가성비 좋은 호텔, 비교적 다양한 조식, 위치는 보통.

위치가 처음에 찾아가기는 다소 힘들 수 있습니다.
위치는 남부 파타야, 워킹스트리트 입구 기준으로 절반이상 들어가서 좌측 골목으로 빠진 위치로, 워킹스트리에서 걸어갈 수 있을 정도의 위치입니다.

주위의 거리는 인도거리로 음식점 등 모두가 인도스타일로 되어있음.
다른곳으로 이동하려면 싸이2과 남부파타야의 교차로까지 걸어가서 썽태우를 타는것을 추천합니다.

발리하이 선착장까지의 거리도 짧아서 마음만 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 그래도 오토바이 택시를 타는것을 추천합니다.

조식은 충분히 다양했고, 객실도 휴식을 취하기에 충분했습니다.

Totally Rubbish, needs to be closed down.

We booked 7 Executive Rooms and uponing checking in late night after an 15 hours long flights was told they did not have 7 Executive Rooms. We paid for an rooms which we did not get... no apologies from managements. Rooms not clean at all, bugs running around everywhere in the room. Toilets blocking up, to many group of Indian guys from India making noises which puts an bad name to British Indian people.

Overall good value for money.

Hotel was in good condition, rooms were clean spacious and modern. Comments about the swimming pool seem to be true, was a murky brown pond when we went up, didn’t risk swimming in it. The hotel is close to many massage places as well as only five minute walk to walking street. Staff are friendly and speak good English

All things consider a good value

No major issue. Upside was location, staff and price. A 10-12 walk to Walking Street. All the essential next to hotel for travelers. Please note the following: If you are going to do laundry and not use the hotel then don't use laundry right next to hotel. All establishments will charge by the piece. If you don't mind walking 5 minutes you can locate neighborhood laundry store. The prices will be about 50% cheaper.
Downside of hotel included AC not running as efficiently as it could. The reason was the filter was completely clogged up. A simple cleaning would have done wonders. TV and remote did not function at an acceptable level. Trying to watch the TV from the bed did not work out well. Overall though the attitude of the staff, hotel location and general appearance of the room and hotel made the stay enjoyable.

Absolute horrible experience. Room was not as it looks online. Front desk Service was absolutely terrible. They would not even call is a cab when we were leaving. They told us to go outside and grab one ourselves so we had to leave all our luggage and chase one down. Every single night we had people slamming doors and being so loud that it kept us up all night. Hotel did nothing about this. Came down for breakfast and there was nothing left. Do not suggest staying there at all. Please save the frustration and book somewhere else. There are many other hotels in pattaya that I am sure will treat you like a human being.

the hotel itself was good enough but the other guests on our floor were loud and inconsiderate. they would come home and bring outside guests into the hotel and began to scream and yell. they were banging on the walls and throwing things. the staff could not help us either. they seemed afraid of the other guests. overall bad experience and we checked out early. only conveniently close to walking street. rating 1.

There's a disconnect between the amount of English speaking staff anticipated just based on its online presence and what's actually there, which isn't that big of a deal. They did, however, have me forward my email receipt and took forever looking up my reservation? The bigger deal was the cleanliness of the room... hair everywhere, water stains -- I'm not even sure they cleaned it. The bathroom consistently reeked. I don't usually stay in nice hotels, so it was disappointing that one I booked based on design turned out this way. The last day we got a call 8 minutes before checkout telling us we had to leave in five minutes, which made me feel scrutinized and rushed. I don't recall reading anything about the 100 baht late checkout fee, but if I'm wrong I'd love to be linked to it. Reading some visitors' racist remarks about other guests makes me wonder what how management has potentially internalized the issue in how they treat their guests, and I hate to have such thoughts on vacation. Then they tried to charge us extra for the complimentary water. I stayed at two other hotels in the area, all glowingly positive experiences.

The only positive here was the breakfast -- that was pretty decent.

Good hotel but right on the edge of town. i.e. there is nothing beyond where this hotel is. Walking Street is about 10 min walk in the other direction. There is a 7-11 opposite hotel and a number of Indian restaurants between hotel & Walking Street so finding Thai food nearby is not easy. You can take a Songtheaw (local bus) from just outside the hotel to Walking Street (if you don't like the walk) or to the bus station (10 mins) where buses go to Suvarnabhumi airport from.

WiFi router was at the far end of the corridor from where my room was so the connection was weak and kept dropping. Pool is on 8th floor but you need to get towels from reception. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Won't mind staying again.

