Hotel is clean and quiet. Room was adequate in every way and included a big walk in shower. We opted not to have breakfast due to the cost of €15pp. Walked to the bakery down the street instead. Sauna is included but we did not visit. Gym next door can be used for €5 per day; we did not visit here. Our family did have dinner here in the evening and the food was not very impressive. We did use Kegeln and had a blast even if we didn’t understand the scoring. Overall would recommend and stay again on a future visit; but probably not eat here.

A good business hotel but the restaurant could be

Overall this is a good hotel but could improve in a couple of areas. The evening meal menu is a little limited and it seems that tables in the restaurant are hard to come by due to block bookings from conferences. Both times I've stayed here I have had to sit at a high bar table to eat. Car parking space is also a bit limited.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. My only complaint would be that even though the room was booked for four, and indeed four beds were ready, we only had coffee for two but no milk and water for two. As this happens in most hotels for some strange reason we were not surprised but a little disappointed as everything else was very good.

Wir waren am Wochenende zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider war unsere Erfahrung dieses Mal eine andere. Die erste Nacht gab es im Nebenzimmer eine starke nicht jugendfreie Geräuschentwicklung. Die junge Dame hinter der Info schien zu verlegen um meiner Bitte nach einem anderen Zimmer nachzukommen. Somit mussten wir den Fernseher so laut machen, dass unsere Kinder es nicht mehr mitbekommen!!!

Die Personaldichte hat auch abgenommen, mann muss lange suchen bis man jemanden findet. Die Küche und Theke war geschlossen, dort war auch ein leichter Kanalisationsgeruch wahrzunehmen, vielleicht deshalb.

Beim Checkout habe ich dann der nächsten jungen Dame versucht meinen Unmut über die Beischlafgeräusche mitzuteilen, das hat sie überhaupt nicht interessiert. Beim Abkassieren konnte sie allerdings 1+1 zusammenzählen und hat meine Karte noch dementsprechend nachbelastet.

Schade, wir haben dieses Hotel gern besucht. In dieser Preisklasse gibt es aber auch ausreichend Alternativen.

Everything was good. The room was clean. Very small desk to use if working but I managed. Excellent for dogs with great areas around the hotel to walk in. However, €15 per dog per night is a lot of money, especially as they only clean the room up on leaving. I was going to bring two dogs, but that would have been too much money.

Ich war dort für 3 Tage, d.h. für 3 Übernachtungen. In dieser Zeit wurden nicht ein einziges Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, Betten gemacht oder der Papierkorb geleert.
Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Die Umgebung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil das Hitel in einem Industriegebiet liegt. Aber Freundlichkeit des Personals, das gute Frühstücksbuffet wiegen den Nachteil aus. Wegen der Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist ein Auto erforderlich, aber gute Anbindung durch Autobahnen.

Gutes Stopover-Hotel

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr nettes Personal, Klasse Frühstück und eine Sauna, die ich aber nicht nutzen könnte. Der Fitnessbereich kostet leider 5 Euro extra, das hatte ich wohl überlesen. Man benötigt ein Auto, Parken ist kostenlos. Die Gegend ist langweilig, aber ich hatte Termine am Flugplatz, so dass das Hotel sehr praktisch war.

An unserem Aufendhaltsdatum haben wir einen sehr günstigen Preis für das Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt,
allerdings ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Braunschweig in ruhiger Lage.

Grundsätzlich ein zweckmäßiges Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern.
Vom Zimmer war ich etwas enttäuscht: defekte Lampen, Wasser der Dusche läuft nur sehr zögerlich ab - könnte also mal etwas Wartung vertragen.
Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung und im üblichen Umfang.

Begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen. Hatte schon 6 Monate vorher gebucht und bekam Zimmer am Flurende mit Blick auf Hof mit Galskontainer und Rampe. Hatte eingewilligt, dass es mir recht ist alle 2 Tage Zimmerservice zu erhalten. Seife am Waschbecken ist bei Ankunft leer gewesen, wurde jedoch nicht ausgefüllt, dafür ist mein Rasierer, den ich zum Trocknen mit der Klinge nach oben gedreht hatte, umgedreht. Matratze könnte weicher sein.

Die Dusche hat leider ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Toller Duschkopf, Abfluss nur mäßig, Silikon mit schwarzen Verfärbungen, Badezimmertür splittert wegen der Feuchtigkeit durch fehlende Entlüftung unten ab.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für Geschäftsreisende

Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte war sehr in Ordnung. Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, Umgebung war nachts auch relativ ruhig. Der Ausblick auf den Hof eines Autohändlers ist nicht so prickelnd, aber hat auch nicht gestört. Eine relativ große und schön eingerichtete Saunalandschaft wird scheinbar kaum genutzt, kann ich aber empfehlen.

