The apartment was very nice, clean and convenient. The hotel is well located. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The gym was very good.

The apartments are so spacious and have a really well equipped kitchen. Every member of staff I had interactions with could not have been more friendly and helpful. The little balcony was perfect as it was shaded most of the time which would be wonderful in the heat of summer. I didn’t use the pool as it was January although other guests did but it looked beautiful and sparkling clean. Location is fantastic across the road from a beautiful park and 5 minute walk to the beach

Our stay at Royal Oasis Club at Pueblo Quinta was great. The property is located just about a block from the beach and boardwalk, and close to many wonderful restaurants. Directly across the street is Parque de Paloma, a beautiful park with numerous walking routes.
Staff at the property are all lovely, welcoming, and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our 1-bedroom apartment was perfect, fully equipped (including dishwasher and clothes washer) and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the nice weather.
The pool area is small but very nice, plenty of lounge chairs (pool towel rentals were 8 Euros each for the duration of our stay). Though the weather was sunny and good for lounging, the pool water was cold for us, though several people enjoyed the water. Our stay was November 2025.
This was our second vacation here, and we would stay at Royal Oasis again next time.
PS: This property would be great for larger group or family trips too. There are four 1-bedroom apartments on each floor, and you can request proximity. Even on separate floors, the levels are separated by an outdoor set of stairs and very easy to still be close.

Good location, apartments had everything you needed including full range of kitchenware. Completely modern fittings and aircon. Loved the complimentary dishwasher and washing machine detergent as it meant not having to buy it for the one wash we needed. I stayed here for a week on my own, having travelled solo for the first time in my life. I’m so glad I chose Royal Oasis Club. It felt like home. I felt so safe and secure - locked gate into the property and double locks on the door, well lit. The apartment was absolutely divine, super clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy, shower was great, it had everything I needed to enjoy my stay - hairdryer, fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, iron/board.The grounds are so beautiful and well kept, the pool was wonderful! Nice and peaceful place, felt so luxurious. The guests were respectful and quiet, no late night parties, etc.The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Parque de La Paloma, a beautiful park with animals, cacti, lake, outdoor workout area and playground. Less than a 5min walk to the beach, 3 small supermarkets and pharmacy 2 min walk away, with a large Mercadona supermarket up the hill - 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside if you wanted to take a day trip. The property is small and quaint, you feel like you are a resident, not a guest. I felt I really lucked out discovering this gem. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I look forward to bringing my family here next time. Wonderful place!

My only complaint was the noise from road outside of the property and works within the neighbouring park. Pretty awful from 7am most days. Nothing the hotel can do about that but worth knowing if you are a light sleeper.

I can’t say much about this property because due to a booking mix up we were transferred to their sister property, Sunset Sahara. What I can say is that the staff at Royal Oasis were fantastic, helpful, polite and accommodating. The lobby area was well maintained with refreshments and a play area for the children which was a great touch. Our stay at the Sunset Sahara was perfect, thanks in no small part to the team at Royal Oasis for arranging it at such short notice.

Fantastic self-contained apartments, ideal for these Covid times! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, very close to the seafront with bars, restaurants, beaches etc. A Supermarket is just 5 minutes walk up a steep hill. Easy to get to - we take the (cheap) train from Malaga airport, get off at Benalmadena Station (approx.15 mins) then a 15/20 minute walk to the hotel (all downhill & easy to find, just head for the sea!). We have stayed here several times and will do so again in the future.

Chicken disturbance to be expected.
This is a good apartment complex, with apartments in good condition and in a good location. However the area is infested with wild chickens that muster in the gardens underneath the bedrooms making continuous noise day and night. Given the amount of feedback given to this complex on this single issue it's a shame that it has not been given higher attention. Have booked another complex for my next visit as will not stay here again as did not have an undisturbed night for the entire period we stayed.

We have been staying at Pueblo Quinta for many years now and it is always a place we want to come back to. The apartments are all decorated the same with the same high standard kitchen and living areas so you know what you are getting. Recent improvements have been welcome such as free WiFi and free safety box which both used to be a big add on especially travelling with kids!! There are still a few minor things the property come improve on....the main one is the regularity of the maid service....we recently stayed for 14 nights and they operate a routine of towel change, two day break, towel and bedding change etc therefore the beds do only get changed twice in a 14 day period and only the bottom sheets. When you have kids that love the beach, the sheets need changing a lot more than they currently do!!! The only other gripe is the checking in time of 4pm and 10am check out?? A 2pm check in time would be far more civilised but only a minor point!!
The pluses do massively outweigh those two issues so we will return. Compared to other accommodation in Benalmadina, they just don’t compare for comfort and location being only a 5 min walk to the Arroyo and around 1min to the beach and near by park across the road.

The apartment was amazing, very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped and there was water and milk in the fridge for us, as well as tea and coffee. There was no charge for the in-room safe. Our room was at the front of the block overlooking the park - we have read that the cockerels kept people awake but we didn't have any issues.
