Having spent four years of my childhood in Sofia between 77-81, I returned to visit after 42 years and opted to stay at Park Hotel Moskva just to reminisce the old times as it was closest to my old hood. I must say, the hotel choice was spot on but for other reasons too. The check-in was swift and precise with Gabriela’s added professional attitude and welcoming nature.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel’s foyer was pretty much what it was like 40-50 years, well preserved to its original state.
I would surely stay there again.

Surrounded by woods, 20 min walk from the center with 100m away metro station, clean and in good condition, with average breakfast that the last day become much better, it is very light, we had juniir suite and it was large. The wc is very small but elegant. Very good restaurant on the 19th floor. It worked only on 31 and later it was under reconstruction. A few restayrants near by. In the ambasy area so nothing to do in the vicinity. Very quite area.

It happened because of the floor that was not straight. The shower room overall was not comfortable, it was very dissapoiting. There was no safe box at the room. The view was very nice! The mini bar was not working.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.I got a refurbished room with basic but modern furniture and a nice bathroom. The AC was a very good amenity as it was a very hot day. What I didn't like: The junior suite for 3 people had 2 twin beds and a sofa bed which wasn't a good sleep option. This is an expensive hotel so the suite should have 3 twin beds, not 2 + a sofa.
Also, the breakfast variety wasn't very good-only white toast bread, no whole-grain bread, and NO real orange juice, just the powder-one which was dissolved in water. Which hotel doesn't offer real orange juice these days?!
