Great location but I had to change beds 3 times before getting one that wasn’t already taken or puked on. There were people passed out everywhere at 6pm! The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were accommodating for the change of beds but seemed disorganized in regards to what was happening in the dorm.

I stayed at this hostel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The common areas were reasonably clean, and the linens provided were perfectly clean, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Eric at the reception — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the check in check out process smoother. Overall, a good value for the price and a comfortable place to stay near Miami beach.

The bed is cheap and perfect for us spending just one night in Miami to leave on a cruise the next day. The signage could be better, we had to rely in other travelers to find our way with the doors and navigating the place. There is a strong body odor scent throughout, but you get what you paid for. The location is perfect, right down the street from many bars and restaurants.

I truly appreciate my stay here! You definitely get what you pay for the place is clean, well-sanitized, and well-maintained, especially considering it’s a shared space. The morning cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful with everything I needed. The only small challenge was the language barrier with some guests, but aside from that, everything was great. I had such an enjoyable time and got to network with so many amazing people in the lounge areas upstairs and downstairs. It’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere here. This was my second stay, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Well,before I get to the property itself,let me start with my check-in experience/staff,I prepaid through Expedias website and was notified at least 2 times about a $50 deposit for incedentials,and I was prepared for that,what I was not prepared for was an $11 a day resort fee that was not displayed on Expedias website,so I first show my receipt to the hotel front desk agent and he is adamant that I owe this fee,i said no I don’t because it was not recorded on Expedias website &even the Hostel sent an email at length upon booking about what was required at check in and it was not resort fees,I then call Expedia and they confirm the same thing that the only additional charge would be the security deposit,mind you my battery is dying because I in error left the house without my charger but the staff was gracious enough to let me plug-in however I had to end up borrowing the money to cover resort fees 👎 It was late and I was tired of arguing and everybody knows that people who chose hostels normally do so because it’s economical,needless to say the resort fee is posted on Posh’s website but not on Expedias so as a traveler/customer I felt misused.I spoke with Expedia at length about it and they promised me a refund but we will see how it goes,in the meantime the hotel and the travel website need to reconcile this,In other news the sleeping area was clean but not private and the under bed locker does not fit your all travel belongings,the area in the back was much more secluded

Terrible experience at front desk. The room is listed as 2 people but it is actually two beds in a giant mixed shared room. Staff has no power - or desire - to help. Tried to contact the reservations department myself as the front desk was not calling them but they could not do much either. Ended up booking another hotel, therefore I cannot review things like cleanliness and comfort.

The location was quite good, but the cleanliness was terrible. The sheets they gave as “clean” had stains on them. The toilets were very dirty, only cleaned once a day, and almost every time I went in there, I found feces inside. At night, nobody turned off the lights and there was no management controlling the noise.
There were no outlets in the dorm, so charging my phone was a real struggle. The lockers under the beds were not practical at all — every time you opened or closed them, they made so much noise that it disturbed everyone around.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, bus stops, and dining spots along Collins, Washington, and Ocean Drive. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I was initially assigned a bed with a broken locker and later moved to a top bunk partially covered by a low ceiling, which made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was poorly maintained and caused back discomfort. While the staff is friendly and the cleaners do a great job, the lack of monitoring in common areas and bathrooms is an issue. Guests often leave restrooms dirty and unflushed, and loud TV use in the common area starts early and goes late into the night, disturbing others. More oversight and improved maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

When you check in you get a set of card keys for the entrances of where you’ll be staying. They were unnecessary as all areas are accessible without key cards. You, or anyone else, can enter any part of the sleeping area whenever you’d like without access limitations. Bathrooms and showers were dirty for the entirety of our stay with toilet paper in the showers and in clogged toilets, but none to use in the toilet paper holder areas. However, front desk staff were nice and the location is convenient- very close to the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying anywhere else.

I booked there based on the fact that they accepted the same ID the previous month. This cost me money I did not have budgeted. I had to borrow money to book somewhere else and ended up with no booking at all. It is beyond me how they can justify taking my hard earned money without providing me any service. The host said that I would have to get a refund through the Expedia app but when Expedia contacted them for the refund they did not reply. Then when they finally responded after procrastinating and causing lots of confusion and frustration they denied the refund even though they provided no service or lodging whatsoever. No explanation and no refund.

I consider myself mildly claustrophobic and germaphobic haha, but this place was nicely cleaned and if something wasn't (since this is a mixed hostel and some people can get really messy...🤢...🥰) they would clean right away for the short time when I was inside, for I was outside for most of my stay. And plenty of outdoor space and furniture areas to enjoy. I really enjoyed that! Plus the indoor amenities such as laundry, TV room and space was nice!
I just want to add one suggestion for improved safety for everyone💝 The locker for the upper bunk should be assigned on the same side as the ladder that they have to come down on. Instead of the bottom bunk person having a locker right below the ladder that the upper bunk person has to climb down causing the person on the upper bunk to have to wait until the person on the bottom bunk is finished rummaging through their locker so they can close it for them to safely come down.

Problème avec EXPEDIA qui me facturent 2 FOIS le prix solo (il y a des offres à 27 ,54,81 qui ne correspondent à rien) . Accueil un peu tendu à l hotel mais on m'a trouvé une solution pour qu au final cela me coute moins cher( MERCI ) . Le lieux est superbe .. grande salle de vie avec grande cuisine ouverte , un énorme ilot central, deux grands canapés, une grande TV, 3-4 coins pour aller sur son ordi .. Ensuite ,on descend dans le dortoir deux grandes pièces où il y aurait 20 lits superposés .. deux ilots de toilette et SDB. le Tout est sale .. un peu partout . dans la pièce de vie et dans les dortoirs. Il y a du personnel de ménage qui reste plusieurs heures mais ils ne nettoient pas TOUT tous les jours.. (des taches sont restées sur le lavabo deux jours de suite) . Les personnes sont aimables (sauf un qui vraisemblablement en a marre de nettoyer la saleté des autres). Le problème ce sont les personnes qui viennent dormir 80% doivent être bien 20% des gens sales mal elevés.. font tomber de la nourriture ne nettoient pas. roule des cigarettes dans les toilettes laissent du tabac partout..allongé avec les chaussures sur le canapé ou toi tu t assis 10 minutes après en short ou jambes nues.. des gens qui parlent fort au réveil, téléphones etc.... il faudrait que quelqu'un de l hoteldorme dans le dortoir pour mettre un peu d ordre et expulser certains si besoins (plusieurs personnes sont parties car ambiance lourde + saleté)..dommage

My friend and I stayed in this place my friend though is a little older than me and had a bad shoulder that was recently undergone surgery we told them this as soon as we found out that we staying upper bunk bed also the bed numbers are so hard to find that we went back to let them know in the front desk and the 3rd time I told to just come and show it to us. They said that we can talk to someone next day see if there’s going to be a bottom be available. But every time we tried talking to someone they will tell us it’s already reserved even though it there were 2 bottom beds available the day we asked again for the 3rd time and they not only very un accommodating but no customer service skills