Habe zum dritten Mal das Hotel genutzt. Preis-Leistung für mich super. War immer erst spät im Hotel und bin früh wieder los. Zimmer recht gut isoliert. Trotz lauter Feier im Haus, nix gehört. Freundliche Rezeption. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zum Teil etwas abgewohnt und könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden (auch unterm Bett, hinter Tür) aber insgesamt völlig ok. NICHT LESEN...ANGST IM HOTEL als allein reisende Frau.

Um 21:50 Uhr wurden ich und meine Kollegin von einem Ungepflegten, gebrochen deutsch sprechenden, sehr unfreundlichen bis aggressiv wirkenden, sich nicht ausweisenden Mann ins Zimmer BEFOHLEN.

Wir haben unser Recht als Gast geltend gemacht, uns in die Lobby setzen zu dürfen, denn uns war solch ein Verbot nicht bekannt. Wir waren Stammgäste.

Es kam zu einer sehr laut aggressiv bedrohlichen Auseinandersetzung. Wir hatten Angst vor diesem Mann und wir waren allein.

Auf Nachfrage beim später eintreffenden Nachtportiers war dieser Mann aus einer Fremdfirma (nicht bekannt) als Security und Namentlich unbekannt, obwohl er direkt sehr vertraut hinter der Rezeption neben ihm stand.
Am Vorabend hat diese besagte Person sogar gekellnert?!

Er fühlte sich auch nicht berufen, diesem Mann Einhalt zu gebieten, als wir uns über diesen Vorfall beschweren wollten. Wir hatten ANGST IM HOTEL, unwillkommen und respektlos behandelt als Frau und Gast.

Wir werden diesen Ort NIE WIEDER AUFSUCHEN!

Es war alles in Ordnung. Mich hat es persönlich gestört das auf dem Zimmer kein mini Kühlschrank vorhanden war. Natürlich haben die uns Angeboten unsere Kühlpflichtigen Sachen bei sich im Kühlschrank zu lagern aber wer hat den schon Lust jedes mal für sein eigenes Getränk ständig runter zu laufen ! Vor allem an warmen Sommer tagen. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel, vor den Toren Braunschweigs.
Durch seine Lage, 5 Minuten von der A2 entfernt, aus allen Richtungen, schnell zu erreichen. Es ist ein sauberes Hotel, mit schönen Zimmern. Für mich sind auch die Frühstückszeiten ideal, da sie in der Woche um 6 Uhr und am Wochenende um 6.30 beginnen.

Bei dem Zimmer handelte es sich um eine Maisonette, Bad, Kofferraum und Wohnzimmer waren im Erdgeschoss und der Schlafbereich wurde über eine Wendeltreppe im oberen Geschoss erreicht. Es waren Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden und pro Geschoss ein Fernseher. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und konnten uns trotzdem Morgens einen Kaffee im Speiseraum gönnen. Freundliches Personal.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Das Zimmer war enttäuschend. Die Duscharmatur zeigte bereits Rostansätze und beim Versuch, die Dusche ca 19.30 Uhr zu benutzen, kam nur lauwarmes Wasser, obwohl aus dem Wasserhahn am Waschbecken heisses Wasser lief.

Alles in allem, dieses Zimmer war eine Absteige.

Die Unterkunft ist echt schön. Super nettes Personal und auch die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir waren mit Kindern dort und könnten uns den ganzen Abend beschäftigen. Billard, Kegelbahn oder Tischkicker ... alles da.
Einziges Manko im Zimmer hat es teilweise unangenehm gerochen.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und das Bett außerordentlich bequem. Ich habe mich entschieden im Hotel zu frühstücken und habe es nicht bereut. Tolles Angebot und für jeden Geschmack etwas da!!!

Als \"Mangel\" möchte ich nur angeben, dass ich in meinem Zimmer (vor allem wenn es ganz ruhig war) ein lautes Geräusch gehört habe, was etwas unangenehm war.

Freundlich, aber etwas herunter gekommen!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der erste Eindruck ist ganz gut, allerdings wenn man etwas näher hinschaut, dann erkennt man überall kleinere Mängel.
Kaputte Stühle und Tische, Putz am Fenster im inneren bröckelt, Tapete im Bad löst sich leicht an der Decke. Nichts gravierendes außer der Sauberkeit im Bad. Die war so lala.
Es wirkt im gesamten, als ob die Führung die Zügel sehr lang lässt und kaum Qualitätskontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe durchführt, so dass sich der Schlendrian beim Personal eingeschlichen ist. Wenn ich nicht jeden Morgen darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass ich das Frühstück wahrgenommen habe, wäre das sicherlich nicht auf der Endrechnung erscheinen. Das Personal selber war aber sehr Freundlich. Lediglich das Empfangspersonal war nur sichtbar wenn man sich bemerkbar gemacht hat. Direkt am Empfang hinter einer Wand hat sich dieses Personal immer aufgehalten. Da hätte ein und ausgehen können wer wollte, das hätte keiner mitbekommen. Ich denke, dass ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen würde.
