Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sofia.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay with reliable service and easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay with a friend. Great facilities. We are at the restaurant and it was good so would recommend. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the tram line and major shops.
Spa area was nice,although the pool was cold and steam room mediocre.

This is not a 5 star hotel. On arrival the accessibility room was accessed via a dark corridor with no lighting. Which in itself was a trip hazard. Access to the patio and outside area was unusable due to the high door sill. The patio itself was overgrown with foliage and disgarded cigarettes.
The coffee table, marble top was not secured and nearly fell and had it done so,it would have easily broken a bone. The towel and room wasn't cleaned daily. Under the bed was filthy and clearly hadnt been cleaned for months. The rug was dirty and a trip hazard. The grab bar against the toilet in the bathroom was loose. The breakfast was mediocre at best and often not hot. Service was inconsistent. The bar upstairs was not manned and there was a wedding on the Saturday evening downstairs. With no service. And extremely loud. I asked for an iron 3 times. Once it was delivered covered in a tar like substance which I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced but it never materialised.

The jacuzzi not working in the spa, not cleaning our room properly.

This hotel is falsely advertised as 5-star—it’s barely a 3-star at best. Room service was nonexistent; requests never arrived, and I had to chase staff repeatedly. Cleanliness was unacceptable—towels were rehung instead of replaced, toiletries weren’t replenished, and one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all despite being gone for 12 hours. They do not vacuum the rooms - their beds are raised and if you look under the bed, there is a LAYER of dust and particles. The “spa” is complete false advertising. There’s only a freezing pool (unheated), a sauna, and a steam room—no spa staff, salon, or Turkish bath as advertised. Even massages require hours’ notice because someone has to be called in. When I raised concerns, the hotel manager dismissed everything, saying the hotel is “discounted” and that he has salaries to pay—as if that excuses not delivering promised 5-star service. This is misleading advertising, poor management, and terrible guest care. I submitted my complaint to Expedia already the first night and I have requested a full refund. If you want a 5 star hotel - this is not it! Avoid this hotel.

The spa and gym were great. The F&B Manager was very accommodating and helpful. The garden outside was lovely but the tables need to be cleaned. Unfortunately things went missing from my room but they were found.

The rooms were excellent as well as the grounds. bathroom was spotless and enjoyed the complimentary water that was given
Only minor issues was a very noisy room next door which didn’t go quite until around 2am however that isn’t the hotels issue at all
Breakfast is a little small but definitely worth getting considering the affordable price

The staff are fabulous at this hotel - so courteous, professional, welcoming and helpful. Large, spacious, clean rooms. Very good location. The cherry on top is the wonderful gym, pool and spa facilities - brilliant touch. Lovely reception and bar area, nice place to sit outside also. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking room as part of the health club - a bit smelly at times.

Amazing hotel with a great spa and pool! The restaurant and breakfast place is also perfect. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside was the toilet - it smelled like sewer, bit this seems more like a structural issue than a cleanliness issue.

Booked 3 nights but stayed 1. The hotel is ok not quite mgallery quality and is quite far from the centre. Near a main road so from our room (the cheapest suite) this was noisy. Mattresses are all memory foam which unfortunately wakes me constantly from the heat. Moved to the Millennium with pocket spring but hard mattress so not much better, try the Sense or Inter

Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior but they were no issue once explained.Front desk staff is with excellent communication and customer service skills. English is spoken throughout. The gym and spa area are immaculate with an on call masseurs. The property is located next to a great forest/park, one of the oldest in Sofia and it will take you 30 min to downtown if youre willing to have an adventure. Excellent for traveling with pets. I highly recommend this hotel! It was my home away from home for a week and i will most definitely be back! Thank you Maison

We arrived after check in time, had to wait over an hour for a subpar room. While getting dinner at the hotel restaurant, they forgot to put in my order completely and we waited over an hour for a replacement (30 mins before anyone checked in). Finally, when we were going to return to the room, we stepped in the elevator and as the door was shutting, multiple cables snapped in front of our eyes. Negative 5 stars wouldn't be low enough for our experience.

Recently visited for a 4 night stay for a birthday trip. The hotel was under renovation at the entrance but the inside was already completed and it looked elegant and immaculate. Very nice design throughout the entire hotel and all the facilities were amazing. The restaurant food was lovely, the pool and spa was incredible and relaxing. I enjoyed a massage that was good value for money. The gym was nice too, plenty of equipment to use. Also the room we had was fantastic, such a lovely design and very functional, had everything we needed and more.

Der Empfangsbereich und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll und sehr willkommen heißend.

Leider ist das Fitnessstudio runtergekommen und schmutzig. Die Sauna ging nicht über 40°. Hier gab es ein bekanntes Problem, welches aber über den ganzen Tag nicht gelöst wurde.

Personnel de la réception ok mais chambre pas propre !
Les murs sont de peintures blanches avec des traces marrons/grises comme si un chiffon sale avait tenté de laver les murs. La douche n'a pas été lavé depuis un moment, le carrelage était glissant de crasse et le joint sous la porte de douche a laissé des traces marrons sur l'une des serviettes qui était tombée. La boîte de mouchoires à côté du lavabo avait de vieilles traces de giclures de dentifrice. Très décevent.
