O hotel foi um achado de ultima hora e pela proposta serviu para o que precisavamos. Alguns pontos podem melhorar como as camas “moles”, mesmo entendendo que isso pode ser um gosto pessoal. A unica parte que pediria atenção é com a manutenção do piso. Proximo a entrada do banheiro ele esta todo “rasgado” por ser de laminado, assim como o blackout da janela também rasgado e sujo. No mais o hotel é bom para uma rapida estadia.

Bare bones, but clean and very good breakfast
This hotel had no frills, and though the building itself was not well maintained, it's one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed in for a while. Water pressure was excellent (though it was hard to find a good balance between hot and cold), and the drains drained perfectly.
There were a lot of problems with the key cards disactivating, and there was usually a line to talk to someone at the front desk.
Biggest dissatisfaction: Our bathroom had no toilet paper or hand/floor towel when we arrived, and when I asked for these items I believe they thought I was just asking for extra and responded accordingly. I ended up getting the towels directly from the lady cleaning our floor.
Biggest complement: the breakfast! Had all the usual buffet items, but it was refreshed in a very regular and organized manner. They make their coffee in small pots, so it's always fresh, and they never ran out. Parabens to whoever runs the kitchen there!

De maneira geral foi uma boa estada. Na chegada, ao realizar o checkin o recepcionista disse que teria de ser cobrado uma taxa de 40 reais pelo estacionamento, avisei que havia reservado pelo app Hotels.com já com o serviço de estacionamento incluso, ele pediu pra olhar a reserva, eu mostrei e ele “aceitou”. Gostaria que ficasse claro nos dados da reserva tudo aquilo que está incluso para que não haja esse tipo de confusão. Demais, quarto sujo em baixo da cama, com lata de refrigerante e bastante pó, demais áreas limpas, café da manhã com pouca variedade de frutas e outros itens alimentícios. Atendimento muito bom, solícitos e educados.

O quarto era muito pequeno, o chuveiro era frio (fiquei um tempo esperando a agua esquentar e nada. Acabei tomando banho frio mesmo). A cortina do quarto estava suja, repleta de mofo. Alem disso, o quarto tinha mosquitos. Sugiro nao deixar a janela aberta quando cair a tarde.

Uma noite de terror com bom café da manhã
Experiência ruim, o chuveiro demora 15 min para esquentar meia boca, as lâmpadas do espelho do banheiro e cabeceira da cama não funcionam, a cama não é de casal mas sim duas de solteiro unidas, o frigobar é decorativo pois não tem nada dentro, existe um ruído de fundo constante acho que da caldeira, e ruídos de outros quartos, todos muito altos devido a pessoa acústica, não tinham disponível um cobertor extra e por isso passamos frio, e por fim uma funcionária do hotel entrou no quarto sem ao menos bater na porta pra perguntar se havia alguém fumando. Única coisa boa o café da manhã.

Sempre fico na rede accor e acabei por fazer a reserva numa rede diferente, slaviero, e, para minha surpresa, fui super bem recebido, pelas recepcionistas gabriela, daniela e rose! Na virada do ano ainda tivemos presentinho no quarto, com um recado de feliz ano novo e um bombom! Todos muito educados, limpeza boa, as camas são mais confortáveis que os dos ibis e novotel, incluindo os travesseiros, coisa que foi surpresa também, mesmo com os quartos menores, são bem funcionais. Um show a parte vai para o chuveiro, com uma ducha com uma pressão magnífica que faz uma bela massagem no corpo após um dia de praia. O café da manhã é básico, mas de o suficiente, frios (teve dias com salame, queijo prato e queijo branco e outros com presunto, queijo e queijo branco), pães (forma, francês, doce e bisnaquinha), mel, manteiga, geleia, ovos mexidos, salsicha, bolos, frutas, cereais, sucos e máquinas para bebidas quentes (só o café filtrado da máquina que deixa a desejar) mas substitui pelo café com leite direto da maquina, ótimo. A mocinha do café fica sozinha na reposição e também me surpreendi pela agilidade (não me lembro o nome dela infelizmente) e também super educada quando está terminando o horário do buffet, passa mesa a mesa informando que irá retirar as coisas, já no ibis deixaram a desejar muitas vezes, retirando tudo comigo ainda me servindo e a reposição / limpeza terrível mesmo com mais pessoas.

