Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety of options. Would definitely stay again.
Deborah
The hotel was clean but we had trouble getting clean towels . Everyday I would give the housekeeper my dirty towels and I ask for four sets of clean she never brought them back. Other than that the staff were short handed and seem like one person doing everything and that was good. They would run out of breakfast and it took awhile before it was filled back up. But overall I enjoyed my stay. I fill that you needed more staff.

Brittany
Nice staff clean rooms and the pool was nice and clean :)
Dale

Pool was disgustingly gross. Fitness center was more like a broom closet and place wasn’t very clean. We stayed a few nights. Breakfast was same every day. Salty sausage. Crusty eggs and wet French toast. Didn’t even have yogurt options as sign says and the cereal looked like it’s been there for WEEKS. The staff was friendly and nice tho. That is the only thing it had going for it.
Shannon
Room was dirty and the whole hotel had a bad smell, like mold and old cigarettes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but they ran out of food early.
Erin
Stay was wonderful. Manager was helpful.
Marissa
Had a check-in glitch when I was given they key to an occupied room. Staff quickly fixed but was a bit frustrating after a long day of driving. Room was simple but clean.Easy parking and close to interstate. We did not eat breakfast so can't rate.
Jericka
Had a problem getting towels from one employee, asked another one he went get it with no problem
Monica
There was black mold in my bathroom
DANIEL
rooms were clean
Sandy
No body soap or bath matt
Kayla
The rooms were gross if I could have gotten a refund I would have. As soon as we walked into the lobby the smell of weed hit us in the face. We went in with a group of people and the others left and went and found another hotel. The rooms were filthy wasn’t thoroughly cleaned
Stephnie
The stay was overall pleasant, safe, and the staff was wonderful. The only downside was the lack of an on-site gym. I drove 2-miles to Planet Fitness....... i was annoyed
Ruthie
Parking was easy , staff was great especially the house keepers.
Steven

This was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at a Best Western hotel. Arrived at the hotel to check just to be told that I can check in but couldn’t access my room due to the rooms not being clean. Not to mention the young lady at the front desk is so rude to the customers. I would never stay at this location again.
James
Rooms clean but dated. Our bed was too soft with no back support. Breakfast fair.
Lane
Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay
Samantha
My daughter and I arrived around 9:30 pm. When I first walked in the lobby it smelled like marijuana. The young lady at the front desk was nice though. When I checked in she gave me a room key to room 206. I drove around back got all of our baggage and proceed to the room. As we walked into the room assigned to us we noticed dirty towels on the floor, bed wasn't made, etc. It was clear that the room has not been cleaned. I went to call the front desk and of course the phone didn't work. I went back down to the front desk and was given another room. This room was clean however they had 1 towel, no wash clothes and no soap. We just went to sleep and checked out at 7:00 am. Will not be staying at this hotel again, very disappointed to have paid for a 3 star hotel like this.
Michael
There was only one roll of toilet paper and it was almost empty as in you could see the cardboard through the paper.
Mark
Clean room with all the amenities. Great staff and breakfast was a little above average.
Jessica
Comfy room clean restroom
Rapheal
It was decent for the price.
Kathy
The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless and had all the amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Our experience at Best Western Lafayette Inn was not great. Would have requested another room, but were tired after driving for over nine hours. First of all, the bath tub and bathroom were not clean. We decided we didn’t want to bathe in the tub. The wall next to the tub was disgusting, looked like it was soft and moldy. I have pictures. There were places in the room that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. The AC was extremely loud. The only good thing was the breakfast, there were plenty of choices. The employee that was running the front desk was also keeping the breakfast area stocked and cleaned, she was very friendly and helpful. It is hard getting to and out of the hotel area due to traffic issues. Would probably never stay there again.
Wanda
This place was so loud with slamming door, screaming people and just people talking next door all night. The walls are so thin and the doors slam behind you. Do not expect to get sleep at this hotel. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and French toast sticks. The staff was very friendly
Ashley
Very friendly staff!

It was an okay stay, everything we needed for a stay was there. Clean bed, but that’s the only thing clean about it. The floors were filthy. Especially the bathroom: hair and dirt.
The beds were comfortable, but the ac made a noise all night.
Very sketchy area, if I would have known there was a run down motel next door I would have not booked there.
My friend was in another room and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guest. They found a roach on their floor.
Would I book again, no probably not.

Close proximity to University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Decent accomodations after 12 hr drive.
Amanda
Nice stay, reasonable rate
Nice hotel, room was comfortable and felt safe. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. All the rooms appliances worked well, the only \"eh\" for me was the low water pressure in the shower, but not low enough to be an issue
Verified traveler
Hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great
Quiet, great breakfast selection. Clean and comfortable.

One night stay
Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. Breakfast okay with reasonable choice. Handy for night stop en route between New Orleans and Texas.
Negatives were that pool was full of algae so couldn’t use it and door to fitness centre was broken so this wasn’t accessible.

