Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. Adorable room. Loved the library for drinking my morning coffee. Only complaint is the website said there was a section of the beach that had chairs for hotel guests but when I asked at front desk where that was they just handed me a beach chair that I had to carry to the beach myself . Pool area is amazing, I was there during the week and could have any chaise lounger I wanted and it was so comfortable . I will absolutely stay again!

It’s a beautiful hotel… We were in a room that was ADA compliant… So we did not have a glass protected wall in the shower… Just a very small little shower curtain and every time we showered there was water absolutely everywhere… Told the front desk that we would need more towels or if we could get a second shower curtain added just to try to stop some of the water… They were slow to respond. Also on Friday, Saturday and Sunday… There is a pool party that outside people are allowed to purchase a ticket to attend… So the pool area was very busy… Which absolutely can be a lot of fun, but there are only 10 lounge chairs available for hotel guests to sit in that don’t cost money. Every single pool bed or pool chair or pool sofa was all had to be paid for so if you did not get there early and get one of the pool loungers… There was nowhere to sit unless you just sat in the pool or on the ground by the pool… Pool parties a lot of fun… Very lively… But just be prepared.

The hotel has a great location — both the beach and Ocean Drive are within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
On the downside, the room was quite small and not soundproof. We could clearly hear music from the neighborhood, which was a bit disruptive. The breakfast was good in terms of quality, but the price was very high — even considering the prime location.

To start, staff at check in laughed at me for requesting an early check in stating there was a queue despite me being the only person in the lobby, only for there to be a shift change and to be quickly accommodated less than one hour later. No Prosecco as promised upon arrival. $45 daily resort fee that does not provide any amenities because there are only 8 first come, first serve pool lounge chairs, nor does it provide any beach chairs since they are also first come, first serve & despite advertising a \"partnership\" with Boucher Brothers on the beach, it still cost me $100+ for two beach chairs, one umbrella and two waters, so remind me again of the resort fee's purpose when this hotel could hardly be described as a resort? Not to mention this hotel advertises itself as something it's not - it falls very short of being a luxury boutique hotel with direct beach access when in reality it's located in an alleyway & you have to walk several blocks to get to a public beach. The room was not clean on arrival, there were 4 cans and a used beverage cup in the fridge and the bathroom products were not stocked nor refreshed at any point during the stay unless specifically requested. The shower quite literally flooded the entryway every time it was used to the point that when the floorboards near the bathroom door were stepped on, water seeped out from under them. Also for being located in an alleyway, the hotel is not secure even at late night hours. Have a goodtime elsewhere!

Everything was good, except the check in process. Our room was not ready, they told us they’d call us when our room were to be ready which they never did. They said that they’d take mostly 30 min which after an hour 30 I went down to the lobby and the room was ready and they had never given us a call. They also never gave us instructions on how to use the WiFi network.

We needed a hotel for the College Football Championship game and completely hit the jackpot. This is an amazing hotel in the absolute best location. The decor aligns with the feel of Miami and its cool vibe with pinks and beautiful accents (wicker lamps, poofs with finge, etc.). We enjoyed the gorgeous pool despite a few morning sprinkles. Hector and Diego accommodated our drink requests also providing good information on the pool party at Strawberry Moon. The happy hour menu is exactly what we needed with a few bites at very reasonable prices. We’d read the rooms are small but didn’t feel cramped in any way. There’s plenty of room for two people with a well-designed use of space. I even took a work conference call in the library which provided a comfortable and accommodating space with a bonus beautiful backdrop. Finally, the physical gym space is small but again, the hotel thoughtfully made it accessible to an outdoor deck to enjoy a view while you work out. The goodtime provided the BEST time!

The rooms are small, very Euro. The staff were extremely helpful. It was walking distance to South Beach, and other restaurants. Food delicious and bar service was extremely efficient. This was a busy weekend, College National Champioships, lots of parties, and Pool parties were outstanding!!! Salt water pools, could use more poolside seating, but for first time in Miami, this was a great experience. I will be back.

Had a great stay at The Goodtime Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from check-in through checkout, which really set the tone for the trip. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained—cleanliness clearly feels like a priority here. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything South Beach has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again.

I arrived an hour or so after check-in time and was told no room was available. I needed to take two work zoom calls and needed quiet and privacy so the public space options would not work. Thankfully, it got resolved but I did have to be persistent. Also, the check-in process was super slow. It took about 30 minutes for them to check in two other guests. Then, when it came to breakfast…I order their signature omelette meal and ask for mushrooms and onions. They don’t have mushrooms. Then, I switch to the signature egg dish that offers chicken sausage as a side. No chicken sausage. The service in general was lackluster given that it was not busy. People were not friendly as I would expect given the perceived vibe of the hotel. Now, the pool. They make a big deal about it but unless you’re paying $1000 or more dollars, don’t expect much. The small section for paying guests fills up quickly and has little shade. On my last day, as I’m walking down the halls I notice dirt on the walls as if a drunk person came back from the beach and left their trail. I’d assume that housekeeping would be on that immediately. It didn’t seem as if anyone cared. Overall, I was not impressed with the hotel and even left early because I was not having a good time.

