llegue a la hora de mi reserva, la habitación no estaba disponible y tuve que esperar, cuando me dieron acceso, note que no había, ni jabones, ni toallas:

A la mañana siguiente de mi alojamiento siendo las 9.15 am la camarera toco la puerta e inmediatamente quiso abrir la puerta con brusquedad aun cuándo estaba puesto el colgante de no molestar.

el pasillo de acceso elevadores, con goteras y pisos encharcados.

Tome la opción de pago a la llegada (casi siempre pago anticipadamente), me llamaron para pedir información bancaria para asegurar mi reserva aunque he sido cliente frecuente del Hotel. Estaba manejando en autopista y me dijeron que si no la proporcionaba en el momento cancelarían mi reserva.

Mas tarde enviaron un mensaje vía Whatsapp pidiendo nuevamente confirmará o me cancelarían mi reserva.

Llegue y no respetaron el tipo de habitación que reserve, me dieron la ultima que decían tener disponible, una habitación que no me resulto conveniente, no fue lo que yo había contratado.

Cuantas veces necesitan que se les confirme para respetar una reserva? El personal, amable pero indiferente, pareciera que esto ya es recurrente.

I'd book this hotel again for sure

In general everything was really good. They kindly allowed us to check in early around 1pm. Staff was always friendly, breakfast is awesome, they have 24/7 room service. The location is close to everything. The pool is small but my only not so happy moment was the unique day I went to the pool, they have a Switch to call for service in the pool, but it was not working. So I called the front desk from my phone, asking them to send someone, since I wanted a drink.. they said they would go, but they never did. But the day I was checking out, I called asking for a late check-out, and they immediately said yes. So, it was almost perfect after all.

Extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The water was warm and the showers are exceptional. The location was near the middle of the city and everything seemed relatively close. The staff was attentive. Lastly, the breakfast was very good. What more can you ask for?

I liked the proximity to my family's home within walking distance.
The staff were very helpful and upbeat. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast expecting coffee, pastries, and cereal. Instead three hot breakfast entrees, fruit and cheese plate, made to order chilaquiles, omelettes and so much more.
My major complaint was that the walls were thin enough I could hear everything going on next door! Slept with a pillow on my head.
I am a heavy sleeper and have stayed in many different hotels throughout Mexico and the U.S. but never had that occur.
I mentioned it...although it's out of their control.

Nice place with a convenient location

Hotel is located about 2 miles from downtown but still covenient. Hotel offer free rides to downtown. Breakfast buffete food is fantastic staff at hotel are incredible attentives and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Turotel. The room was well equipped, clean and the beds comfortable with very nice sheets. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There is nowhere to go close by but the front desk is happy to call a cab and Uber is very well represented in QRO so you can get anywhere easily. Historic centro is just a few minutes away by car. The breakfast is great and well worth the upgrade in price.

I stay here regularly for business, it is inexpensive and very well kept. Excellent location to depart for Querataro or surrounding cities. though the front rooms face the highway, so some noise is expected in these rooms.

Good hotel for the price

Stayed one night for business. The hotel is great for the price. Not a lot of luxury but it was clean and convenient to where I was needing to be for a business meeting. I did have to speak up when they said my room reservation did not include breakfast as my reservation mentioned. I had my printed reservation and they honored the breakfast to their credit. Other than that issue the place was fine.

This hotel is located in front of a busy highway, its next door to another hotel (Mercury Inn) and two blocks away from the local cemetery of Queretaro. Its conveniently located and its only a few blocks away from the famous \"Centro of Queretaro\". This hotel offers parking on site at no additional fee. I paid for a 6 night, breakfast and Wifi Pkg, wifi is free for everyone and they did not honor my breakfast plan I paid for through hotels.com. So do yourself a favor and book room only. Check in was simple, staff was courteous. They have a small elevator, small gym and two vending machines on first floor. The room was spacious, I got the two beds, however they were full sized not queen. The bathroom was spacious and water pressure was great, all thought there was no counter space to place items. Carpet was really dirty and stained. the mattress and sheets were always clean, mattress was comfortable, pillows are small (half size of standard), they were very uncomfortable. Even though it was on a highway it was not as noisy even though our room faced the highway, the walls are on the thin side, several mornings I heard the neighbors alarm go off. The food at the hotel is good, well seasoned and reasonably priced, but they don't have a good variety. The only problem I had was that 4 days out of our 6 day stay our room cards would not work, so everyday upon return I would just stop by the lobby to have them activate them before I went to my room. Overall it was a decent stay.