Good price and near Walking Street

Hotel is near to Walking Street if you know how to get into the \"small lanes / small road\" or \"soi\". Takes about 5mins walk. If you follow the main road it will take about 10-15mins walk. Very convenient,across the road there's mini marts / 7eleven. And along the main road, there's many arabian restaurants and many more.

We was here in September 2015 and stayed for 3nights.
Awesome swimming pool, bar and views up there. But too bad it were raining heavily when we're there.

Sure to book again this hotel as it has balcony too. Our room is very comfortable and its around the corner and spacious. There's mini fridge, safe box, wardrobe and umbrella too...

Reckon for couples / group of friends...

Worst Hotel and Staff

The reception staff did not greet us even on arrival. Very rude and unfriendly. I expected a warm heartly welcome in a typical Thai manner with two hands clasped in a greeting manner with smile and \"sapunska\" (Hello) word. Instead the girl was very rude and \"Have you Booked\" ? They have forgotten how to smile and be helpful and behave in a Thai way. Probably they picked up the rude manners from the guests. But it is up to the Management to correct the staff.
Luckily I checked the mini bar on arrival and noticed there was only one Coke cans instead of two (According ti the Mini Bar Menu), I reported this immediately to the reception. The receptionist came with a security person as a witness to check the mini bar, and assured us that will not be charged. But when on book out, the coke was charged to our bill. Afternally it was taken off our bill.poor management and poor communication between the staff. Hotel Charged 54 Baht ($1.64) for a chipped drinking glass in our room.On book out the bell boy took our luggage to ground floor, when the taxi came no one could locate him. My self and my family with 3 kids had to push the bell trolley with our luggage to the taxi and unload the luggage. No other staff came to help even. they just said the \"bell boy has gone somewhere\"
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES OR EUROPEANS OR TO ANYBODY DESCENT

This Hotel was very noisy people yelling and talking loud till 5AM and started again at 7AM. It also is in a area of town that would make most American feel uncomfortable. The top sheets and covers on the bed did not fit.

I will never book here again and no on should.

It is a bit out of the circle. If you want to have fun, better stay either beach road or second road. But hotels are older in that area. this one is a fairly new and clean hotel, but far away. you need a tuk tuk to go there.

Lovely hotel

This hotel was in an ideal location from walking street, which was approximately 5 mins walk away. The room was big as was the bed. Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Most of the male staff were very nice while the female desk staff were very rude. The rooftop pool had a lovely view and water wasnt too cold, although the rooftop bar wasnt open. This wasnt a problem though. There was a massage shop taxi services right outside hotel and travel agents and restaurants within 2 mins walk.

Rooms had own mini fridge which had soft drinks and alcohol for sale, soft drinks were approx €1 and beer €2,room also had hair dryer although no iron... Seem to not have irons in some of Thailand!! Haha

Television had a lot of English speaking stations.

I found this to be a lovely hotel and would gladly go back. It was quiet at night.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the area it was in seemed a little delaipdated and seemed to be under construction but it was still quiet in the day and at night.
Around the corner from this hotel is a russian travel agents which we used to book a trip to the tiger zoo. This was an amazing experience. Most travel agents in this area are quite safe to use.

I stayed 1 night and 2 day time. This is located in central of most wanted places. We can get indian and pakistan restaurant closed by. Walking street about to 10 min walking.We can find motor bike guys for go around. I paid 80 bht for pattay port for two of us. But i disappointed with pool, because they closed pool early. But for money it is acceptable hotel

Not the Hilton, but good value

This was my second time staying at the SunXclusive. Okay so it’s not the Hilton. The neighbourhood is what it is South Pattaya; The hotel is relatively new, but the finishes are not exactly top notch. The front desk staff are definitely not typical of Thailand. You find smiling friendly people everywhere in Thailand, except at the front desk of this hotel. But they do their job and are efficient. Now, for the price you pay you get a very decent size room, which is pretty clean with good Internet and average breakfast and the hotel staff don’t have any issues with your guests. So although it has some issues, you can’t beat the value you get for the price.

The service is extremely disappointing. When we arrived we were not greeted at all, and the staff aren't friendly at all. We asked one of the ladyboyy front desk staff on how can we walk from our hotel to waking streets, the ladyboyy' replied rudely \"just walk straight\". So as we walk straight all the way, it took us about 20mins walk to arrived walking streets. The 2nd time we decided to take motor taxi to walking streets instead, we then realized there is actually a short cut! The short cut only took 10mins to walk to walking streets! When we went back to the hotel, we saw another group of Caucasian were asking the ladyboyy' on how to walk to walking streets, this time round the service is different! The ladyboyy gave a big smile and warm greet and he even went to the extra mile to guide them outside the entrance of the hotel. Just because we were not Caucasian doesn't mean we deserved such sevices! I will never ever stay this hotel again and I make sure I will spread the comment around to prevent people from stayin here!

it's just meeting the value for money category

The interiors of rooms are nice... rooms are spacious.. cleanliness is good.. staff was ensuring rooms are cleaned daily without any mention.

