The room was a very nice size . Plenty of room for stuff. Tv had local channels. Smell of smoke was very potent! Sheets were clean however, the fridge could have used a wipe down, and the tub. Coffee pot carafe was the wrong size so you can’t actually make coffee, but they did have coffee and condiment's for it. Close to downtown and cajundome. Price was exceptional.

Stayed at Studio 6 expecting a relaxing getaway, but it was anything but. The hotel falsely advertised a pool, which was a huge disappointment. But that wasn't even the worst part. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly rude and unhelpful. One evening, I had to argue for five minutes just to get clean towels! The only positive was the kind housekeeping staff. I strongly advise against staying here.\"

The floors where very dirty I asked front desk for a mop so we could clean the floors. and was told that they did not have a mop. witch was obvious due to dirty floors.
Then we had a family emergence and had to cut our stay short by 4 days and was told that they not refund us any money back.
The staff was very un friendly and un professional.
Worst experience ever and we will be spreading the word
And are considering calling the health department on this facility

Fair price and clean.

Clean, relatively quiet. Adequate parking. A budget hotel but fairly priced. Only gripe was towels were a bit threadbare and no refills on coffee. Might have liked a bit of provided dinnerware or cookware, as it had a stovetop being extended stay.

If you must stay there...

There were roaches (plural) we got a smoking room and we don't smoke. The shower was just a dribble if someone else/others were using their shower or maybe just flushing a toilet. The room was in a real need of renovation The pool is permanently closed. The lobby closes at seven and there is uncontrolled access to the whole hotel as the door has tape over it to make it accessible ETC..

We were there during Festival International and it was cheap. I felt relatively safe. They may not even normally rent out rooms in that condition But we will pay more to stay somewhere nice next year

Horrible hotel roaches in the rooms just nasty

First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby roaches like they where having a party… the bathroom had a shoe sticker that someone stuck to the wall an no one had taken it off. The trash can still had trash. Under the bathroom sink they sprayed this black stuff I’m assuming to stop the pipe from leaking. There was a puddle of water on the floor from the sink leaking. This room was book on a last minute the reviews very much were NOT an 8…. This entire hotel needs to be be updated to make it safe for anyone to even stay here

It’s a dog friendly establishment. But the dogs are not kept up by the extended customers. Dog hair is every where in piles up and down the hallways. The hair is entering your room and getting on clothes food, and throughout your room. The staff has an attitude, and quick to say I don’t speak English when you attempt to ask for service. Like that’s something they should be proud of. Some of us have no choice but to stay there because it’s within our budget, but the staff choose to treat you indifferently like your beneath them.

Horrible place! Whole place had weird smell. Hall smelled like weed. I asked for a nonsmoking room and was put in smoking room with ashtray. Was told the whole 3rd floor was smoking! Nasty! Cigarette burns on covers and in bathroom. Dog poop all around outside where people that stay there let their dogs use bathroom and don’t pick up. Bathroom faucet didnt work. Used soap in tub. Fridge didn’t keep anything cool on bottom. So glad we took disinfectant wipes and Lysol. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Very dirty and smelly with terrible service

I DO NOT recommend this place. The worst of it all was the atrocious smell! We booked smoking and pet free and that's what the rooms smelled of. The hallway had trash and smells of cigarettes and wet pets. Some family members slept with a mask on. The night manager banged on the door at 2am threatening several guests she was going to call the cops if we didn't leave or pay her because Expedia didn't post payments. She could have explained the situation to us instead of loudly banging on the door like a mad woman making threats while we were soundly asleep. She's the on that checked us all in and gave us the room keys. Stay far away from this place if you can.

I literally would have preferred sleeping in my car. Unfortunately, there is not a photo attachment option here. I have photos of my room showing a filthy fridge, sticky floor, horrific bathroom, dirty table, and to top it off--a SOCK stuck inside my lounge chair as I unloaded my bags that came from SOMEONE ELSE! The front desk service worker was everything but nice. She literally did not offer me another room, was quite limited in her ability to communicate, was seemingly unprepared to work as a professional in a business setting. Other customers ahead of me complained as she stood there ignoring us all. It was quite pitiful.
