Crowne is amazing! Office staff is so nice! I have stayed there three times in the past 5 months . I love the text feature to have housekeeping come in . It’s worth the stay :) the room I booked had a beautiful view

We were in and out so fast we didn't get to kick back. The bed was amazing and the shower followed suit. The shuttle got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We've stayed here three times now and it will be our go to when going through San Francisco in the future.

The process could definitely be improved. Shoutout to Richard who was very communicative, helpful, respectful during my check in process compared to the morning crew. I arrived early in the morning and the room wasn’t ready so I asked to store my luggage but wasn’t really a welcoming way or approach. I had business meetings all day, went back later at night and Richard was the best person! He made it feel welcoming and more like home after a long day. I appreciate you for all your hard work!

The bathroom smells slightly musty. There seems to be no exhaust for air outflow.

I put \"Do not disturb\" tag on the front door. However, staff nevertheless entered and replenished some Keurig coffee pods.

The hotel and room images on Expedia look nice and gorgeous, which made me decide to choose this hotel among other options. However, the stay was disappointing.
Staff: Nice, welcoming. But at this level, it can be experienced at any other hotels.
Rooms (I booked 2): mattresses are clean, restrooms are clean. But lights in room are so dark, old lamps, old carpets. Amenities are all old-fashioned stuff, not renovated.
The common area (walking isle between rooms) is also out-of-date, old telephones, dated wallpapers. Elevators were even worse: making lots of noise.
The common area near the reception was leaking from the ceiling, so the staff put a big garbage bin to collect the water.
To summarize, I've experience quite alot hotels in the IHG and this one was far from the good expectation.

First room I received smelt horribly of cigarettes, staff was rude and slow to answer accommodations, next night my room roof collapsed ruining clothes and toiletries with the debris from the ceiling. Staff was horrible to me and my party throughout this process. DO NOT COME HERE.

Shower systems on the 8th floor were faulty. When we contacted the front desk, woman told us to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up. Moved us to the room next door after I said that was unacceptable. Water not much better in the second room.

The staff was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The shower did not work. I only had a cold water. The phone did not work to contact the front desk or room service. There were no blankets. There were hairs on the bed. Room service ends really early. It wasn’t clear if the water and snacks on the counter were complementary or to be charged. I appreciated the ability to check out from my room on the TV.

The staff was courtesy and very pleasant. The rooms were clean, but the decor was a little dated. Also there were noises during the night that would filter into the room.
We were in room 607 and there were tapping sounds in the middle of the night.

Tub would not drain when taking a shower. Since there were two of us, only one could shower in the morning. Since we needed to hurry and leave so early in the morning, I told desk on the way out about the tub. He asked if I called for someone to come fix it. Told him we couldn’t because we were leaving so fast. He didn’t say anything else after that. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed in his attitude!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, however our first room smelled like urine in the heater. Once upgraded for free the “better” room shower took a very long time to get warm- not hot. Acceptable but would try somewhere else before here again. Good location near some good food tho.

No ice, very weak wi-fi, no breakfast and extra charge $25/ day to park in the hotel parking lot. Added up to more than $200/ night, for the very basic room. Room service another 23%, with $2 for food delivery. Maybe bc closer to airport for conferences meetings.

They tried to charge me $440 for a 4 day stay when it should have been $304. (I paid $104 of the $440 stay ahead of time so I wasn’t very happy.) The shower water did not get very warm the whole time, and the restaurant in the hotel constantly had problems with their card machine, so it took too long to pay the first time I ate there. This hotel definitely needs work. The area around it is gorgeous but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I were guests on Jan 9, 10, 11 for a volleyball tournament. On Saturday when we returned to our hotel at 3pm, there was no parking. Mind you, I’m paying $25 a day to park. We drove around in circles for over 30 minutes, I was on the phone asking the front desk what to do, after saying nothing and just putting me on hold I was instructed to park in a red zone of double park in the loading dock. This is inanity. There was apparently a sports card thing happening so the parking lot was full of non paying guests. When we tried to leave we could not, because the line was around the building of cars that could not leave because they didn’t have a room key to raise the gate. Finally we parked . The next morning at 6 am I sent my daughter to take the first trip of luggage to the car. Every single door was locked. After not being able to get out to the parking lot she went to the lobby for help. The front desk told her it was still locked from the sports card show and that she needed to walk all the way around to the back of the building to access our vehicle . Cool, she’s 17 years old, it was dark. They did not care . The lady shrugged her shoulders and said “nothing I can do “ absolutely unsafe , and ridiculous . WE WILL NEVER BE BACK . NEVER
