The apartment was clean and was serviced every 2 days.
All the staff i interacted with were helpful, professional, and accommodating.
The pools are clean and large enough to not feel cramped when several others are swimming. There is one pool that is heated, and there are lifeguards who are clearly attentive.
The pool bar staff could not be better.
Playa Jabillo is right across the street and is a wonderful option where the water is usually clear and calm.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from, and the promenade/boardwalk is right beside the property and is plenty long for an evening stroll or morning run.
