Odanın içerisi ferah ve konforluydu. Biz ek binada kaldık. Buranın en büyük eksikliği çalışan bir görevlinin olmamasıydı. Gece yarısından sonra otele gelen misafirler yüzünden biz üç defa uyanmak zorunda kaldık hatta bir noktada gelen bu kişilerden bazıları yanlışlıkla bizim odanın kapısını açmaya bile çalıştı. Çok gürültü yaptılar. Hatta son gelen misafirle sabah beşte tartışmak durumunda kaldık. Özellikle ek binada kalacak olan olanlar bu yorumu dikkate alabilir.

I have had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience numerous hotels. This particular establishment stands out as exceptional, especially when opting for the all-inclusive package, which offers significant value. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are provided with a rotating menu, and include a selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages. The evening entertainment is truly outstanding. During the day, a complimentary shuttle service transports guests to and from the beach. At the beach, hotel staff are readily available to assist with beach chairs. I thoroughly enjoyed every day of my stay, appreciating the varied culinary offerings and entertainment. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and hospitality.

The stay was horrible. We regretted checking in the moment we set foot inside our room. The room was nastily dirty, hair everywhere inside the bed linen, in and on the pillows, on the provided towels, inside the bath tub, on the floor, in the shower and the toilet wasn't flushed. The reception refused to cancel our stay and return us the money. The manager didn't show up to help us. We were offered to check 4 more additional rooms which we were almost as equally dirty as the ones before. Finally, we picked the cleanest looking one as we were denied a refund and we had paid the amount of money we had sat aside to cover our stay in Istanbul. Even in that room, we found hair inside the cupboards and one of the pillows (and inside the extra pillow and linen inside the wardrobe). We weren't offered any information about the wifi, so we had to first call the reception, which they did not answer and then go to the reception located in a seperate building to acquire the wifi password. We had trouble going in the room as it wasnt clarified to us that the room card was only necesarry to open the main entrance and the room required a password to get in. Then, a day later, the password didnt work, so we had to go to the reception again to demand a new password. Hands down the worst experience from a hotel I ever had, especially given a 7,4 rating. An absolute scam, the state of the original room I had reserved, dated, smelly, and looked nothing like the photos.

Located centrally right next to Taksim square, hotel staff was amazing, very helpful on getting directions, transportation to the airport, the room was very large, clean, I had a direct view to the main avenue. It will be a bit noisy since you are right off the hustle and bustle but totally worth it since you can walk to most destinations in modern Istanbul.

The hotel is awesome, staff are so friendly and helpful, very well organized, rooms are new and clean, the area were we stayed is so beautiful and full activities, close to Taksim square, except in peace tome it will take a while and some effort. Otherwise it’s awesome.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The services were excellent, everything was very clean, and the nightly rates were outstanding compared to other budget hotels. The hotel has multiple locations, and I was very pleased with the building I stayed in. Although it was the farthest, I personally found it to be the most beautiful. I must also highlight the hotel management, which was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

I didn’t realize the entrance to where I stayed was on the busiest street (Istiklal street) but I actually loved it. Normally I’d prefer quieter areas but I loved being amongst the action and being able to walk to everything. I surprisingly felt more safe there and walking around as a solo woman than if it were quieter.
As soon as you entered your place the buzz of the street faded and I was surprised how quiet it was. The view from the balcony was incredible, wish I could share the pic I took of the full moon over the cathedral.

Well, I requested a room with four people. They give me a small apartment with one full bed and an open sofa bed who was broken on the second night. They never fix it. It was not covered properly. It was kind of disgusting. The sofa was dirty to shower fill up with water every time we shower water will come out outside the door. The entrance of the building construction was being done outside and it looks more like a construction site inside on the first floor all the equipment was being safe. It was dirty with paper all over dirt so they didn’t care about the cap of the property.

Great location just steps from the heart of Istanbul, and the staff truly go above and beyond – incredibly warm, helpful, and service-minded. While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s still comfortable and offers good value. I wouldn’t recommend the jacuzzi rooms, as they have no windows and an unpleasant smell. However, thanks to the fantastic team, especially the person managing breakfast, our stay was still a very positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Triada, breakfast buffet is very good, breakfast waiter, typical kind turkish man with hospitality, was very nice to us, he offered also omelette, turkish coffee after breakfast. Variety of breakfast was good and tasty. Our room was at 2nd floor 202 room with hot tube but without window :-( it was not so nice! Pictures on hotels.com looks better than in original state.

They consistently failed to clean the bedroom and neglected to restock basic essentials like toilet paper and towels, and we had to remind them about it repeatedly. Additionally, the receptionist spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to communicate with him. Every interaction felt like a frustrating struggle, making the entire stay stressful and unpleasant. It was the worst experience ever – I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel location is very good. But you don’t get what you see in the picture . The rooms are not that nice as in the picture. I suffered with air conditioning, It doesn’t cool very well especially in the first couple hours. The staff are not really good in communication. I almost left my clothes behind me, because of miscommunication. I called front desk, was asking for a laundry service. They said we have it, I gave them my clothes, (just 4 pieces). I told them I need urgent service, because I have a flight leaves by noon the following day. In the morning I had to make several calls to get my clothes back, they said the laundry doesn’t open until 10 am. Anyway it was a disaster. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Only to find out that our room is on 4th floor and the elevator is not working. It won’t work until Monday as it is the weekend. Cherry on top spiral stairway. A family of 4 had to lift 6 large suitcases up to 4th floor.
When complaint about it the way they have handled this and hadn’t informed us before we walked over there and dragged our luggage.
I had to make them understand had they informed me earlier I would change hotel or the room since on vacation we would be going up and down multiple times with elevators not working how hard would it be for my parents.
They moved us back to the main building. Had to bring some of suitcases back again. First day was tiring and wasted few hours in this process.

We booked 4 rooms. All rooms had great AC. Even though we were in an extremely busy area the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast staff were exceptional. I highly recommend that you tip them if you're able to. The cleaning staff was also friendly. You get a lot for your money here. It's located in a fantasic area close to evetything and many bars are open till 3am. Tons of shopping. Close to the metro, buses etc. It makes it hard to compete. The manager was also very attentive. Thank you for accommodating us.

I stayed here for 14 days, and I have never had a better vacation experience. The hotel is in a prime location. The buildings and rooms were very clean and spacious. The best part was the nice and accommodating staff. They were all so nice and helpful with everything. Special thanks to the manager Yeganeh Ramezani for being so helpful for everything. We had some problems with our bags with a airport and the manager was so helpful with phone calls and making us feel at home. Overall 6/5 experience, definitely the best hotel to stay at if you are staying in Taksim.
