Clean hotel which seems to be constantly maintained.
Secured with gates accessible using key card.
Restaurant is your standard all inclusive food. But there are also plenty of restaurants nearby to mix things up.

We enjoyed our mini break and the serenity area was very relaxing. Rooms were clean staff attentive and friendly. There was plenty of variety with the food at mealtimes. Prices for drinks were reasonable too. One thing I would add, is that the pool could do with a bit of maintenance .

Siroco's location is on the edge of the main holiday area so is very quiet and the clientele is more cosmopolitan than Costa Teguise, which makes it more interesting. Within a very short distance is a good range of decent supermarkets and other shops, cafes and bars plus the beach area. The coastal path that takes you up to around10 kilometres to the west is delightful. The staff at reception are so professional and helpful. The breakfast and evening dinner are self-service buffets with a wide range of so many mouth-watering dishes that change every night, so are truly excellent value.

Really nice hotel … we had a 2 bed premium room on the Serenity side which was adequately equipped and comfortable. Short 10/15 min walk to centre of town.
Only negative was on check out there was no courtesy/shower room as we had an evening flight. Otherwise a great stay.

Could do much better

There were a number of good points about the hotel but also a number of negative issues that affected our stay. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel couldn't be faulted, everywhere was spotlessly clean and grounds well maintained and painted. The hotel had a peaceful and tranquil air and accessibility to all areas was good. Sunbeds weren't unlocked until 10:00 so no early morning clatter from the pool area. There are a number of issues however that we feel need addressing. We requested a twin room on an upper floor but weren't told until very late that all the twin rooms were on the ground floor for some inexplicable reason. The ground floor rooms have very little privacy, as soon as you open the curtains you are aware that everyone around the pool is looking in! The rooms are also very stuffy at night, there is no air-conditioning and obviously you can't leave the sliding doors or windows open for ventilation. We didn't discover that fans could be hired from an outside company until our last day. It would appear that the hotel is well aware of the issue but don't want to acknowledge it. The other main issue is the quality of the breakfast, it was included in the room rate but was frankly very poor. The fruit juices were clearly the cheapest they could fine and the hot beverages only marginally better. The overall quality of the food seemed very poor. Fortunately we were not on half board!

Way too hot with no AC

It was hot and stuffy, no A/C and no fans in the room. I had no sleep and had to have cold showers in the middle of the night to try and keep cool. Glad i was only there one night, or i would have checked out the next day anyway.

The apartment are a little dated in the original block, they do need to be refurbished. That said it was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was too small, only one bedside cabinet and had to climb over beds to open wardrobe.

The breakfast was great value and good quality.

Overall a pleasant hotel that if refurbished would be great.

Nice quiet hotel but needs small little improvements. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I found 8:30 pm very late for eating a meal. Maybe have vegetarian sausage for breakfast would be a good idea. Plus naming what foods people are eating. I kept asking the staff what the food was. I’m pescatarian. Other than that great relaxing place.

We spent 10 nights here in the serenity area,it was perfect.great apartment that was cleaned every day. The drinks prices were just as cheap as the rest of resort. There was a bit of noise from the nearby quarry but not not too intrusive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,the apartment was clean, had a good location and outlook but is ready for a refurbishment. Everything was functional and usable but a little tired. Wifi excellent and public areas and food was good - we were on a half board deal.The quiet location suited us and we would return - but probably stretch to the 'Serenity' area next time and opt for a daily upgrade for dinner or choose 7 days half board and 7 days b.and b. A good holiday overall.

Lovely apartment in the Serenity area, overlooking the pool. We moved rooms as was given a room on the side at first but there wasn't a problem and staff at the hotel were very helpful. I left something in the first room and the maid came around with it straight away!

Love the Serenity area and just one slight issue if you ordered lunch from Serenity bar it came in a yellow plastic box to the table, so presentation not good and it certainly put us off our lunch. Nothing was said about this when we ordered lunch it obviously came from the hotel kitchen!!! The bar could have been open later also as it was lovely to sit outside in the sun early evening but the bar closed at 7pm.

Good overall, only drawback was that when it rained water poured in under the window - investigation showed no sealant on the outside between gram and wall. Only response from reception was to supply towels to mop up water.

The hotel was lovely, so clean. Also very quiet. It was great that they had things like mini golf and the table tennis/pool table room. Breakfast was also impressive, a really big selection of foods.

And the staff were helpful and friendly. The receptionist recommended some gorgeous restaurants to us when we first arrived and they were out favourites of the whole trip.

