We have had several stays at this hotel and the baseball team, coaches and parents love it. They have been very courteous, kind and helpful. This has become our home away from home! Great job!
Kelly

The stay was great. Already booked for next week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
Jennifer
We have stayed at this hotel several times for softball tournaments. This past stay was disappointing. We arrived to large sticky crumbs in the floor at the foot of one of the beds. My daughter dropped an earring so while searching for it we looked under the couch. The amount of food, trash, etc under the couch was appalling. Also the elevators were incredibly slow. Once you got to the first floor it took the door 10+ seconds to open. Quite scary the first time thinking we were stuck! Usually the breakfast bar is well stocked. The first morning there was no creamer for the coffee. Not the usual experience we have come to expect from this location.

The hotel put out signs in an attempt to curtail families from allowing kids to run the halls. That was great except for the ignorance of parents. Certainly no fault of this establishment but should be to the embarrassment of these parents. Undoubtedly, these signs weren’t meant for them as they were “on vacation” from even parenting….
This place and staff were great!

The Breakfast was great, and the room was clean and the air conditioner work perfectly.

The hotel was as nice as much more expensive hotels, like Marriott Courtyard or Hilton hotels. Breakfast included Waffles. Eggs, bacon, good coffee, and other things. I would have enjoyed staying more than 1 night.

This was by far one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed in
The bed was soooo comfortable and clean. The room was spacious. I had a view of my car. The bathroom shower was awesome and it was adequate enough space for my son and I.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel for families and individuals as it was quiet and clean

I was really impressed with my stay that I even booked an extra day! The beds are so comfortable and not to mention the air conditioning gets super cold. The over all hotel smells good and feels clean and on top of that, every staff was awesome.

This is where I stay when I visit my son in Lafayette. The rate is good, rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and polite. The location is quiet and it’s easy to get and out of what can be a very busy road. Hotels closer to Lafayette General and the UL Lafayette campus are noisier and guests can only exit the hotel parking to the right.
carlos
Ensure toilet is clean prior to admitting guests to room. Also, please clean floor in bathroom area
Jessica
The room was spotless! The bed was sooo soft and comfortable! My stay as great and ill be back.

The front desk agent wasn’t rude, but also wasn’t friendly, wasn’t welcoming, or cared to talk much. The room was nice, clean, and fresh. Breakfast was limited to cereal and fruit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t our first time at the property, and won’t be our last.
Ernley
We had a great stay! It was our anniversary and the manager sent us some goodies to our room. That completely made our day! They made a customer for life and I will recommend anyday! Thank you for everything!

Sandra
Breakfast was limited. Guest screaming and slamming doors. Called front desk. Clerk said she was 19 and it she wasn’t scared I shouldn’t be either
Rachael
Everything was dirty. The shower curtain had black stains, coffee maker had crusty residue in it, and the microwave had food smudges on it, but the worst was the linens on bed. They were completely soiled with numerous stains, a long hair, bedbug droppings smears and a smushed bug in the sheets.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were pretty much empty.
I did talk to an employee and the nicest person at the front desk was extremely apologetic and found a new room for me. The new room was decently clean. We were just ready to go.

Room needs upgrades. A/c was noisy but didn’t blow consistently. We also got bit up by something in the room. Customer service is fine but place overall would not go again

The staff members I met were outstanding. Two young ladies that stood out were Jade who checked me in and Keesha who handled breakfast. They were both kind, courteous, and professional. They represented themselves and Comfort Suites exceptionally well.
Harmony
The breakfast was nice: waffles, yogurt, etc. the coffee was very good. Friendly and helpful hotel staff( the AC went out at one point in my room and the front desk clerk came up and fixed it). The only complaint would be the cracked bathroom tile and the chipped shower tiles.
Eddie
The staff provided great customer service.
