The room was spacious and clean with separate sitting area.. the pool area was also clean and enjoyable.. the breakfast was excellent with made to order omelettes.. The downside is there was no pathway to the restaurants next door so you have to go to the street and go down. Also the snack area was way overpriced to get a 20oz soda..

Was very loud. Your staff did not enforce your own rules and you had kids running around after 10 pm. The pool area was chaotic with kids breaking most of the rules. All the staff had to do was enforce you own rules and regulations.

Loved this hotel - I think it was one of the nicest “off the highway” hotels we’ve stayed at. We loved the complimentary snacks and soft drinks that were available between 5 and 6pm. Our room was a suite so we had lots of space and the breakfast was great too. We will be back!!

Always a great time at embassy suites me and my family visit once a year. The rooms are comfortable spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating we always have lots of kids the staff are so understanding never give us a problem love coming to this hotel pool is big and clean hot tub is spacious as well all around fun time breakfast is amazing

Room and hotel was fine. There was just a loud alarm going off at 5 A.M. and kept going off. Called the front desk and also told them at checkout. Couldn't fall back asleep because of the alarm.

Love this place! Me and the family had an excellent stay the people at front desk super sweet and helpful and the hot tub was amazing. Kids had a good time nice size room and love that they had pool , hot tub, little arcade. The buffet breakfast was so good many choices for all the family and the place was clean and such a nice atmosphere. I finished a project I had in peace and listened to the sound of the water near the elevator the whole time so relaxing

The room was adequate but really needed updating. The last time we stayed at this hotel, we had a better room on the other side, not the atrium side. Staying on the atrium side was too noisy and the room was smaller and not very well equipped with regard to the kitchenette. There were no sponges and no paper towels. Although the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the person that checked us in was not. She did give us two adjoining rooms. When I told her I had emailed the hotel with regard to early check in, she told me she never reads the emails---however, the last time I stayed, the hotel did reply to my email and was very accomodating. The hotel was packed with kids going to various tournaments in the area and that was understandable. However, the pool and hot tub were also packed with kids with no supervision. Parents literally left their kids at the pool. I was surprised and actually happy to be there with my husband who is a paramedic just in case one of those kids, who were diving in the shallow water, hit their head on the bottom. A man was blasting his music with no regard for other people. He did this two days in a row. Back to the room: the bed was more comfortable than our last stay as was the couch. But, the shower was somewhat small and leaked onto the bathroom floor. All in all, a meh stay. I would say I would not stay again, but, we did like the breakfast and the proximity of the hotel to activities we like such as skiing, snowtubing, shopping and family.

Did not get queen beds as stated on the reservation. A heater system must have been under our room couldnt sleep at all at night. Complained and got no help. They said all there riom where booked the next day.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. But unfortunately on our stay there must have been a hockey tournament in the area so there were LOTS of kids just running around and being loud there was a curfew in place that they had to be in there rooms by 10 but unfortunately that was also when the pool closes. And trying to use the pool and hot tub during was almost impossible since there were kids always in them so we couldn't enjoy that amenity.

We stay here frequently and have always had a very positive experience, however this trip was particularly bad. Apparently youth hockey teams routinely stay at the hotel and the place was completely trashed- the kids broke the hot tub, there was food on the floors and the hallway walls, breakfast was missing spoons, bowls, etc., kids were running through the halls, knocking on people’s doors, screaming, kicking balls, throwing ice, and playing in the elevator late into the night while parents partied in the lobby below. It’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault- and the kids definitely were having a great time- but the staff didn’t/ couldn’t do anything about it and all of the non-hockey guests were miserable. If you are thinking of staying here call ahead and find out if there is a large youth group event- we learned the hockey teams stay together there regularly- it’s a great hotel at any other time but on these weeks it’s terrible for everyone except the unsupervised kids and the adults on break from parenting.

