Easy check in. But not accommodating when I called for towels (twice) and the pool was overran by teens and going wild (not toddler friendly at all) and the walls are thin. Wouldn’t accommodate late check out even for a fee but are not booked full — makes no sense.

Pleasure. The only thing was that bad is that we had to move 3 times because the A/C didn't cool off the the room. The maintenance man mention the the way the vents were designed it wont go to the bedroom. Moving with two kids was very inconvenient. I fealt we should have been compensated for all the inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

First thing we noticed is the room was frigid! Called the front desk and said we could not get the heat to work. They did not say they would send up an engineer so they must have known this was an issue - they did say they would send up a portable heater. My response was they are not safe. the Answer was \"Sorry Mam\". Before the heater came up I found out the bedroom window faced onto a walking roofline that someone could come into a room easily - especially when the window DID NOT LOCK AND CLOSE! I called again downstairs and asked this time to please change us to a new room. The front desk said they were completely full and could not do so but would call an engineer to try to fix the window. After waiting close to 45 minutes and no engineer and no heater I went downstairs and waited another 15 minutes in line. Told the story again and miraculously...a room showed up! They did get us a new room. I don't like being lied to and this is no way to run a hotel!

We've stayed here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints. This is the first time we've enjoyed the Managers Reception & had the complimentary drinks & appetizers. Breakfast is also great with so much variety. We also love the location, the waterfront is amazing! We always take extra time after checkout to watch the planes land at SFO. Staff is incredibly kind & hospitable. 5 stars!

I was calling from 6.30 am and was told to call back at 9am. I was not spending the night so I was requesting an early check in. I was pushed from agent to another. I was also told early check in’s are not guaranteed which I completely understand but I had no help from anyone. An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk immediately. I had a very important zoom to make and had to do it in a parking lot. I ended up booking a day room in aloft hotel who were extremely accommodating. I’m absolutely demand a refund for the room. I have never experienced such incompetence from embassy suites

We returned for another staycation while hosting my parents for my mother’s birthday, and once again had an excellent experience.

The front desk team truly stands out. They are consistently professional, caring, and responsive. During this stay, my mother (who has Alzheimer’s) misplaced a treasured cosmetic bag, and the front desk worked with housekeeping to safely return it to us. We were incredibly grateful. On a previous visit, they also kindly accommodated a late checkout when she wasn’t feeling well, which meant a lot to our family.

The ADA room we booked this time was perfect for my senior parents—spacious, safe, and felt more updated than the standard queen room we stayed in before. The shower was especially nice. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room made everything very convenient.

Despite the cold weather, the pool was warm and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight with great variety and efficient, friendly staff. We also loved the cocktail hour and relaxing koi pond atmosphere.

Overall, this is our top choice for family staycations. The service, especially from the front desk, consistently makes us feel cared for and at home. We look forward to returning again.

Great location right on the waterfront with a surprisingly beautiful view. I loved being able to sleep with the balcony door open — it was much quieter than I expected! The bed was comfortable, and the room was larger than anticipated.
The property is a bit worn in places — there are some paint chips, and parts of the shower floor were missing — but overall it was still a nice stay. My partner actually felt that some of the wear added to its charm.

The wait for the room was over and hour and a half. We arrived at 4pm check in time. The tv did not work it kept switching channels on its own. The room keys kept deactivating. There were no towels at the swimming pool area, no happy hour as we missed it waiting for a room. Tv was swapped out for a different tv that did not work.

The room and the service was good, except for the female employee who was helping at the bar for the happy hour. She was super rude not just to me but to a lot of people.
At my check out they hotel over charged me more than 800 dollars and that cost me to get my CC blocked. I had to call them may times about it but they didn’t care. They hang up on me all the time. Finally 5 days later they sent me my money back but never called back to explain why they did it when I asked so many times.

There was a wedding party and it was too loud the noice till 11 pm and the WiFi was treacle. Moreover the room next to us was so loud 8 people were inside it with 6 children, I guess friends of their son and they so loud till 1 AM.
My experience was so bad this time. Thanks

The embassy suites by Hilton SF airport Waterfront is a true hidden gem in the Bay Area, especially for families and local staycations.
We stayed two nights and were impressed by how thoughtful and welcoming the experience was. The warmly heated indoor pool is fantastic, even in winter, and the evening cocktail hour is a small touch that makes a big difference for guests.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with fresh made-to-order omelets and very efficient, attentive staff. Multiple guests we encountered shared how much they love returning here, whether for birthdays, anniversaries, or family getaways, and it’s easy to see why. The open seating areas feel more like a resort than a traditional airport hotel.

While the rooms are slightly dated, they are very well soundproofed and quiet.

The staff, especially at the front desk, were consistently warm, professional, and attentive.

Having stayed at many Bay Area hotels across Hyatt, Marriott, and local properties, this is easily one of our top choices for its convenient location, fair pricing, and family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back

There was a Spanish speaking cleaning lady who kept knocking on my door on 8th floor on Jan. 28th who interrupted my business meeting and after 5 minutes door knocking opened the door with her key and demanded to know when she could clean the room. When I said I don’t know when my meeting would end, she said she has to know otherwise she wouldn’t clean it. Sure enough the room was not cleaned when I got back after 8:00pm. Another Asian house-keeping lady also refused to help when I got locked out of my room. I am quite disappointed at the service level. There’s definitely room for improvement in staff training and services.

The staff was nice. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was great. But our room was not very nice. The shower water leaked, and our AC didn’t work, and also we didn’t have hair dryer in the bathroom. Hopefully next time we will get better room.

great location, lovely comfortable rooms, free convenient airport shuttle. laundry room, free breakfast with egg station, casual atmosphere, very family oriented, beautiful hotel design. Breakfast selection was not as big as Huntsville nor the staff as attentive. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fabulous. I love Embassy suites and try to always book with them.

I stayed in room 902 the furniture and beds are tired ,the paint was peeling off of the tub when I came out of the shower there was paint chips stuck on the bottom of my feet , there was pink stains on the lip of the tub , the sheer curtains were torn , the area reps need to come in here and inspect this property it’s gone downhill

Overall the property is nice - the breakfast is always amazing and fresh (bacon is not as good as it could be!) The evening reception is great if both people in your party are present. Even if you have 2 people staying in the room but one is not there you cannot use the drink cards which needs to be looked at. My honey was running late and it would have been nice to have his drinks in the room when he got there but I was not allowed to do that.

The view of the bay is gorgeous and really nice to be able to open the door and get some fresh air in! My dogs enjoyed it but the puppy had a problem because she's never been in a hotel so it was challenging to get her in the elevator and to walk on the marble - she's learning so it's nice that they allow dogs.

Parking fee: this is over the top, the parking lot is not secure and you self park but pay $45 per night. I thought it was included and was told different at check in, we were late and it sounded like they would comp a night but indeed they did not.

The rooms could use a little updating but the atrium is gorgeous and so beautifully decorated during the holidays!

Overall it was a nice stay just a bit expensive and parking should be a lot less and or included I mean come on there wasn't even security or a gate and no valet option!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The pro is definitely the breakfast (compared to other hotels with complimentary breakfast), especially the omelette bar. I wish the restaurant had better food though - it’s very pricey (for what it is) and was not good.

The hotel is older but the rooms are huge and comfortable. The cons are the fact that we could not adjust the thermostat so we were very warm and were forced to keep the sliding door open throughout the night. Also the bathrooms are tiny and the water pressure is not the best in shower.

Overall, we REALLY enjoyed our stay here and really loved the surrounding area.