I would say all the staff were helpful some more friendly than others at reception Lenka in particular was always cheerful.
We had breakfast and staff very efficient and happy under Miguel who managed them.Plates cleared quickly and food replenished quick.ly. There was plenty of choice.

Loved the pool, the food was excellent and I loved that we had 2 sun beds at the end of our patio for our sole use. Rooms Dated and cold limited hot water only a small tank for the room.

The only criticism was that the cooked breakfast could have been a little warmer (maybe a microwave in a convenient area would be useful). The choice was adequate. A warning regarding parking of hire cars there is only on street parking at the sciroco - people park exceedingly close. Someone parked very close to our car and when they drove off they scratched the bumper. Please make sure you take out the extra insurance as wherever you park people seem to park very very close and do not take care.

We will be back......

Hotel was ideal, we have stayed here on 2 occasions and will be returning again in the spring. Asked for same room as previously and got it. Breakfast is great value.

Lovely place to stay

From the minute we arrived, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful in every area.
The breakfast was a good choice
We stayed in the Serenity area and if you want a chilled out relaxing stay, this is the perfect place to stay, apartments are lovely, very highly standard, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, large living area, high spec bathroom.
The only thing was no air con but you can hire a floor fan which is ok.

Club sirocco the serenity side we stopped. It was adults only very peaceful and quiet .
We had the breakfast buffet it’s was great all your English bacon sos etc plus fruit hams cheese full continental as well .
The room cleaners are brilliant they do everything for you wash up clean room change towels every day and change and make beds and we look forward to coming back they would fold your clothes and make shapes on bed with them well done to all .

Lovely place to stay.

Loved our time at the hotel. Stayed in the serenity area. And that's what you got. Peace and quiet.A beautiful pool area and cheaply priced bar . Totally chilled for the whole week. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. Ideally situated within a short walk to the beaches,bars and restaurants.

Lovely friendly stay

Staff are all so lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Reception staff recommended a wonderful restaurant 10 mins walk away which ended as a great night out. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choice and hotel was always clean everywhere. There was entertainment throughout the day and night.

The apartments were very disappointing. They are dated and basic and the shower was extremely poor. It was clean though. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the pool, sun terrace, restaurant and bar were all very nice. If the apartments were updated it would be a lovely place to stay.

Comfortable units with sitting room and kitchen area. Staff were, on the whole, very helpful and pleasant especially at reception. Unit was cleaned daily. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful, although it tended to get very crowded at certain times.
Opt for the Serenity area (at a little extra cost) and ask for a room on the upper floor as we seemed to have elephants in high heels upstairs !
Only a short walk to the beach and the amenities of Costa Teguise..
Buses are frequent and cheap, just 1.20€ to most of the island.

Fabulous great value hotel

Wee birthday trip to Lanzarote, weather dreadful but hotel was excellent, would highly recommend and use again. Stayed in Upgrade/Serenity side of hotel with private gate and exclusive additional pool area. Spacious well equipped, spotlessly clean apartment, on ground floor opened onto pool area with own private sun beds front and back! Complimentary wine in room on arrival and additional bottle delivered on my birthday- nice wee touch! Maid service, wi-fi, breakfast etc etc all excellent! British tv channels inc bbc and itv very handy (when raining!) Very relaxing and quiet location and adults only - perfect! Pity about the weather!
Ps don't get pizza from sports bar next door - dreadful!
Take some warm clothing and proper waterproof jacket!

Quiet, clean hotel

Stayed here for 8 nights. We stayed in a premium apartment in the Serenity area. Had requested a ground floor room and this is what we were allocated. Transfer from the airport is about 20 minutes and checkin was quick and easy. A member of staff took us to our apartment to show the location. We were overlooking the pool area and had two sunbeds on the terrace at the front and a table and chairs. At the back of the apartment was another terrace again with two sunbeds which got sun for most of the day. We were B&B and there was a good selection of things to eat. Apartment clean and tidy, cleaned every day.

Spacious room get away

Room was pretty good, couple of maintenance issues that should be taken care of to make it more comfortable. Staff were pretty grumpy & unhelpful otherwise I would have given a higher rating. Hotel is a little way out of town so about 1km walk to the main square and restaurant but not an issue as long as you dont mind a stroll.

Really relaxing holiday at this hotel. We stayed in the serenity area and were so pleased we did. Plenty of sun beds. Lovely rooms which were extremely clean. My only comment would be not having air conditioning in the summer months would prove very uncomfortable.
