Carpet was not clean down the hall, tv wouldn’t work properly, thermostat screen was broken and unable to see what temperature it was in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Front desk was helpful in trying to fix the issues but would never stay here again.
Damien
Very clean rooms and the most considerate staff
Dawn
The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest and needed some TLC but wasn’t the worse that I have stayed at
Connie
The property on the outside when first driving up looked nice but when we entered, it smelled and was dirty. The floor was never cleaned, kids running people using the pool not staying there, smelled like weed at night outside the hotel. Very noises at night as well. Trash and dirt left in halls. People in the lobby that looked like they lived there bs staying there. Huge gatherings at the pool that you could not even go to enjoy them. Kids playing in the gym. Was very disappointed considering what I was paying for a weekend get away with my friends.
ALISHA
Chaz was friendly at front desk
Jessica

Leigh
Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent deal.
Christopher
Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
Derrick
Room was clean, staff was nice. Parking could have been better
Brandon
The room was not cleaned. There were very large amounts of hair in the sink and shower. The pillows very visible stains. Stains in the restroom and sheets.
Brian
Front desk looked like a kiosk. There was no bar as advertised, but beer, wine and canned alcoholic beverages were available. Loud, homeless looking person in the lobby area was allowed to
Bernadette
Loved the breakfast, proximity to my activities for graduation, use of the pool and fitness center, snd 24 hr coffee/hot water. Now, about a fire alarm microwave pizza, and a second night door alarm. Well, I'm going to overlook it and stay again next time
Layne
The beds passed the blacklight inspection for bodily fluids and bed bugs which was great...and rare in the hotel industry
Stacey
Clean room, super friendly staff, parking aleays very convenient. Area was clean and safe. Welcoming to dogs
julianna
Clean, safe, great area. Best breakfast!
nicole
Great place!
Barrett
Would definitely stay here again
Crystal
Upon arrival and during the check-in process, everything was great. However, on the first night in our room, we could clearly hear other guests talking, their TVs, and people walking up and down the hallway. At times, it even sounded as though someone was entering our room during the night. While the facility was clean and the customer service was excellent, the noise level was too disruptive for me.
DARIN
Check in was easy. Staff was welcoming and explained amenities. The decor and furnishings are modern in lobby and room. The room is very nice. Modern furnishings, bedding and decor. New towels and everything is very neat. Good housekeeping
Sharon
Staff was gracious. Small hiccup…the room we were given was occupied! Went back to front desk and was immediately given a clean, unoccupied room. Stuff happens. No big deal.
Samantha
The property was very clean, the staff was very welcoming, and helpful. I checked in after 4pm and my room still wasn’t ready.
Craig
Very Clean, Staff was very professional.
Christin
Sandy at the desk was awesome!
Robert
Clean room, very and helpful staff
Robbie
It was pet friendly, but we had ants in the room, and we had guests running up and down above us after midnight.
Caryn
Staff was superb. Shower didn’t get hot enough in shower. Great location.
Marissa
Excellent area: good local restaurants, great coffee, knowledgeable staff. Our first time to Lafayette and they made it feel like home, but even better.
Emily
The staff was great, breakfast was good and check in and out was good but the room itself was a bit dirty and dingy and noisy.
Wendy
Clean room, Staff was very helpfully
Marissa

Dedrick
Clean room, friendly staff and plenty of parking close to plenty to eat
Kathleen
Everything was good. All we needed was a fast place to shower and sleep. Prefect for us!
Arthur
Front desk attendant was rude, and he wouldn’t allow us to sit in the Lobby in the evening to eat the food we had just purchased from their Lobby.
Timmy
Staff was nice, rooms are clean, bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. What I did not like was there was no coffee pot, no clock and no microwave. The bathroom door would stick.
Camila

