No cold water in the bathroom sink 1st night. Thought breakfast was included. Apparently was not. It was about $15. Ridiculous. Overused lumpy pillows. Ripped curtains. Not impressed.
Charlene
Excellent stay!! Perfect place to stay for any event at the Canun Dome.
SYLVIA
The property was perfect

Theresa
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lafayette, LA. We chose it due to the convenient location and client ratings and we were not disappointed. The whole team was excellent, and responsive. The dinner and breakfast was very good with a great variety of healthy options.
The property was clean, and nicely decorated. We look forward to staying again.

Breakfast was nice. Also bar area was great
Cody
Of the two elevators, only.one worked so the wait for an elevator could get frustrating. The hotel room was clean however, the bedding on one of the beds was stained up when you pulled back the top.
Alysha
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Restaurant and a lot of snacks on site. Well lit parking. It was me and my daughters and I felt extremely safe! Room was great. Only inconvenience was the one elevator for 6 floors - but it wasn’t horrible. Would def stay there again!
Valentina
It should be a free breakfast
Ashton
Perfect location, courteous staff, breakfast selections were great. Beds were comfortable. Parking is free, so that's always great. No concerns with safety
Teresa
An amazing place to stay. We have stayed here many times and we are always impressed.
Cynthia
Everything was nice except when dinner came it was terrible. If I visit again I will not eat there.
Cynthia

The parking was excellent for what we needed. The room was clean with the exception of the bathtub. There was a water ring in the bottom as if it had been sitting a while before being cleaned. Around the drain didn’t look much better either. The bed had a leg roller missing which made the bed lower on that side. We told them after we saw it the first day of our stay, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left.
William
Great hotel, would stay again
Gregory
I arrived early driving in from New Orleans not being able to estimate my drive time. The staff allowed me to enter my room 1.5 hours before scheduled checkin. Very happy about this!
Jeffrey
Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night
Joseph
Great one night stay. close to Cajun Dome.

Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end.
megan
perfect for a 1 night stay

Excellent!!!
Tamara
The staff was awesome and check in was very easy. The rooms and lobby were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Michelle
well, the air conditioner didn’t work and the beds were too hard. They don’t clean the rooms but every other day and they charged for breakfast when you pay a lot of money to stay there.
Ashanti
I was taking a bath and I got a phone call about a leaky ceiling meaning that the ceiling was about to cave in or something
Penny
Everting was awesome, clean excellent comfortable bed !!! cleanest bathroom ever , it was so comfortable , towels were so soft ,
Leonard
Good staff.
Tara
Clean and excellent customer service
Jolinda
The walls were thin, we could hear the neighbors until 2:00 in the morning. I contacted the front desk and nothing was done. We had to get up at 6:00am the next morning for my son’s sports tournament. Instead of a joy filled day making memories it was a extremely long day with no sleep and a drive all the way home.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great. We arrived a little late, and the bar had few options because the manager was not working, so the staff were unable to refill the bar selections.
Elsa
Very clean rooms,
Bridget
I would definitely stay there again
Stephen
The stay itself was great.
However, the reservation was setup to pay at the desk upon arrival, whereas my card had already been charged prior to my arrival. No explanation -- other than the desk attendant stating something to the effect, \"Yeah, that shouldn't have happened...\"

The breakfast was not appealing. Cold eggs, cold corn beef and no fruit.
Robert
The night manager was very accommodating and nice, he would be the reason I would go back!

Sophie
Room was ok. Staff was nice, but the hotel was noisy. We could hear the traffic and kids running around. But it was fine for one night.
Tara
The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. The lobby was very clean. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the hot water in our room was more like lukewarm.
ADRIAN RENEE
Stay was good. Staff was nice and helpful.
Justin
Everything was great! Bruce showed us great customer service, he did everything with high energy and a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and we will be back again
Kamala
Mediocre hotel. Definitely not one of the better Hiltons rhat I've stayed in. The lobby looks nice but the rooms were lackluster.

The room never got quite cool enough. It was like there was a governor on it.
The handicap accessibility shower is not handicap friendly. It was easy enough to get on the shower chair but once you were on it you couldn't reach the faucet or shower handle.

The room was beautiful and so cozy. The bed was perfect and the sofa bed was comfortable, too. It was conveniently located across from the Cajun Dome. The breakfast was SO GOOD!

I Paid $340 plus tax for 1 nights for a total of 2 overnight stays for a Business Conference which was recommended by the LANP as this Hilton hotel is located directly across the street from the Cajun Dome and my LANP Conference location. This expensive hotel has NO pool on site!!! Also, being a Hilton property, they do not allow you to use a pool at another Hilton hotel in Lafayette. Also, breakfast is an additional charge. Unfortunately, when we checked in late at night after traveling from Arizona, we were told by the Hotel Clerk that checked me in that breakfast was served in the am, but we were given the incorrect time for the breakfast serving. So, we missed out on our $15 breakfast per person. However, they would not refund my money for the missed breakfast or provide a credit since I used a 3rd Party to reserve our room through Hotels.com. I spent over $800 for room charge, $60 in breakfast vouchers that were unusable, and paid for expensive snacks in their hotel store. Not happy with this hotel reservation / purchase.
Disappointed is not even the word to describe my experience considering it is a Hilton Hotel property.
Geaux somewhere less expensive that has better amenities!!! I was born and raised in Lafayette. I should have stayed in a hotel in the Oil Center!
So freaking disappointing!!!! I only Used this hotel as the LANP conference committee and organizers recommended it:(
I would have never paid for this expensive hotel,

Robert
Nice place, very clean
weve stayed here 2 xs its directly across the street from the cajun dome, so its excellent for concerts, etc.
Only complaint would be the price af breakfast at the restaurant on the premises, kinda costly.

It's an average 2-3 star hotel. The lobby area is nicer than the rooms, which need some updating. Very expensive items in the lobby, like $16 for a 500 ml carton of Black Box wine. Bathroom could use updates. OK, but nothing special here..
ARMANDO
I don't like the creamer for coffee is too poor, I would like you can provide more.
Nikita