The problem is with the hotel walls.. the noise jus seems to travel all over the place.. its paper thin walls will give u a sneak peak into all happening around you..

Also since it was a budget hotel, its proximity to the beach is far, closer to walking street..

Mind one thing - this hotel is all about the money, not at all flexible towards customer satisfaction or anything.. we had to cough up money for 1 hr early check in (never been charged for one hour early check in till I stayed at sun xclusive) !!! Overall dont expect memories, its a easy skip..

Skip this hotel, there are enogh alternatives

The rooms and location were Ok but the service and attitude of the front desk staff was terrible. In addition, they have thi stechnique of extorting more money from you if any stains are found on your towels (you cannot prove if the towels are yours or not but you'll stil have to pay if they tell you to).

Vi hade en bra vistelse på detta hotell.
Rummet var helt OK och städningen fungerade bra.
Balkongerna är lite tråkiga utan möbler och utsikt över grannhuset och en gränd.
Servicen på hotellet är inte den bästa men det duger.
Närområdet är lite tråkigt men det finns några restauranger och servicebutiker nära hotellet.
Det är nära att promenera till Walking Street och där finner man allt man kan önska och lite till.

The room was okay, altough AC did not work too well and linens were not too clean (had some stripes). The bed was big and comfortable. The receptionists didn't understand english very good. One day they gave our room key to another person as well, so he just walked in our room randomly which was a bit awkward. The receptionist apologised for that, which was nice. The rooftop pool was nice, but it was small and there was no pool service most of the time. The breakfast was okay. The location is very good if you want to party as the walking street is very near. The neigborhood itself is okay, but for beach vacation it is the wrong place to be. My pregnant fiance did not feel very well in the hotel, as other guests (90-95% of them were male) were always looking at her and made some noise which was heard to the room during night time, which was a bit weird, but it has little to do with the hotel itself. Wifi was bad, had to log in every time again which was annoying. Overall it is an okay place.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im arabischen Viertel, im Hotel selbst sind fast ausschließlich Inder untergebracht. Die Lage Ist ganz o. k., zum Ausgehen , bspw. Walking Street, rund 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüberliegend sind zwei Lebensmittelläden die 24 Stunden geöffnet haben. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist in Ordnung, nicht allzu groß, kein Schattenplatz, wenig Publikum auf dem Dach. Schlichtweg ein wenig lieblos und ohne jegliche Pflanzen. Die Zimmer sind o. k., haben einen Balkon. Zimmergröße / Sauberkeit in Ordnung. WiFi passabel, Frühstück solide. Zu einem Preis von 30-40 € pro Übernachtung zu empfehlen, darüber hinaus nicht!

地理位置還不錯!房間也蠻好的!樓上又有游泳池!印度人蠻多就是了，樓下附近有三間超商買東西很方便! 門口還蠻好搭到雙條車的，門口左邊是往中天海灘的路線，右邊去馬路那邊是要去walking Street的路線! 另外房間每個人要押金500退房時退回。房間有兩瓶水可以免費使用! 總結：還不錯!

ある意味、予想通り？

とにかく到着時に当日は団体客を入れたので、空き室なしとのこと。６泊の予定のうち１泊のみ系列ホテルへとのこと。しかも、案内されたのは、妖しい雰囲気の連れ込みホテル風。残りの５泊分はアップグレードしたとのことだったが、これが・・・、の水準。貴重な滞在期間の１日分を無駄にしました。（ホテルの移動等ありで。）カウンターの女性たちは決して愛想が悪いわけではありませんが、何分これでは。朝食は毎朝メニューも変わり水準も悪くありませんでした。部屋からの景観は立地からしても明らかですが、廃屋と雑然とした町並み。ちなみに屋上のプールは濁っており、入る気になりませんでした。

高級感はないが、値段からして満足できる内容である。ウォーキングストリートまでも近いし、周囲には食堂やマッサージなどもある。部屋からの眺望は望めないが、屋上に申し訳程度のプールもあり、この値段から行けば上等である。もし、このホテルで満足できないなら、もっとお金を払ってほかのホテルへ行くべきである。4000円以下で宿泊できました。ホテルライフを考えなければ満足です。
