disappointment regarding our recent stay in Room 2318, beginning January 30.Upon check-in, I specifically requested a room on the ground floor. The desk clerk declined the request but assured me that the lift was fully operational and accessible. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The lift was out of service for ten days of our stay, either due to mechanical failure or being taken out of service by housekeeping staff.
This created a significant physical hardship for us. My husband has had both knees replaced, making stairs an incredibly difficult and painful task. What we found most distasteful was the lack of empathy or solutions provided by staff. Every time I raised the issue of the broken elevator:
No effort was made to relocate us to a ground-floor room.
No alternative assistance was offered.
No communication was provided regarding when the lift would be fixed.
Had the issue been a matter of room pricing, I would have gladly paid the difference to ensure my husband’s comfort and safety. Instead, we felt ignored.
While we love the island and plan to return to the area, we will not be returning to this hotel. hotelstayi hotel again.

We had a good short stay at THB Lanzarote Beach. The breakfast selection was vast with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is a little dated, and we did come across a cockroach by the pool, but the pool area was otherwise lovely — very big, sunny, and with plenty of sun loungers available. The views over the beach are beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service and an unbeatable location.

Referbing outside appartment s near pool drilling most of the day work men around us while sunbathing try to relax not very pleasant also the main pub bar was closed for renovation so decided in end not to have all inclusive room was ok but stated pool view all we could see was trees and tables with chairs very dissatisfied as been before and was good not happy about the whole stay 😌

Room wasn't ready by check in time and kept getting fobbed off with excuses. The first lot of staff I dealt with weren't very helpful but when they had a shift change at 3pm the new man on reception was much more helpful and offered me a free drink at bar and then had enough of cleaners taking too long and gave me an upgraded Superior Sea View room.
Room was very big and stunning sea view. However on reflection I think a pool view would've been better as you only get sun for few hours in morning and it's very windy on the sea front so sitting on balcony isn't very pleasant. Room itself was nice though but don't think the fridge worked properly but didn't raise this issue.
Pool is lovely but can be very windy and cold and there are some very sad people who get up in the early hours of morning to place towels on sunbeds and won't be seen until after lunch time, so finding a sunbed can be tricky.
Only food I tried was a toastie and fries as a snack, it was ok.
As for Costa Teguise itself I can't say I'll be back again as I found it too windy and not much going on there.

Average stay in strange pink building beside the port. Good location to stroll along the promenade and access the old town. Booked a twin but given a double and a sofa bed that is like a camping bed. Beds wonderfully comfortable though. Tech on tv very dated and bathroom old with weak plastic shower.

Great location, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the gym wasn't great, loads of stuff not working / missing from what was shown in the photos. And my mother's air con didn't work for 2 days, but she was then moved to a very nice room as soon as possible. We'd stay there again :)

The hotel is spotless everywhere from the rooms to around the pool to the the resteraunt. I didnt see a bug once! I was upgraded to a superior room for free which was a lovely surprise.
I would advice to wait to uograde until tou arrive at hotel as i booked b and b but the offered me all inclusive for 50e total on arrival. Great deal!!

The beach is literally right there and I had a great view from my balcony.. it's literally the best beach on the island. There is restaurants all over and the town is really clean..
The hotel did provide what ever we needed and the kitchenette is really a bonus and we utilized it. The hotel had a great pool and many sunbeds and umbrellas..
The GYM!!! Yeah they shouldn't be allowed to say they have one.. there is literally a 2 and a 12 kg set oh and one single 5kg lol. Oh and two bicycles and a treadmill ..
Recommend you hire a car to explore the island. But yeah no parking at the hotel.. we parked at a parking area which was free about two roads up.

Our sea view room was very spacious and well laid out, the condition of the room was good too (which wasn't the case in all the rooms). We did half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner and found a good variety available (you had to work out the better food options which we did). The live music every night was good fun. I was initially worried about the noise in the hotel as don't usually stay in this sort of place but was quiet.