We had a bit of trouble checking in - at first we were told there was no room for us, but after searching, they found us the room we had reserved - and paid for - except it was a smoking room!! it didn't smell bad, and was clean and large, but we could never get the temp right - it was either too hot or too cold. The included breakfast was good.

We spend two nights in the hotel. Rooms are large, everything looks new and clean, people are very nice and willing to help you. Breakfast is delicious! It is located on theMexico city- Queretaro highway but the room was quiet. We were surprised to get such a good service for the money we paid.

I'd stay at this hotel if I came back to Queretaro

There is no luxury at this hotel but if what you are looking for is a clean and quiet place to rest, I recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel with my wife, a 3 year old kid and a 6-month baby without any problem. The service was excellent. This was my first time driving in Mexico and its location is very convenient if you are driving from the airport. Once at the hotel, we took a taxi to the colonial area which took about 10 minutes and less than 4 dollars.

The good, the bad & the ugly

The hotel looks bare bones from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The location allowed me to visit various customers easily and it is difficult to find a better location.
The service left something to be desired. The fitness room is composed of a treadmill and a stationary bike. When attempting to increase my stay, I found it easier to make a new reservation online than to deal with the personnel behind the counter.
Overall, it was an enjoyable and productive stay. If you're in Queretaro on business, Turotel is a good choice.

Muy mala experiencia. No hay agua caliente y nos dijeron que mejor desocupáramos la habitación porque no iba haber agua caliente. Fany en recepción nos dijo que a qué hora desocupábamos en lugar de tratar de resolver el problema. Prácticamente nos corrieron y nos faltaban dos noches de nuestro hospedaje.

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Tienen vidrios dobles en las ventanas para aislar el ruido de la calle, pero entre las habitaciones se escuchan los otros huéspedes.
La alberca fue una desilusión total. En las fotos se ve muy bonita y por eso nos decidimos por este hotel, pero no cuentan con calefacción y el agua estaba muy fría, además se veía sucia. Ni siquiera estaba en el nivel correspondiente, se veía hasta la marca de que el agua estaba muy abajo.
En general los empleados son muy amables, en todo momento nos trataron bien y la comida del restaurante nos gustó.

Quinta vez que me quedo en este hotel, regresaba porque era de buena calidad por el precio que cobran. Pero en esta ocasión las habitaciones olían horrible por un canal de aguas negras que hay detrás. Lo reporté dos veces durante mi estancia. tampoco funcionaba bien las llave mezcladora de la regadera. Lo peor fue que cuando le reporté esto a la gerente de forma muy amable al finalizar mi estancia, ella prácticamente me acuso de mentiroso, por que dijo que había mandado a su personal a arreglar y no le informaron del olor. Ni una disculpa me ofreció. No lo recomiendo

Las habitaciones huelen horrible, a alcantarilla. La regadera no tiene un buen control de la temperatura del agua, o helada o hirviendo, es dificil bañarse. Las toallas y ropda de cama ya está muy descuidado. Tuve problemas con la llave del cuarto en repetidas ocasiones. Hace un par de años nos habíamos hospedado varias veces ahí y ningún problema, lo han descuidado mucho.

Muy mal. La regadera del baño es imposible regular lo caliente o lo frío. El hotel en general huele muy mal por el desagüe y el canal de aguas negras que hay detrás. El bufet no tiene nada de sabor y en general la cocina no es buena. Las condiciones generales del hotel son malas y descuidado.

Cuando salimos al día siguiente temprano del hotel después de nuestra primera noche de tres, El personal de limpieza inventó que le habíamos dicho que no hiciera la limpieza, por lo que cuando regresamos no habían hecho la limpieza, cuando a pesar de que le avisamos a la señorita que nos hicieran el cuarto después de salir. Cuando nos dimos cuenta de esto el recepcionista del hotel no nos solucionó incluso después inventaron que nosotros habíamos puesto el candado de no molestar, su solución única fue darnos sus pésimos desayunos, los cuales nunca aceptamos y que era lo máximo que podían hacer por nosotros.