Great value for the money! There was plenty of parking despite what the reviews said. Location is convenient to the highway. Bed was fairly comfortable. Also the elevator was really modern, and cool! A/C and wifi worked fine. Just wish the room was a bit bigger, and had more convenient electric outlets to the bed. TV had few channels. Overall a good stay and not too far from beach.

I've had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is well located, with easy access. There is a shopping centre nearby as well as other conveniences such as petrol station and fast-food shops.

Entrei no quarto, percebi que o piso de madeira estava todo estufado, um dia depois descobri o motivo. Choveu forte na cidade, a janela virou uma cachoeira dentro do quarto, e alí era o único lugar pra colocar a mala. Resultado, quarto inundado, roupas completamente molhadas. Nenhum funcionário pra ajudar a secar, nenhuma providência pra resolver as minhas roupas molhadas. Ainda, nenhum contato depois do ocorrido ou pedido de desculpas. O pior hotel que já estive na vida.

É o que se conhece como espelunca, primeiro a recepção disse que ia tentar antecipar o check In e nunca conseguiu (ok até aí tudo bem seria uma comodidade não obrigação), aí chegou 14h recepcionista falou que teríamos q aguardar mais 15 minutos porque não tinha quarto disponível, subindo para o quarto o elevador está com algumas partes enferrujadas. A porta do quarto no seu lado esquerdo estava sem o espelho… quando vc entra no quarto tudo piora, a televisão é torta, está queimada no canto direito da tela.. o ar condicionado em pessimas condições de higiene e gelando muito mal, as “cobertas” que são servidas são tão finas quanto um lençol. O lençol da cama ao lado estava completamente manchado e com aparência de mofo. A tomada ao lado da cama não funcionava. A luz em cima da cama da direita não ligava. O que dizer da cortina? Toda rasgada, suja, entrando mais luz do que se estivesse aberta.. banheiro com o teto mofado… olha são tantos e inúmeros defeitos que poderia passar algum tempo escrevendo.

É um hotel simples que atende o prposito de ser um local de otimo custo benefício para um paraaa curta em meio a uma viagem. Localização otima. Cafe sa manha simples, porem estao exagerando um pouco, alguns produtos melhor dar uma boa opcao ou nem oferecer, suco com gosto ruim e aspecto de vencido, salsicha com textura duvidosa e outros itens que na duvida achei melhor nao consumir. Hotel razoável, quarto sem manutenção e em condições razoáveis, piso soltando, paredes mofadas, TV ruim com poucos canais e sem o básico, que são todos os canais abertos, além da acústica do quarto ser ruim, muito barulho da BR, as janelas deveriam vedar mais o barulho. O café da manhã é bem razoável também, serviço de limpeza de quarto falho, não há controle sobre as camareiras, que deixam de efetuar a limpeza e você só descobre a noite, quando retorna ao hotel, não sendo mais possível nenhum serviço de limpeza. No geral um hotel bem razoável, precisam melhorar muita coisa, um alerta para a nova rede que adquiriu o hotel recentemente, os quartos precisam de uma boa reforma e os serviços precisam ser melhorados.

O hotel está em péssimas condições, não condiz com outro de Osorio da rede TRI. O vaso estava com a tampa quebrada, o box com o piso sujo, a TV era minúscula, o carpete do corredor velho e sujo. Ou seja necessita de uma reforma urgente. A equipe do check-in foi bem cordial, infelizmente o hotel nem o logo TRI tem na fachada

Nao tenho foros mas muito ruim. Porta do 210 nao fechava. Ai na hora do cafe da manha, uma sala comercial locada nobpiso de cima, uma moca \" GRITAVA\" dando palestras on line. Pedi ao funcionario doncafe eba funcionaria da recepcao (pirceng) que pedisse a ela para encostar a porta, mas fui ignorado por ambos.
