Loved this hotel. Great location for South Beach.

It is well maintained, very clean with helpful, friendly staff.

2 pools, free bike hire and a discount on food & drink for residents.

It is central for South beach, but at the beginning so noise is not as much of an issue as some other properties.

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent pool, indoor/outdoor bar, location, and rooms are cosmetic surgery immaculate. The issue is this place is noisy, music obnoxious-level blaring from 10am-11pm. If you are in building 2 it sucks; feels more like a nightclub than hotel. We love south beach but the hotel should offer some respite from the nonstop street and restaurant noise. Long story short this is the right hotel if you want to sleep in a disco but not the right one if you want some quiet...

Everything was perfect from the location right on the strip and across from the beach, the decor and vibe, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a perfect size for my daughter and I. We knew to call for our car early, so never had any problems with the valet service (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Tiny and overpriced, with hardly any room to breathe. The location is excellent, which is really the only standout feature; it feels like a trade-off. Free breakfast was a small plate with 3 fixed things. We had to purchase things separately. Overall, I wouldn’t book it again. We visited on a quiet weekday, and even a basic upgrade cost hundreds of dollars.

First time stayed in the middle building. Even there is elevator but quite and nice. Clean hotel, nice staff.

This time stayed in the main building. Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming.

When we needed to go to beds the Park Central South Beach doubled our rate. When we wanted to go back to the half price room they said only available after the doubled price plus $100. We didn't pay it and stayed in the double ADA (good room by the way) but it faced the alley. The hotel seemed more interested in the restaurant than the lobby and hotel guests.
We will most likely refrain from returning.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. There are 4 buildings and 4 restaurants. We enjoyed the multiple menus and varied ambiance. Our room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was no problem with noise.We had a great view of the ocean. There is a lovely park outside the hotel, great people watching and beach access. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. And they gave us bottles of water for the beach. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to South Beach!

The room was ok, coffee maker didn't work, only 2 towels no wash clothes. When you went to the front desk you felt like you were bothering them. The pillows were to soft, didn't supply water, you would think for the price they could afford 2 bottles of water. The lady at the pool was awesome and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent hotel with a few problems. Our room was probably the worst on the property from a location standpoint, but it was still pretty solid. Outside noise was blocked for the most part. However, the noise from the room above us was borderline unbearable. The room was beautiful despite that and the noise was only 6-8 am. The staff were pretty nice. The breakfast included was the definition of a continental breakfast, but it was still very good. Parking is pretty bad. On a good day, the valet takes 20-30 minutes to get your car. We had a MAJOR screwup with parking. The hotel staff was apologetic, but gave me free parking for only one day. $50 compensation for a two hour wait to get my car when I had a flight to catch was pretty lousy. However, I made my flight, so it’s easier to forgive. Overall, if I had been on a top floor and parking wasn’t such a pain this would have been a great place to stay.

The Room was ok they put us at the far end of the hall way in the stairwell and had a horrible smell. AC kept shutting down had to reset it multiple times. Ask numerous times one day to get the room cleaned. We decided to leave a day early. Pool was nice . Food is a no go but lots of choices on the strip. Lobby furniture very dirty and outdated. Not so sure if the reviews are real nor accurate as we are not picky people!

Park Central SB is a wonderful hotel with clean rooms, a GREAT staff that goes over and beyond to accommodate your needs and requests. It's centrally located and easily accessible to shopping, the beach, and countless bars/restaurants. The on-site bars, restaurants and patios have great food and drinks. You will enjoy this hotel. The only two things that people should be aware of is that if you valet, call one hour in advance of needing your car, and perhaps bring your own washcloths, if you use them, because they don't give you any, and/or the ones they do have been overly used.

This place needs maintenance, and new management. Only got one bath towel, no washcloths, half the outlets don’t hold a plug as they’re so worn out. Had to charge the phone away from the bed. Room safe didn’t work. One cabinet door only closed partway. Elevator worked only half of the time (we were on 3rd floor), had to use emergency stairs to lug up luggage when we arrived - was so ridiculous it was almost funny. Those stairs were only about 3 1/2 feet wide. Fortunately, the bellhop carried our heaviest piece. Waited 40 minutes before being served breakfast. No one asked what we wanted for breakfast, but just brought the free continental breakfast (was ok - continental). We were told checkout time was noon when we checked in. They said you must ask for a later check out in the morning. They told us in the morning that checkout time was 11, but that they would extend it to noon. No apologies for the error, no customer service skills at all from the front desk manager. Called front desk to order our car back from valet when getting ready to check out at noon and no one answered. Finally just went downstairs and sat in lobby and waited for car for 25 minutes. Elevator worked that day. Shower was awesome. Location was awesome. AC was great. Bed was good. Hair dryer was best I’ve ever used in a hotel. Valet service for car was great as parking in South Beach is horrible.

