A little outdated, but everything was clean. Breakfast was a good variety each day. We had an issue with our toilet, but they came up and fixed it.
Kristine
Breakfast had the usual, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Rooms were clean, shower needs new chalking. Staff friendly and gave us dining tips. Could walk to restaurants and shops at the main corner. Pillows were fluffy.

Our room was very spacious and our beds were comfortable. I wasn't the biggest fan of the bathroom setup and wish the sink and counter space were in the same room.
Abram
Please remove me from the handicap room listing. I have no idea how that happened but it is in your system and it should be removed.
Kathleen
Very nice stay. Suite is big enough for a larger family to share a room. Quiet building.
Tonda
Yes the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not good.
April
Jayden at check-in was one of the friendliest people I’ve had so far in my hundreds of hotel stays. I always love this area near the hotel, so many places to eat and shop. Hotel is comfy and clean. Breakfast is lacking in options.
Chandra
This is where we stay whenever we're in Lafayette. It's a quiet hotel that's clean and in a safe area. It's central to all of the activities that we had planned for the weekend.

Venice
Exceptional !
Darryl Lewis,
room was great, staff was fantastic!
Margaret
The room was clean & comfortable. Easy check-in. Only problem was when we checked in we asked for a quiet room. They put us at the end of the hall. Before midnight we woke to loud snoring from the room next door. They moved us to a different room. Then we had people above us running around in the morning. Need better sound buffer or better room assignments.
Mary
The rooms were good. However, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. There was a note saying, \"They would be back in 10 minutes. We stood there for a while until someone finally walked up to help us. Also, the garbage truck beeping and banging around at 4 am was a nice touch. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe they can request a later pick-up time on behalf of their guests.
Amanda
Clean room and nice staff!
KC
The breakfast was great

Great location! Hotel was clean & the staff very friendly. We did not have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but that was definitely a great “extra”. We will be back!

The staff were so very nice. The breakfast was put up earlier than we are used too. The WiFi was not very good I kept having to rejoin it.

Family Wedding
Check in was pleasant. Friendly staff.
Hotel is showing its age. Room was okay except the A/C blew very hard and I had to put something to block the air as it was uncomfortable as I got into bed.
Toilet needs to be changed to a comfort height . Hard to rise from the toilet.
Shower pan was stained and there was thick mold on the shower door.

Darlene
I NEVER WENT! FAMILY ISSUE PREVENTED OUR CHECKING IN
Georgia
I found the hotel to be welcoming and inviting, clean, and comfortable. I liked that it is a bit off the beaten path so there was no traffic noise to deal with, nor did I hear my “neighbors” through the walls. I slept well in the comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of options including gluten free and plant-based options.
Johnette
Property was very nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pull out sofa wasn’t very comfortable but ok for a kid. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would stay again.

I paid in full for my room / stay in advance with Expedia. When checking in they required a CC from me to hold in case I purchased or required anything on site. All I did was check in to my room … ordered nothing and checked out next am.
I have been charged ftom SpringHill on CC with no explanation. Have called Spring Hill and required to leave a message with mgr.; no reply yet or credit on my card acct.
Will NOT be using this location every

Nice!!!!
Blake
Booked a king suite. They didn't have any left when I got there even though the website said there were some available. Offered a lesser room with no money taken off.
John
We really enjoyed our stay! We visited my Mother who moved to an Assisted Living place nearby. We booked 2 rooms; 3 adults and 5 children. The breakfast was enjoyed by all! The kids were very happy. We will definitely book here from this point on and will \"spread the word\" to the rest of our family here in Texas. Thank you!
Mary
My only complaint would be that it's a bit expensive. Very nice hotel but not what I would consider worth $200 a night.
Verified traveler
The stay was for a soccer tournament. It was an average hotel room that needs updating. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area was safe and had lots to do around the hotel. We would stay again.
Stephanie
I booked this as an overnight on our way to Texas. We were so pleased by the excellent service and quality of the stay for a very reasonable price.
James
The TV was broken. The wifi didn't consistently work. The toilet seat wouldn't stay open.
Stephanie
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful

My husband and I travel to Lafayette for business on a weekly basis. We have stayed at this hotel 1-2 nights/week since May. We loved it at first, but the last couple of stays—not so much. We will be selecting a different hotel going forward.
Alisha
Nice quiet hotel in a very nice area. I highly recommend!
