The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The room appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was especially concerning, it had visible stains and looked unhygienic to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. Because of this, our group had to squeeze three people into each bed.

They have one elevator that doesn’t work, we stayed 4 nights on the fourth floor and had to walk up the entire trip. They didn’t have any ice machines that worked, we had to walk down to get a little ice from the bar. They don’t have do not disturb cards for any of the rooms. We paid extra for a balcony and it overlooked the police station. We couldn’t take our car out of the $45 a night parking because the police blocked off the street for days. They have no intention of repairing their elevator, worst hotel ever.

What a great location ! Easy walk to everything… beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife.
Room very clean and modern.
Was surprised housekeeping came every day.
However did not leave refills of shampoo conditioner and body wash. So that didn’t make sense to me.
Pool area was gorgeous.
So many places to sit in the courtyard. Really really nice and inviting.
There wasn’t an ice machine any place on property which again didn’t make sense.
People at check in were great. Very quick.
Loved the fact that you could get towels to take to beach. Really convenient.
Parking could be a problem. First day had to park in parking garage that charge very 5 hours so spent $80 which was terrible.
Went to the other parking garage that hotel suggested. Got lucky because the close often when they get full. Have to save a certain number of spaces for court people so they open and close at any and all different times. But they are only $20 for 24 hours which is totally reasonable . Very safe to park there as well because it is manned 24/7
Would definitely stay at this location again.

My wife and I don't travel a lot, but when we do we are very cost-conscious. We mostly book hotels away from the city, so some of our expectations may be high for a city hotel like the Kenmore.

The first thing we found is that there is NO PARKING ON-SITE. While many city hotels offer a parking lot or garage, the Kenmore has nothing. You need to park at a nearby garage, which is bad unless you come on a weekend or holiday. They charge by the hour with a max of $20 for 24 hours.

The room was extremely small, and the furniture was just a desk, a chair, one night table. There was not even room for the suitcases: we put them on the floor.
The bathroom was tiny with very little room for toiletries and the shower had no place for shampoo or wash cloth. A step from the room to the bathroom was dangerous.

The room opened with a code, but they gave us key fob after we complained.

Beautiful outdoor sitting area, 10 min walk to the beach, clean

Pool closes at 'dusk' (about 7pm)
Only one night table, one chair, no dresser, no microwave, no place to put suitcases

This hotel showed no concern for guest safety or comfort. I am pregnant and was promised a first-floor room because the elevators were broken. That promise was never honored.

Our room had a bad odor and an ant infestation, and the front desk refused to move us. There was no phone in the room to call for help, and the provided number didn’t work properly. Bedding caused back pain, adding to the discomfort.

The experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and poorly handled.
Do not stay here—especially if you are pregnant or expect basic hospitality.

Front desk person upon arrival was in a grumpy mood. My wife and I haven't had a vacation in ages and we were upbeat until that. I asked how it's going to be friendly, he responded, \"well it's going\" in a sarcastic voice. I asked \"going good or bad?\" He replied, \"good question\" then ignored my attempt to connect in a friendly way. Not a big deal, just rude.

I asked for a spare blanket since we have a baby and he made it seem like a big request but ultimately sent one up. I tipped of course.

The lobby and especially the hallways had an incredibly strong cleaning odor. So much so my wife and I joked we had to hold our breath as we walked all the way to our room.

Elevators were broke.

They didn't clean our room the next day. We finally got home from the beach and were looking forward to fresh towels at least. I had to go find a maid in the hallway and she asked if I wanted a cleaning. I said I did, but it's 5pm and we have to put our baby to sleep. They laughed and handed me towels.

I asked the barista for a cafecito, a staple Miami Cuban espresso and despite speaking fluent Spanish she acted like she never heard of it. Tiny thing, but we are on vacation and why have a cafe in your lobby and not serve the most basic espresso drink.

Bed was comfy and water pressure nice. Outdoor area was nice as well.

The bell hops were friendly and gave us a good recommendation to eat.

The resort fee felt excessive considering they didnt have the towels that were listed as a part of the fee and overall the hotel isnt a resort. Its was average hotel lodgings with nothing special about to justify the fee and absent the fact that it was an acceptable place to lay my head, it wasnt the kind of hotel you spend more time at than you need to. For the price, i would not stay here again

Lovely big room with comfortable big bed. Lots of outside seating. Pool area was small but nice and we always got a daybed because it wasn't busy. Great location for all the restaurants and bars in South Beach. Very short walk to the beach itself. Only downside for me was the rooms use a punchpad code system through multiple doors so it took ages to get from outside to the room. It did feel safe however.

It’s definitely a “budget” motel. Aside from mold growing on the shower ceiling (I took photos,) the room was clean. Good location, convenient and safe.

My main concern is that I asked to NOT have anyone enter the room while I wasn’t there and they definitely did - there was no trash to dispose of, so their intrusion was not welcomed or needed - they made the bed without changing my sheets so what was the point?

