Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin.
The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for all dietary and cultural needs. However, the food wasn't always as hot as it could have been. Restaurant was quiet and civilised, and the staff were attentive enough.
Pool was beautiful- shame the weather meant we couldn't use it.
Entertainment was provided several times in a week and it was fitting for the hotel. Beach is a two minute walk around the corner.
