door code problems again. Had to go back again, because no one would pick up the phone at the reception. We walk in - Just to have a dirty room again. 30 min running around from building to building. Plus the elevators don’t work!!! Finally, after addressing the issue, we got yet another room ( third one - at the top floor, again no elevators) and at least this one didn’t have pubic hair in the bathroom. Was it clean room? No. But I can live with that. I doordashed some Clorox wipes from CVS and disinfected everything in that room top to bottom.
It was very frustrating, but at least we got an okay room at the end.
The building has a small pool which we never used. You can ask for towels at the reception if you plan to go to the beach or pool. Location is good. It’s right across from Miami Beach Police and two blocks from Ocean Drive.

We had an excellent stay at Kenmore Village but the only problem we encountered was the reservation mixed up. We intended to for three days that is Thursday till Sunday check out. Instead, we had our reservation only for two days ( Check - in on Friday and check-out on Sunday.

It is a well kept beach hotel- the rooms are not fancy, but good enough. The pool is not large, but sufficient for a good time by the pool. The hotel location is excellent and you are literally two blocks from Ocean Drive and the main attractions of Miami and the beach. Despite being on the first floor, we felt safe since the Miami Dade Police Station is in front of the hotel. Overall, excellent value for the location. We will return.

The location relative to the beach and restaurants on Ocean Dr and Lincoln Rd was great, as was the property's layout with pool and four buildings. The room was clean and spacious and beds and bathroom were fine. It would have been nice to have a sofa and dresser but we didn't really need them for a 1-night stay.

A good stay for the money but was not great for light sensitive sleepers like myself. Mirrors have a lot up power button embedded in them and blinds let's in way too much light (even when pulled down and curtains closed).

Also do not like they used door codes for the rooms. I'd rather have a standard room key card instead of trying to remember a 6 digit code (or having to look it up when memory fails).

They switch off the elevators, so guests have to climb the stairs. After long outings climbing stairs were really tiresome and didn’t suit me in my holiday leisure. Their cost cutting policy is at to that extent that they don’t supply drinking water in the room.

Staff wasn't that attentive, had to ask to be checked in, attitude seemed as though they were doing you a favor. Carpet was in need of being cleaned or replaced. Elevator was out of service, which was not ideal since my room was on the 4th floor. It is in a good location and the room was okay, those are the only positives I can give.

This is a wonderful spot in South Beach, offering spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms where you can truly relax. It's conveniently located just two blocks from the beach, three blocks from the charming Espanola Way, and five blocks from Lincoln Road. Wow, we truly loved our stay at the Kenmore! Everything was fantastic—it's hard to know where to start. The staff, the pool, the patio, the perfect location, and even the spacious room—especially considering it's in South Beach, Miami, housed in a beautiful Art Deco building. We loved our stay here, the location is super, walk distance from the Art Deco part of South beach, close to Versace maison, and walking around feels safe. The property is stylish and comfortable. There was noise issue the first room we had been assigned. After speaking with staff from front desk we were relocated to a quieter building right away. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant every morning. Simple menu but well presented dishes, very pleasant, but could be a bit light. All staff are nice and friendly. Would recommend definately.

The rooms could use some upgrades for better comfort and modern convenience. Small details were missing, such as a soap holder in the bathroom, windows that open for fresh air, and USB chargers.
That said, the staff was very polite and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. They feel like a true Caribbean island escape lush, relaxing, and exceptionally well done.

While the location and room were good, The listing details touts a coffee shop, a bar and an elevator. The facility was dead as was the elevator when we arrived. No alcohol served onsite despite the “Hotel Happenings” sign at the front desk talking about a complimentary happy hour. We were on the 4th floor with no elevator with a 78 year old man. Additionally there was no access to the rooftop terrace as stated and highlighted on the listing. Overall, a “resort fee” is ridiculous when there are no resort-like amenities beyond a pool (that most hotels offer for free). If you are going through management changes, I would consider updating your listing to reflect the status of your property.

Elevator broken. The poolside cabanas were covered in stains and looked very undesirable to lay in. The chairs were nice and the pool was nice. My bed on one side was completely caved in. The “cafe” never had anyone working it. There was a guest in front of us in line that sounded like she had very real complaints that the staff basically dismissed. I guess it worked for one night but would not recommend using this for your vacation. The staff sometimes seemed friendly and other times seemed annoyed to be talking to you

The location was perfect. The hotel is taking shape and they are still ironing out the bugs. The cleaning staff were very late to make up the room daily. There was no way to ask them not to clean. They always forgot something, either to replenish the towels or the coffee. every day we had to go to the elevator was out and there was no one to help cary front desk. The worst thing was that the elevators do not work and no one to help carry our luggage.

Broken elevator, apparently for weeks! And since we were on the fourth floor, that made it extra fun to carry our luggage up and then down the next morning. We arrived several hours early due to our cruise, but could not get into the room until the normal 4:00pm check in. They held our luggage though, so that helped.
Nice location, great cafe and pastry place across the street.
The room itself was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and huge shower and sink area.

We arrived a little early and dropped of our cases our room was very nice if a little dated as is the hotel.We were on tge 4th floor and the lift has been was out of order and has been for years according to the staff. It was difficult walking uo 4 flights every time. Our room was cleaned the next day but the bathroom bin was not emptied the maid did not leave us any fresh towels and tge bathroom was not cleaned neither was tge balcony as there was a old bittle on it from befire we arrived and it was still there 3 days later when we left.The balcony door would not lock so we felt a bit exposed as other rooms could just walk onto our balcony from theirs and then enter our room Thankfully nothing like this happened.The hotel staff are nice and its in a great location just needs updating and improving the facilities.

Rooms were cleaned each day with new towels and beds made. The staff was extremely polite and were able to get us into our room right when it was ready, which ended up being 6 hours early. The pool was an amazing amenity. Breakfast was not included, and the bar was only serving remade drinks at the time of our stay. There was no ice machine on the property. Overall the location was amazing, very close to everything you could want. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone

We stayed here 2 nights before our cruise. Great location, the hallways are a bit outdated but the rooms are a different world - all updated. Our room was great, nice and clean. Another couple we travelled with had issues with their AC but the staff gave them another room. Ours worked perfectly fine.

Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working while we were there but we survived!

There’s multiple different buildings with rooms which I didn’t know when we booked, we went around to a few looking for the lobby lol. The lobby is in the first building you see!

Happy hour was great and so was the pool, we chilled there when we weren’t out around south beach.