Also, the hotel was out of pool/beach towels every single day. I don’t understand this. They are two blocks from the beach AND have a pool. They know how many guest rooms they have. How difficult is it to either have enough towels or run a few loads of laundry during the day?

Etc it makes no since even motel 6 has a phone and what would u do in case of emergency?!! Has to be a liability issue on the hotel if something were to happen and there was a delay on response time because there is no phone and no elevator and you have to run down to the front desk?!! Makes no sense.
Them they say it’s always someone there?!! That doesn’t help me no one wants to walk up and down stairs for simple stuff this place is a joke

Truck stop motel disguised as a boutique hotel. Carpets in the hallways and stairwell are stained and filthy. Rooms are small without enough space for even a single toiletry bag in the bathroom. Slow and inflexible check in. Be prepared to wait 30+ mins as they force everyone to check in after 4pm. No insulation in the walls with constant noise. No mini fridge. Not even a soap dish in the shower. These are things even a $70 motel would offer, but Kenmore Village has none of them and I paid $270/night. I tried to change rooms twice and was denied without any concessions. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Nice staff, they allowed us to check in early, that was a lifesaver. The pool is pretty. Parking is a block away at the police station, $45 a night (that is average). Breakfast is 3 blocks away - we will skip it next time and find breakfast on our own. Overall, loved the location and the stay was good.

The room was generally ok as far a size and amenities. However, the room was very noisy (loud vehicles and loud people) all through the night due to the proximity to the street. The bed was terrible. The mattress had simple panels below it, which would lift up and drop down making loud bangs every time one would move on the bed. I am sure the person in the floor below hated it. The lack of parking was a problem. The paid parking lots are only good for 8 hours and the nearest 24hr parking garage was full. I had to get up at 2:00am and move my car to a parking garage further away. On the Expedia ad it said valet parking was available. In reality, it was not except for a lucky few.

Flew in late with my family after a cross-country trip and this hotel gave away our confirmed reservation. No warning. No solution. No accountability. We were left scrambling across Miami in the middle of the night with kids and luggage.

Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this place at all costs. Legal action pending.

Kenmore Village is a beautiful place, and the staff were great. However, I gave it a 2-star rating because we stayed in the Bel Air building on the lower ground floor, and we could hear every footstep from the people above us on the second floor. It was really loud. We asked the front desk if we could be moved, but they never got back to us. I even talked to the people on the second floor, and it turned out there were four kids, which is why it was so noisy.

Rooms was just okay nothing to talk about. The housekeepers didn’t clean daily but they do change your towels and may sometimes make the bed but that’s it no sweep or mop floors remain dirty. I was cool with the service until I saw cockroaches start popping up everyday after that changes everything for my wife she was so unstable after that and wanted to leave.

It's a great place. No bottled water in the room like other hotels. Also, the check-in is at 4 pm. Even if rooms are available, they make you wait. Kind of rude! I arrived at 2:45, but they ultimately let me into the room early; it was a struggle, and I listened to stories about no clean rooms available. The elevator remained broken. The \"breakfast included\" oven remained broken. How is that possible?? Location is awesome. People are wonderful. The pool water is freezing. Why not heat the pool????

I stayed here with my mom, and while the location was convenient, the overall experience was just average. The staff was not particularly friendly or personal, and interactions felt very minimal. We were told we would be called about an early check-in, but that never happened, which was disappointing.

The hotel had signs advertising ice machines and filtered water stations, but none of these were actually available during our stay. The room itself was okay, but the AC unit was very old and extremely loud, which made it hard to relax and sleep comfortably.

Overall, it felt like the staff put in the bare minimum effort, and the hotel could benefit from better communication, updated amenities, and improved service.

Très déçu par mon séjour. Contrairement à ce qui est clairement indiqué sur Expedia, il n’y a aucun service de valet parking. À la réception, on m’a simplement répondu que ce service n’existe plus depuis longtemps, ce qui est trompeur puisque l’information est toujours affichée lors de la réservation.

L’accueil était très ordinaire, sans chaleur ni professionnalisme. Le personnel ne semble pas du tout soucieux des clients, aucune volonté d’aider ou de trouver une solution, attitude indifférente.

Globalement, l’expérience ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the room was super comfortable. Being so close to the beach made our trip even better. Kenmore is a great choice for a Miami getaway.

Kenmore Hotel was exactly what we were looking for in Miami. Quiet, charming, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Kenmore staff is very friendly and provide good service. The beds are very comfortable. The property itself is fine, but on the photos it looks a lot more pretty.

However, the rooms need serious improvements. They are very humid and it feels quite claustrophobic inside. I could not sleep well at all. In addition, the coffee provided is very weak...I did not enjoy it at all.

Room was grubby on arrival. We requested it to be cleaned & it wasnt cleaned at all the 3 nights we were there.
We had to request clean towels, they replaced on3e owel for 2 of us.