Have been coming here for a few years now, the hotel has been taken over and they are currently redecorating room - not building as people are being led to believe.
This hotel is cheap and cheerful, and the staff are absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, hard working and keen to ensure the guest have whatever they need. I really hope with the new management they will see how great these longstanding staff are, they are the reason why people keep coming back as they give the sense of family and friendship.
The pool is heated and warm to swim in, pool area is spotless and towels for 10€ deposit.
Food is okay here, I do prefer to eat out. AI drinks are ok too, I have heard rumblings that AI is stopping if so a drinks package might be a good idea for them to save people from going elsewhere!
Rooms are being decorated and they all selling less rooms to reduce the disturbance to the guests. They are very comfortable have kettle and fridge and large TV and a few English channels if you want that. They are cleaned daily.
Finally the entertainment is consistently some of the best I see in CT and this also includes the entertainment staff.
Overall lovely stay for singles or couples although it is suitable for families there isn’t a lot for the the kids to do.
General not me eating out in CT is great but most decent restaurants need to be booked a couple nights before!

This is not a 4 Star hotel - maybe not even a 3 star - it is very basic and run down. The quality of the furnishings etc in the room are very poor. The staff are super friendly and efficient - apart from the maid service - she was very grumpy. You can pick holes in the decor and the peeling paint and chipped furniture but the pool was clean, loads of sunbeds and the breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The location is superb. We went to the entertainment once and it was very good. People have mentioned the sea view rooms do not get sun but ours did and it is a must to pay the extra for this.

Had room only so can’t comment on food. but the room was clean & tidy, shower was excellent. bed was fine although pillows were a bit thin. Little noise from room next door at times but very little noise from pool area. pool was large and very clean. seemed to be enough sun beds. reception friendly. only small complaint would be there was a kettle but no cup or mug, no free coffee sachets, tea bags or biscuits. would stay again.

The hotel in general was nice, we were on a weeks holiday with my disabled brother,the way we were treated by the manager AMYA of the pool snack bar was atrocious She should not be in the hospitality field. She has no Customer Care skills and was very disrespectful, she made our whole week, very uncomfortable and spoiled our holiday, apart from her attitude the hotel itself was good, clean entertainment was good,food was OK.

Good holiday, nice and relaxing. Hotel in the perfect location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Food and drink as expected in the All Inclusive structure. Overall, I would consider returning to this hotel again because of the location.

We have walked past this hotel many times and always thought we were glad no to be staying there with the cheap looking red chairs outside and cheesy music pounding away but on this last minute trip this was the only hotel we could find so it was there or nothing, ive got to say was surprised, i hoped we had a room away from the music which we did so a good start and the front chairs had been upgraded, the hotel was actually pretty smart, the pool area was lovely and clean the staff were friendly helpfull and full of smiles our room looked out over the beach so we could go to sleep listening to the waves. Usually away i end up with a terrible back from the beds but had some of the best nights sleep ever there, comfortable beds soft pillows far better than some of the high end hotels we have stayed at on the island, powerfull shower with consistant hot water powerfull hairdrier, well lit very clean.

Nice central location. Pool area and bar good. Had a family seaview room for 2 adults. It would be small and basic if staying self catering with kids. The sea view was lovely but if you want sun on your balcony get a pool view.

Lovely hotel, rooms comfortable and clean.. but very simple.. provided a kettle but no cups or anything to go in them. Set up really for all inclusive, I was there on room only and had to add any extras to my room bill, which is ok but I prefer to pay as I go

There were no rails in the shower and I did nearly slip .. it was quite tight to manoeuvre my scooter in the room but generally the hotel was set up well for disabled access

Excellent helpful staff. Very efficient, issues dealt with immediately. Some areas of the hotel looked tired but all areas very clean. Breakfast selection was vast and good quality. Beds comfortable and extra blankets provided which we needed.

Lovely mid-winter break!
Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season.

Nice staff checking in,because I was to early I got to leave my luggage and got told to use the facilities and they would call me when my room was ready, so went to the pool and ordered a drink from the pool bar , went to pay and man no cash , so I offered my card he again said no, so I said how can I pay ,he said charge it to your room, I said I haven’t got a room number yet, a colleague came over and took my name and she said we will sort it later.
Only other issue was in my block on 2nd day around 8am I was awoken by a lot of noise outside, there was a demolition team totally demolishing all the rooms around mine, so my balcony was on the ground floor, all day every trolley going back and fore loudly past my balcony so to noisy to relax, so it was like that rest of my stay, I seemed to be the only person in that area, so I had to walk through the mess every time.