April

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet over my 5 night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection.
It was a great stay.
It was a great stay.
Carson
The hotel is noisy and poorly insulated against noise from each floor. In room HVAC unit rattled the entire time it was running. Will stay elsewhere.
LaTarra
The staff was friendly; however, the room was disappointing. One of the beds had dirty sheets, the floors were not clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. I wouldn’t book again. For it to be a Hilton, I was expecting much better quality.
Roma
The rooms do not have microwaves. That's the reason for only 4 stars. The staff was fine.
Gabriela
The room was ok clean. The sheets and Towels were clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly, courteous and even gave dog treats to our dog.
Christopher
Great room, great people!
Elizabeth
Very comfortable and friendly 😌
Amy
Everything was clean and well prepared. The hotel was full and busy, but the staff did a great job of making sure the breakfast bar was fully stocked.

Tarsha
The front desk was so busy worrying about eating, they couldnt print reciepts and grabbed replacement food before paying customers. This was not good!

Shelly R
Convenience and felt safe
Julie
Shower was not clean, otherwise the room was nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The toast and pancake machines were extremely slow, therefore there was a line to use them. The eggs were good but there was no sausage. The coffee was good!
Amy
Staff was very nice.
Robert
Breakfast was powdered eggs, nasty looking bacon, pancakes, cereal and yogurt. Staff was friendly but not helpful when asked about the area. Our room was okay but the bathroom in my son’s room had extensive water damage.
Kelsea
clean room
Erica
Staff acted very weird towards me. Stains were on the covers. Just overall not clean.
Vivian
Everything was good great actually except the white boy who was very ugly and rude to me during the stay that works there

LaShawnda
Easy checkin/out. Clean. Very accommodating.
Nikita
Dirty linen in room, shower was dirty. AC made noises, kids made noise all night. The walls & floors have to be paper thin. I heard game on tv in next room.
Dalaina
Room was dirty, the neighbors on the next floor made noise all night, will never book again
Lolita
The room was clean and stocked well. Breakfast bar clean and everything fresh. It was a short stay with all the amenities.
Derrick
Room was clean, however the exhaust vent in the bathroom to Rm 211 isn’t working. Cause condensation buildup and high humidity in the bathroom area.
Ken
Pet friendly and great personality of of the team
Mary
Bed was great, water was hot, food was good- fun pancake maker. Only issue was that could hear noises from outside- we were on level 3.
Marsha
It was the best place we have stayed
Luis Fernando
Great Beautiful area!
jennifer
The room it self was not impressive
Kurt
Thanks, easy access and close parking.
Sandra G
Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were VERY Small but clean. However the smell of the clean bed linen was TOO Strong and gave the room an unpleasant smell.
Amanda
Although I was able to check in 30 minutes earlier than normal check in, the room wasn’t clean. Floor was slippery from whatever was used to clean it and body hair still in the shower from previous occupant.
Ricky
it was average... no complaints
Mattie
Staff was courteous and Bailey made our stay effortless. Thank you!
Regina
The staff was fantastic! They were friendly and very helpful! The room was perfect—loved the shower! We were also a super fan of the pool table and outdoor area. And whoever made the complimentary breakfast—hats off to the chef! It was lovely! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We definitely will be choosing tru by Hilton on future vacations.

We didnt get in until late. The people at the desk were great gave us great service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Michael
The hotel was clean and the employee that checked me in was very nice and super informative. I especially like the all day free coffee that was offered. The lobby was also extremely nice and also included a pool table. I would definitely stay at this location again.
Larrin
Kids board games were either missing half or complete sets. Too bad, i know its not the staff fault. The bathroom did have mold on the ceiling, not excessive but present.
Monica
Blair was friendly and went above and beyond. He recommended places to eat, things to do and was awesome!
Norma
Room was clean but the high humidity made the tile floors in the room slippery not to mention made the room feel a bit sticky/yucky.
Joseph
Excellent stay!
Crystal
Great place to stay close to everything and quiet for this night shifter to sleep during the day 😊
Kendrick
Rooms are small. No closets. Wallpaper was peeling. Very outdated. Shiwer had no pressure.
Gabriel