It was fine for just overnight and they were able to get ground floor for my elderly husband. Pillows were bad.
Michael
Air conditioner worked really well and was quiet. Pricing was good for stay.
robert
We will not be back!!!! There was a roach running around on the cabinet top!! there was a big area of water in the air condition area and in front of the refrigerator! The bathtub was stained!! The toilet did not flush well!! There were pin holes in the shade!! The other Best Westerns we go to (and there are several - we are a platinum member!) have complimentary bags in the closet for dirty clothes, etc.! The is absolutely the worst Best Western we have stayed in!!!
Robert
Had stayed here a couple years before and not bad. This time, the room was downright grimy, the beds were terrible, and they seemed to be having a competition for riots in the hallway for hours on end with no intervention by management. Definitely will never stay here again.
Charles
Strong chemical odor. Rooms were roach infested
Frank
The pool was a disaster. Green and not clear. The room wasn’t too bad. Wife said we are not staying here on the way back
Mary Ann
The bed was very comfortable, great pillows as well.
Breakfast was good, coffee excellent.
Staff very welcoming, appreciated that.
Will stay again when visiting.

Stay away from this Best Western
Do not choose to stay at this property. The rooms smell of mildew and mold. The cleanliness was nonexistent here. My wife and I found two cockroaches in the matter of five minutes of entering our room. We refused to stay there and got our reservation refunded through Hotels.com. The room appeared not to be cleaned by staff. We found trash and debris throughout the room, bathroom & bed. The front desk representative at this location did not answer the phone multiple times when we’re trying to file our claim through hotels.com for a refund and then tried to claim our experience at the hotel was not true. I can’t say enough negative things about this specific property. Please do not book! There is a fairly new Holiday Inn near Scott that was incredibly better, newer & more accommodating.
Roxana
Stay for one night it felt a safe place
Melissa
Everyone was truly kind and helpful. My friend got lost on the way to the hotel and one of their employees actually got in her car and went to rescue my friend! It was wonderful. I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Other guests smoking Marijuana and the entire floor reeked, commode seat was loose, shower needs more grab bars
Michelle
I wish the staff knew more about the surrounding area for places to eat
William
Val was exceptional. Definitely an asset to the Company. Clean room, very comfortable bed and excellent water pressure.
Lawrence
Good location close to Interstate. The desk manager was very friendly and helpful. Older area with not any food options within walking distance.
Deidra
Staff were great! Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable! Only downside were dogs howling and barking in rooms next to us and no one answered when we called front desk.
Angelle
Would stay again
Rosie
When emergencies arise and the person who made the reservation calls to,explain emergency ahead, there are no concessions

Worst hotel Ive ever attempted to stay at. I was forced to cut my stay short. Just one thing after another. The hotel is an such a
questionable area. Its surrounded by i believe 4 other hotels, all just as questionable or worse. There were groups of men drinking and smoking in the parking lot, a constant parade of homeless people walking by. The room smelled like urine, the bathroom floor was filthy, the tub looked like it was stained with dirt, the room floor that
I accidentally walked on barefoot felt like it had never been cleaned. There was little pieces of trash all over the floor, on the ac unit there was an earring along with what appeared to be pubic hair. The refrigerator sounded like it was on its last leg, the coffee machine was missing the tray. And for a little razzle dazzIe I sat on the bed for about 15 mins and felt something crawling on me. It turned out to be a termite. When I told the young lady we were checking out immediately she told me that I would most likely not be refunded. Do not stay here. Awful, 1 star is beyond courteous.

Lorenzo
A very quiet and laid back hotel
Karla
worst experience Ive ever had! people smoking weed freely, drinking, using foul language and playing music as loud as possible in the breezeway of the hotel. Tub was dirty stains on comforter. People slamming doors and screaming until after 5 am. Nothing was done and I know staff was aware.

No More Best Western In Lafayette
Their business center was empty, no equipment or anything, my room was not properly sanitized between guests, I pulled the shower curtain closed and found a used face cloth dried on the shower curtain. That told me two things, the housekeeping inspector did not do their job and the shower curtains are not changed between guests. They also had internet problems, and I had to speak with their IT person to get access to the wifi.
Wanda
Emma, housecleaning employee, went beyond the call of duty being very short staffed during a very busy weekend due to concerts and Festival International. She was pleasant and was very accommodating. Valerie at the front desk was helpful and attentive. Under the circumstances, hotel was clean and quiet.
franklin
Should have known better
The hotel is off a side street that had people loitering around the property. The bed had hair in it and the breakfast was sub par. I would highly suggest that the hotel do better with breakfast and clean up the outside appearance.
Isabelle
there was insects all over my room
LK
Very nice and comfortable
Walter
Location is good. Surrounding area a little scary. Homeless, dirty. We had a lower unit. The occupants upstairs were up all night walking around. Sleep impossible
Faythe
The breakfast food was not great but it was very clean and the staff friendly so over all love the stay
Rose
It was nice.. the staff was polite and accommodating

It was a great stay at the hotel! My only problem was that me and my boyfriend realized we only had one towel in the bathroom when it was super late. Other than that, great stay

We stayed the night here while traveling through. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel that they have tried to modernize a bit, but its age still shows. It's amenities are limited. It's great if, like us, you're just looking for a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a hotel with more, you probably want to visit other options.
Carreen
The property was clean and nice, and I would stay again. The desk staff was friendly. BUT - My chief complaint is that I was there for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping a single time (even though I mentioned it to them twice); therefore, I had to fetch my own supplies every day (towels, garbage bags, etc.). The second issue was the main lobby front door broke, so we had to try to force it open each time, which wasn't easy from the outside. While the break wasn't their fault, it would have been nice if the desk staff had gotten up and helped from the inside instead of just watching us struggle each time.