On check in we were given our keycard and let ourselves into someone else’s room. It then took them half an hour to find us another room. There is only a small wardrobe in room with 4 hangers there are absolutely no drawers in the room so we weren’t able to unpack. The toilet door was a sliding door which was really hard to shut and it didn’t have a handle inside the bathroom so you weren’t able to open it if you shut it fully. There’s only 1 lift and for half the time we were there it didn’t work. There’s absolutely no security in the hotel anyone can walk in off the street and use the pool or go to someone’s room. We were pretty disappointed with our stay having spending a lot of money in 2 rooms.

The property is right on the beach and really easy to get too. The staff was really nice. They do not replace your sheets unless requested. They only replace linens every 3 days so if that’s not cool for you I wouldn’t stay here. They also don’t give you towels when they clean the rooms. You have to request them and I did not receive the face towels I wanted when I asked. They provide free beach towels and chairs if you’re going to the beach which was really nice and you get 15% off the restaurants connected to the hotel for all meals and Meet Dalia gives you a free breakfast. It’s enough unless you want eggs and meats. You can’t hear the room next to you however you can hear when people slam the door in the hallways. If you’re coming for a few days it’s a good hotel!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not love when house keeping came in our room. To preface, we didn’t have any dressers, counter space, or sink space to put items. Fine..I had everything organized, all my hair things. Clean clothes on one side of the suitcase and dirty on the other, all organized. Same for my husband. When house keeping came in they flipped our suitcases closed so it was just a mound of clothes. For why you ask? They didn’t even clean the floors so idk. They knocked my things off of my nightstand to the floor, I guess to wipe it down. All my hair items were on the BACK OF THE TOILET. I thought maybe it was to wipe the 1inch of sink space I had. Nope. Nothing was wiped down.
Every time they came in, they took our towels that were hung up and didn’t replace them. We hung up the placard so they just would not come in. They still did.
Other than that issue, the hotel was fine. It did the job. It was also quiet at night, which I didn’t think was possible in that area.
Also, I ordered a drink and didn’t realize it was $60 until another guest let me know. Insane for a drink.

South Beach is a very rundown area. The area and the hotel is very busy. Service is very slow. People barely speak English. The rooms at the hotel are decent but small. The bathroom is also small with no storage. Breakfast is not open buffet. They just bring you a plate with pasties and basic food. Nothing special. Pools are not bad but very busy. Ocean is very wavy. If you want just a vacation with sun and beach, go to Dominican to an all inclusive resort. South Beach is very expensive. I would stay at a chain hotel like Iberostar or Roy next time

Stayed at Park Central South Beach and honestly, the experience was frustrating despite some decent aspects.

The first shock was that there is no elevator in Building 2. This is something that should absolutely be disclosed upfront. To make things worse, there is only one luggage trolley, so I had to wait nearly 20 minutes after check-in just to get it—and still ended up carrying some of my luggage up two floors.

The biggest issue, however, was the valet service. Checkout was at 11 AM, and I requested my car at 11:05. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes, which is reasonable—but I didn’t receive my car until 1 PM. That’s almost a 2-hour wait, with zero proactive communication.

What made it worse was the front desk attitude. Instead of acknowledging the delay or helping, I was told it was my responsibility to plan accordingly. That’s unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby and trying to make it to the airport on time.

Overall, the lack of transparency, poor logistics, and indifferent customer service overshadowed everything else. Good luck to anyone staying here—be prepared for unnecessary stress, especially during checkout.

The property was ok. Our original room was unacceptable given it was off the stair well, but they did relocate us up one request. The elevator was out of service for 1 day. The pool was one of the better amenities though the music is at a higher level that would be more party than read a book. The location is right in the middle of the strip, so if you prefer a more quiet vacation, I would look elsewhere. It was a good value compared to other options we looked at … so you get what you pay for.

This place was really nice very close to the beach and Boardwalk. Staff was really nice and helpful. Having one error of elevator was kinda annoying because of the weight but other than that it was fine.