Loved the hotel and all of the amenities. The breakfast was amazing and I love that they also have snacks and drinks available in the evening. We were there with our kid’s hockey team for a tournament and they had plenty of things to do when we didn’t have games- the hotel even designated a knee hockey room so the kids could play without getting in trouble for disrupting other guests! The only complaint I have is that a couple staff members were very rude. Did not catch a name, but one lady at the front desk told one of our kids, who wanted to sign up for the floor hockey room that she was busy and didn’t have time for him (said it more than once and extremely rudely), even though he was just patiently waiting in line, with an adult, and simply needed to put a name down on the sign up sheet. The area was great, with tons of shopping and dining options too.

The price was right for an impromptu get away with the family. The breakfast more than paid for itself with the room. Buffet style, fresh made in front of you omelets that were absolutely perfect. Will definitely book here again :) Easy access to restaurants and fun family adventures!

We were able to get an early check in for being a Hilton honor member. The rooms with joining sitting room/ area are nice somewhat updated. But small. Just enough space to slide into the bed the heater is in the front room and makes it tricky to heat the main bedroom and bath equally. Sadly the pool was closed the morning of our departure so one last swim (which is why we were there for one night was not an option).

We absolutely loved this hotel except for the bed. First, check in was easy and the person checking us in was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was spotless. We enjoyed having a small kitchenette but found that the fridge was not getting cold. The hotel responded immediately when we called down and sent an engineer up right away who took the old fridge away and got us a new one. This happened in the space of 10 minutes! The location was great, close to skiing which was the point of our trip, snow tubing and shopping. The Fitness Center was perfect for me and the pool area was adequate. The hot tub was more like a lukewarm tub and had a ton of kids in it, not the hotel's fault. I love kids but when a toddler dressed only in a drooping diaper is in the pool and hot tub, makes me think twice about going in. The only downside about our stay was the rock-hard bed. Even my husband who prefers a hard mattress complained about the firmness. I was in constant pain and had to take Advil every night. But still, I don't think it would deter me from staying at this hotel again because of all the amenities. I probably would just bring a soft mattress pad next time. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed in. So, Embassy Suites, if you read this, please get some softer mattresses! Otherwise, I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Outstanding hotel. I travel quite a bit for work and for fun. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Everything looks new. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with more variety than I've seen in a breakfast buffet. The room was also incredibly quiet. I didn't hear the road noise, neighbors, or anyone walking down the hall. It was great to have a separate bedroom and the bedroom/bathroom able to be closed off from the living room. To top things off, my daughter left her laptop in the room. I called when we got home and they had the computer set aside at the front desk. I have NEVER been able to retrieve a forgotten item before and I am so grateful for the honest and helpful cleaning staff! Thank you!!!

Wonderful experience, my kids loved it. Great staff, upon check in and check out, Olesya was very welcoming, friendly , professional, and informative. Morning staff also accommodated my request to check out an hour later due to the weather conditions. We will definitely be visiting again. Breakfast was very delicious. Pool was great for the kids. Didn't get a chance to get in the hot tub due to the capacity of people inside, but I hope to get into it next time.

This property was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean. I understand that the hot tub had a lot of use. It would’ve been nice if the water had been skimmed to remove hair clumps. The second day, the pool and hot tub were not opened on time. We asked the front desk if it was okay to remove the hot tub cover so we could use it.

It kind of defeats the whole surprises I did that. The front desk was super rushed to just to get me checked in and I didn’t feel any type of Hilton status like my Silver status I have. The breakfast was not as good as the last time. The coffee at the serving table tasted instant powder, just black water, and fresh brewed one was also
Fragrant but no taste.

There were 2 servers but neither of them was wiping the tables before next guests arrived. The young male just swept the table with the used paper napkin by the previous guests.

The room has 2 led lights missing, and never been checked.

The housekeeper knocked on the door too early just after 9am.

This time, the experience was quite subpar and felt like best western.

Please, keep the standard intact.
