This hotel smells so bad I could barely sleep. Breakfast was terrible. And our phone kept ringing at midnight.

My stay was ok very easy to get to off of the freeway. A lot of different food amenities mall not that far away. The only downside is the pillows were so flat and the room I rented the tub stopped up I’m taking a shower and the water is to my ankles. I reported it to the front desk. Hopefully, that issue will be resolved very soon in the tub is peeling as well. Need to be repainted.

Front desk lady was great. Don't remember her name. Lol. Breakfast was good. The only reality issue we had was I wanted to swim but there was all kinds of kids playing (throwing footballs and other swim toys) and I didn't wanna risk getting hit. So I just didn't bother to try and swim.

Hot water was barely lukewarm and no water pressure at sink and shower. Not sure if this is normal. Bathtub is peeling in big pieces. How they resolve these soon because it was clean and folks were nice.

Our check in was quick and easy poor employee was new only 4 days in and by himself on busy evening. We go to room and it was musty smelling. Phones did not wokr i had to go downstairs to feont deak to get blankets. The bathtub paint was peeling off so you could not take a bath. At 6:00 am the music that plays in Lobby was playing on speakers attached to the building outside so loud it woke us up. Maybe need to think people may be sleeping .at 6;00 am. I was on 2nd floor on front side of building. Was disappointed for a Holiday Inn.

Our rooms were clean and the A/C worked. The bathrooms were clean as well. Breakfast was good and had a very good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially house keeping and the kitchen staff. The night front desk staff was nice but lacked some professionalism. He seemed bothered by me wanting to switch rooms to be close to my family. Then he could only get 1 key made for the new room and he seemed very frustrated.

Very nice breakfast service, but the room was ice-cold, and the TV was playing an offensive news channel. Turn down the AC and show sports or the weather on the TV. Nobody wants to watch politically stilted American news while they're just waking up

I was very disappointed with the morning breakfast. The food containers were empty both mornings I tried to eat. The food choices were very sub-par. An egg white omelette or a cheese and egg omelette both days. They were something placed on a baking pan and heated up. Second morning they actually put some biscuits and gravy out, but they too were very scarce for consumption. Gravy pan was empty most of the time. The pancake maker machine was also slow and when it worked made very small pancakes. The coffee maker worked and it made great coffee.

Bed was too firm for my liking, so I didn’t sleep the best. I did ask about other beds, but they are all firm. Heard chatter from neighbors all night due to thin walls. Breakfast was good: hot scrambled eggs, omelet, cinnamon roll, turkey sausage, pork sausage, Greek yogurt with several flavors, pancake machine, sliced bread for toasting, muffins, English muffin, coffee, juice, cereal.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The hotel staff was not polite or welcoming, which set the tone right away. The room was dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. The breakfast area was disgustingly unclean and made us uncomfortable eating there. On top of that, the entire hotel smelled old and had a strong moldy odor. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

I basically had to fight with the housekeepers to clean our room. We werw there for 8 days and they cleaned 1 time. They wouldnt even throw away things like old food. I had to do it ourselves. Not 1 person in that hotel said hello, goodmorning. Nothing. Even though i would say it first. Breakfast would \"run out\" and hour and a half before it was supposed to end. I will never stay here again.

We have stayed several different places while visiting family in Lafayette, but ever since the first time in this hotel it has been our go to for the last 3 years. Staff members are alway so kind and friendly. Rooms are clean. The breakfast staff are a joy. Busy busy busy. Even though this holiday in has a small gym and pool we have only used the laundry
Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Room and board was great… but there was a party going on in the room next to me and they were loud all night long. Contacted front desk about it and she handled it. But then an hour later, they were loud again. Called front desk again ant 5:30am and she informed me that she’s about to call the police. Police came out and informed the guest that they had to leave. They were extremely loud all night long. I tried to tolerate them for as long as possible, but 5am is unacceptable.

We stayed here for one night, a family of five, and we would like to stay longer: the room is good, bright enough, and modern furniture, quiet, breakfast good, the children liked the hotel pool (indeed more than the last two hotel pools on this trip), laundry machine worked (different from the last hotel). I don’t know if I ever will come back to Lafayette, but I would use this hotel again. Now on to the next destination and hope that hotel is also good.

This ised to be my go to place in the area. I feel like the overall quality has declined. The woman who checked me in was nice friendly and patient. The woman that check me out the next morning was not. The room had stains on the sofa and stains on the sheets of 1 bed. I dont believe any extra detail to cleaning was done just a basic clean. Not to menton the bed felt extremely hard and uncomfortable. Ill try again in a few months and see ir if because it was a hoilday weekend had something to do with it.

Rude Staff

We stayed at this location while in town for a soccer tournament. Check in went well and Robby was very helpful. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the toilet would not flush properly. So when we notified the front desk. It was tended to, but the problem occurred again. We notified the front desk at least 4 times and the end result is they brought us a plunger. The problem was never remedied, and I was very unhappy about the resolution and lack of concern.

Secondly, at 9:45 on a Friday and Saturday night the staff told us that they were receiving noise complaints and we were not loud. They were rude and not hospitable. I WILL NOT recommend this location, and I would NOT stay there again.