The housekeeping staff did an amazing job—while the area around the hotel was sometimes dirty, the facility itself was always very clean. The downsides are that the rooms are very small, more suitable for one person rather than two and the staff on tge pool are very rude on tge weekends that you will not be able to enjoy or use the poo without expend good money extra

I had a great experience at this hotel overall. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, and super convenient. The room was very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet. You couldn’t hear people walking by in the hallways at all, which made for a really restful stay.
The only downside was the valet service. The staff was rarely out front, and even when I used the text service to request my car, it was never actually ready. I had to go find someone and ask them to retrieve it. One time, they even handed me the keys to someone else’s car, which was a bit concerning.
Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again. Just hope they tighten up the valet situation.

1 Bedroom Queen rooms can be a little tight plus but they are still very comfortable and feel luxurious. Didn’t have the best view mine was of a multistory parking garages but that’s to be expected in the compact spaces of miami beach. With that said It’s a perfect room for a quick weekend get away. Lots to do around, everything is pretty much walkable including the beach and the overall vibe is chic and sweet. Sidenote If you plan to chill by the pool with a lounger or cabana you have to make a reservation the Strawberry Moon is apparently a popular day party spot and the cabanas and loungers get taken up quickly.

I was told by pne staff member that the valet parking was $25.00 for 24 hrs, but the reality was the parking was $50.00.
There is a municipal parking next door for $20.00 for 24 hrs. Use that instead. It is monitored very well by the Miami Beach Police and staff.

First time here and I will definitely be here. The vibes are immaculate! Beautiful decor (only thing I can say is the pool furniture and pillows are extremely tired , for the pool party prices surely they can varnish the beads and get some new cushions) , rooms are comfortable and cute. Staff are incredible, Cathy and Erica at the restaurant were so great to me! I will definitely be back!! So glad I found it ! Kind of annoying about the pool party using most of the loungers but in fairness the hostess didn’t ask me to move for the day bed for 5 hours until she needed it and then she offered me the beach with 2 loungers , Gabriel Hotels pool or a loungers at the back which were limited. They really do try their best to accommodate you outside of the pool party until they can’t anymore, but let’s be real. It’s South Beach everywhere has a pool party at this stage.

Overall property very clean and safe area. Rooms clean initially upon check in, but only offer bed linen change after 3 days (even when requested earlier). Awesome pool but only open until 6 weekdays and 8 weekends, in summer, in Miami. Resort fee alone should allow more time in pool. Fee did include beach lounge chair and 2 hour bike rental which was nice, but would easily be able to be rented separately and still not be the cost of resort fee. Staff average, friendly but only 1 trained person who could check people in/out people at a time. Nice complimentary adult beverage on check in. Great proximity to beach (2 blocks). Did not have a bad experience per se, but not a great one either considering cost. Will likely stay elsewhere on next visit to Miami.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness. The reception staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the bed linens were changed upon request. The pool was clean. Despite the small size of the room, our stay was very comfortable.

It was easy to rate the hotel highly – due to our flight delay, we even extended our booking for two more nights.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The only thing that surprised us was that you have to pay $20 per day for an umbrella on the beach (maybe this is common, but it was the first time I encountered it).

Would I return here again? Definitely yes. Thank you!

The overall property I gave it a 3. I came in on Thursday leaving to go on a cruise ship the next day. The hotel is a cute boutique style hotel. When I arrived I was greeted with a welcome drink. The room was nice and clean. On the small side and the bed not so comfortable. All the pools were closed when arrived around 10:00 pm. But it looked like it could be fun. It was walking distance to the beach (2 blocks). There were also a lot of restaurants and clubs in walking distance.
My biggest complaint was when I was leaving I was feeling very bad and asked the staff member for a cup of water because I was not feeling good and I needed to sit down. The guy behind the desk told me that I only could purchase water from the bar upstairs for $7.00. I had all of my luggage with me and did not feel like going back upstairs. I also was notably sweating. I just felt like a little customer service could have been a bit better.

First, we had an ocean view room, which cost more. The ocean view was a narrow strip of ocean over the roof of other buildings. Next, the bed was terrible. It was built into two walls, so that yiu could only get into the bed from one side and the doot of the bed. If you were on the right side of the bed, you literally had to crawl in. There was no chair in the room, so you were either on the bed or not. The pool service was horrible. Most of the loungers had a reserved sign, but the front desk said they were first come first served. But the pool staff said they were reserved. I found a corner to sit, and not once did the pool server staff ever approach me or ask if I needed anything. Multiple times they walked by, but ignored me.

As soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted by one of workers at the front and she checked me in right away and explained of all the amenities that they offered. My room was located near the elevators and I thought it would be noisy but it was pretty quiet which I loved! I was there for only 2 nights and I didn’t get a chance to check out the 3rd floor so, I’ll definitely be back in the future and try out the amenities that they offer!

Very cute and chic hotel. It is not a hotel to go if you are looking to relax in the pool and have to be aware you have to pay for your own place to sit by the pool on the weekends. It gets massively packed where you are even unable to walk in the pools nothing is allowed inside the pool area including water. Hotel guest have to incur in the cost of lounge chairs. All is reserved for the pool party for a cost.
Beach access is not bad but the umbrella you have to pay for. This was not said when we checked in.

Great location, but that's probably the only highlight. Oceanview room isn't really an oceanview, poolside seating are stained, cocktails are extremely expensive by the pool & all they do is pour them from a machine or from a flask from the fridge. I chose to visit the sister Hotel & beach on the Day Club days as its more for a younger crowd. Still ok if you get a room at a good price
