This was the dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. There were dead bugs, live bugs, boogers stuck on the wall and hair and gum stuck to the inside of the shower wall and hair all over the toilet seat. Besides being dirty the window curtain wouldnt close all the way. I was forced to take pant hangers from the closet and clamp the curtain closed. Worst hotel experiance ever. I will not be back. When i told the front desk about it, they gave me their email and asked me to send them pictures. Terrible service.

Fridge wasn’t very cold, shower head was not working, door didn’t shut unless you slammed it, tub plug didn’t close and stay shut to take a bath, after fixing the shower head and door , deadbolt didn’t lock. Not the best stay I’ve had, and felt uneasy with my wife not being safe in the room without the door being locked.

The place was great, very quiet, very helpful staff. I was there for about 3 months total. No problems with anyone. Very quiet and comfortable. Liz on dayshift was my favorite staff and the most helpful, also honorable mentions to Galina, Arta, and Gerdine. Room service was great, too.

It's a very nice hotel; near everything you need but off of the main strip. Feels safe and is very quiet (granted I was not there during expo / conference season). The hallways are nice and wide and the rooms are quite spacious. I didn't get a chance to check out independent amenities (i.e., pool, arcade, etc.), but they were operational and I truly wish I had had the time. My only qualm, which to me was truly minor as I don't sleep much anyhow, is that the in-room heater can get surprisingly loud, at times, to the point where I had to increase the TV volume by 10-15. Regardless, I would stay here again, without hesitation.

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant inside and the pool getting here. The restaurant is under construction so there’s no food limited to fast food restaurants then they’re heated pool inside was colder than swimming outside so I think that it was really bad experience overall because of the construction and lack of information, I would’ve never booked this hotel at best Western. I’m very extremely upset because I spent two rooms for my family that I haven’t seen but had limitations.

This is a real nice hotel for the price. A little dated, but not that bad. The only thing I didn't like was the heaters in the room were loud and noisy. I just turned them off and the rooms did not get cold anyway. The hotel was not packed, so it was very quiet. Parking is super plentiful. The breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of options, and free with the room. You could walk to the plaza in front of it that had some good stores and quite a few restaurants. I would stay here again if I was up that way on business again.

When we checked in the TV wasn’t working so they sent someone up. He ended up having to remove the microwave and the refrigerator that was under the TV in a different cabinet because he said that the power outlet was overloaded and he would be back the next day to straighten everything out. He never came back, mentioned that it was probably a safety hazard because the power outlet was obviously faulty. Absolutely nothing was done. So our weekend was spent with the refrigerator located between our two beds. We also had a six year old granddaughter with us And that was a safety hazard being in the middle of the bed. I had paid for two queen size beds and I would say they’re probably doubles and when I mention that to the desk, they said it’s listed as two queens. They were not. At checkout, I mentioned about the beds again and about the refrigerator being in the middle of the room and they said well, you should’ve told us? Really?? I guess I moved that stuff myself and decided to leave it in the middle of the room. Obviously nothing was documented at the front desk as to what was done and what was complained about. What bothered me the most was how quickly the guy knew that The power outlet was overloaded right away. He moved the refrigerator between the beds and the microwave below the TV. As quickly as he did that it kind of told me it wasn’t the first time that room had to be moved around like it was. I was staying at best Western in Marlborough, Massachusetts in room 549.

The pillows could use some help. Be careful of the walls in the pool. Future guests will likely be able to use the new smart tv services they're setting up.

Staff at room was kind. I didn't expect my bed to be made every day which was nice. The bartender at the All Star restaurant was not great. He spent most of the time I was there out of view, chatting to coworkers in the food prep area. I had to grab him while he was walking by to get any service. The sandwich was yummy.

We booked several rooms for a business trip, but they did not have all the rooms we had reserved available. In addition, one of my employees (a young lady) was checked into a room that was already occupied. When she went to open the door, a man shouted at her from within. Could have been an incredibly dangerous situation, but luckily I was nearby. They did eventually give us one of the rooms for half price, but it doesn't feel like enough given the hassle we had to go through.

I love this hotel it’ll be my 4th time staying here. The breakfast is great, rooms are clean, and workers are very welcoming and happy to help. One thing I do recommend is for their pool to be heated, the room itself is very warm but once you touch the water it’s cold. But overall the place is great and definitely will be coming back every year.

3 stars because our door didn’t close properly I raised an issue was told maintenance fixed it and it wasn’t fixed, very concerning to say the least, it took pulling the door HARD until it latched and sometimes that could take multiple tries. Was told breakfast ended at 10 but was pulled early. Staff was friendly and the room was clean but safety concerns arose with a messed up door which if was fixed promptly I would’ve given 5 stars.

The door in my bathroom was warped and the sofa in the hallway in the 6th floor had a pee stain. The entry way door was out dated. The jay card didn’t work immediately I had to wait for a click then I was able to open the door. However the room its self was roomy and the pillows were comfortable.

The staff were amazing and the amenities were extensive. From a buffet style breakfast that is better than most hotels, and the bar/restaurant open on weekends. Parts were under renovation but everything was clean.

I got a standard king size room that was spacious had places to sit and plenty of storage. The downside was the hotel walls between guests rooms were very thin so I could hear the neighbors conversations while lying in my own bed. The bathroom was also not as clean as I’d expect a hotel bathroom to be. Dust in the corners of the counter, a sticky substance by the sink and “black” weather marks on the shower walls.

The photos make the hotel look much nicer than it really is. Our room, and the property overall, felt run-down. During our stay, there was a convention, and it was unusual to see so many people gathered in the lobby instead of their rooms. With people constantly walking in and out, I didn’t feel very safe. For such a large hotel, the security seemed lacking. On the positive side, the breakfast was our favorite part and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, other amenities like the pool and gym were disappointing—the pool was in poor condition, and the gym felt far too small for the size of the property.

The breakfast was wonderful… I have been here the past three summers partially because of the breakfast, easy parking, cleanliness, safety and ability to check-in at night!