when you arrive at thb the entrance looks quite lovely but when you go to your room its diffedent, the balconys are too open no privavy, its aparthotel there is a hob, fridge kettle microwave but no pots! we could nt make a coffee. i went to reception and asked and she said you can ask at the restaurants what pots you want, one day i got 2 cups and a spoon then next 2 platesn 2 fork ,but you feel like you are a pauper goi g asking for them. not good at all. i think they want you to eat in the restaurants. i lot of tbe customers were a little rough, we did nt enjoy our stay, i feel it needs upgradi g and so does costa teguise i won t be going g back

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, stayed as a family of 4 (11 and 15). We had a sea facing room, looking star8ght out over the beach. The room itself was comfortable, only downside despite having kitchen no cookware available on arrival.
The pool area was always clean and well looked after, the pool itself was only for the few brave souls willing to enter, was very cold and would be really useful if heated, however the hotel has direct access to the beachzl, and the sea was a much more comfortable temperautre to swim in
Entertainment duo were brilliant kept everyone who choose to participate well entertained, and made the hotel a fun experience.
We were b&b the breakfast had a good selection, and price on food and drinks in other bars and pool bar were really good.

Studio /suite, appartment had everything if needed., didnt try cooker, but all hygenic. Bathroom fine, needs a reseal, and mirror silvering a bit spotted. Aircon perfect and adjustable. Tv ok. I feel sad that I have no choice but to give a terrible rating after my stay at THB Lanzorate beach. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately for us, the following things let it down massively and effected our stay significantly.
1) the aircon, is horrendous. It’s the worst aircon we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We had it on for our stay, but it didn’t make the room any colder. This unfortunately affected my sleep, as I was too hot at night. We had to leave our barcony door open to try and cool the room. I could tell we weren’t the only people having this problem, as we noticed so many other hotel guests leaving their balcony doors open late at night.
2) the bed is a joke, the beds rolled around as they were on wheels and was so squeaky. Another reason I didn’t get a good nights sleep during our stay, as because whenever I was toss and turn the bed would roll around and make a noise. We requested a double room, we were given two single beds pushed up against eachother. Which is fine, we’ve had this before in other hotels. The issue was the two beds, were not hooked together, so my partner and I basically had a single bed each.
These are the two biggest issues about the hotel. The staff were great, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. But due to the above issues, I had a rubbish nights sleep during our 4 night stay. So I can’t honestly give this hotel a glowing review

The staff were excellent, room was ok. My bed moved as ine leg lower than the other 3, lighting didnt work in the room and it is need of a revamp. Food was terrible. Paid for AI but ate out. Overall not great, but would return on bed and breakfast basis as location was perfect.

The staff front desk staff are amazing. They were responsive to our questions of which we had more than a few. The breakfast that came with the room was ok but nothing that really stood out. The rooms need some work. Our hvac barely worked even after maintenance did what they could. The floors of our room seemed to never really get cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows leave much to be desired. The bathroom door had pretty bad water damage that made it very hard to open and close it. We had a HUGE cockroach that made its way into our room but that’s something that will happen, they are east to get out. The Irish pub on site was fun and they had pretty good drinks. You get what you pay for really. Booked a 3 bed superior room but it definitely wasnt superior and the 3rd bed was a pillow on the settee. Had fridge and cooker and hob but no pans or plates or cutlery. Also found an old sock under the bed so wasnt cleaned properly. Wasnt super unhappy with it. It was just standard.

Food is fine, good selection at breakfast, we didn’t eat dinner as we like to eat out.

I would recommend if you like a chilled time, it’s a slightly older client group and not much for kids.
There is a rebrand but nothing seems to have changed.

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave on the s mall kitchen area but no dishes etc, not sure if this is because we were all inclusive. The all inclusive was good value and there was loads of variety although it did a bit monotonous towards the end of the week. The pool area was clean but the beds were all on top of one another, too busy for us. There is a small terrace area away from the pool with few loungers there. Wherever you want to sit you'll need to be early to get a place.

Additionally, the pest control was lacking. My room was above the cafeteria and there was a nightly procession of roaches coming up through the kitchen and bathroom. In the evenings, I also noticed the pool area had large, dead roaches scattered around. I could tell that the cleaning crew was trying to keep up, but it seems like a bigger initiative might be needed.

The accommodation was clean, housekeeping was good and we had a balcony view of the sea. Unfortunately that meant that the sun was on the other side of the building. Buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very efficient and attentive. The pool was ok but chairs were taken very early in the morning and it was sometimes difficult to find room. The area around the hotel was very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and little themed cafes and pretty flat. We enjoyed our stay there.
