Nice stay just outside the city

The hotel is quite large and located in a lovely area just outside of the city. The staff are not over-friendly but not rude either. We stayed here because we had a car and this hotel offers easy parking. Breakfast was great. We’d stay here again.

We had a family dinner at the hotel which was excellent. Unfortunately we were misled about the price in that we were told that water, tea and coffee were included, but we got an extra bill at the end for €120 for 18 bottles of water, an outrageous €5+ per bottle.

When I checked in, the hotel did not have my prepaid reservation from Expedia. The front desk clerk copied my Expedia reservation and provided me with acceptable accommodations.

When I checked-out, the front desk clerk attempted to charge me for the room... again, it was a prepaid reservation. Again, the front desk clerk copied my Expedia reservation.

It was relatively painless considering the potential for discord. I credit the staff for taking care of this...it did however leave me to believe this is a common occurrence...not really what I would expect from a four star hotel.

In need of refurbishment.

Whilst the room looked to be fine at first glance, a closer look revealed several areas of concern, in what is supposedly a 4 star hotel. Looking at the carpet, showed it to be decidedly grubby, there were black marks on the net curtain, which it's self appeared to be a bit thin in places. As I drew the curtains, it became apparent that the right one was not fastened at the end, nor would it meet the left one in the middle, without leaving a gap at the end. A closer look also revealed there to be several small holes in it, letting light from the car park through. A look at the bedside light, showed there to be large amounts of silver paint missing from the base. As dawn broke, the curtain problem proved to be a real inconvenience, letting large amounts of daylight into the room. After a while, I decided to take a shower, drawing the shower curtain back, revealed several areas where the bath enamel was missing. A closer examination of the bathroom, showed at least one of the downlighters was not flush in it's housing. It was also apparent, that dirt had been allowed to build up over time, in areas not directly in the line of sight.
It would appear that the room was in desperate need of some TLC, and given the dark colours used, (grey carpet with a dark red pattern, light brown bathroom decor) a refurbishment to modern standards certainly wouldn't go amiss.

Simply pleasant!

This was my second stay in this hotel. Same as the first time - very pleasant and comfortable. Clean rooms, convenient location, great service from the personnel at the reception. Some minor renovations would soon be actually due, but nothing major.
Overall - the best choice you could ever possibly make for the price!
And anybody who would rate it negatively, is not really being objective.

I would definitely visit again, and would 100% recommend it in case I'm being asked.

10 minutes walk from Bad Soden S3 Station. Clean and comfortable hotel. I stay here for one week and It is just like what I think before my trip. The breakfast buffet is great and Tai resturant just across street open until 11:00pm. The wifi might need to improve. and My surname which is WANG was print as Yun Wang in the registery system,it makes operator difficult to find my full name, when the customs police officer called the hotel to check whether has this person staying at hotel when my wife is clearing the customs. but finally it is sovled when I gave them the room number. Hope next time staff can be familiar with the chinese surname. thanks. Anyway, I like this hotel, I might come back next year. thanks.

Nice hotel, close to local amenities.

Nice hotel about halfway up a hill. Rooms either overlook the country park, or the hotel's car park. Most appear to have balconies, accessed by sliding doors.
Space is well utilised, allowing luggage to be stored out of the way. There is no air conditioning, which may be a problem in the summer. Although the two radiators kept the room very warm, especially as the temperature was below freezing a lot of the time.
I can't comment on the food at the hotel, as I never ate there. Preferring to eat at the various restaurants in the town.
The room was clean on arrival, and maintained that way by the cleaning staff.
The hotel is no more than a 10 minute walk from the suburban train station, which is situated very close to various shops, and restaurants.
As I prefer to be left alone when staying at a hotel, this proved to be ideal. Although if there was anything you wanted, I wouldn't have thought it would have been a problem.
From what little interaction I had with the staff, they were always polite and courteous.
Would I stay there again? Yes I would, although I would probably prefer somewhere that had air conditioning during the summer months.

Pros: Comfortable bed, plenty of lights in the room, small balcony with sliding glass door.Decent wifi, although you must reconnect with a new code every day. Good shower and tub.Tea kettle in room. Next to a lovely park, across from a delicious Thai restaurant, just a few blocks from downtown Bad Soden and the train station into Frankfurt.

Cons: Our room was on the small side. No fridge. Staff are capable but not super friendly.

Marginal Internet for a Conference Center

While the internet is free thru a T-Mobile URL it constantly disconnected about every 10 minutes for our entire 16 hour stay. It was nearly impossible to connect with my Windows 8 laptop for some reason but connected fine on iphone and ipad. Overall I'd give it 3-4 stars with a 1 star for internet.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The desk staff didn't realized they are working in the hospitality business. My room window was broken and stayed open all the times. Despite reminding the problem to the staff, it never got fixed. The TV was not working properly.

This hotel is more American oriented, and we had hoped for more of a traditional German feel. The food was delicious. Sadly, some of the front desk staff were snooty, as this is more of a conference center geared toward wealthy business people (my husband and I were simply there to visit my son and take a belated honeymoon!) but everyone else was wonderful- especially housekeeping!! The grounds and park behind the hotel are beautiful. Walking paths and fountains... Everything within walking distance, bakeries, shopping, restaurants, pubs...The town people were very welcoming! Bad Soden is a charming place to stay!

Really nice hotel in a lovely surrounding overlooking a park. It's near a train station which is 15mins from the town centre. We stayed there as we were going to the surrounding area so other hotels may be more central. Rooms clean and have all amenities. Would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Really bad. I booked this hotel as I did stay a few years ago.
I had very important things to send via email and when I got there the person at the counter which by the way did not speak English, told us that there were not internet bouchers therefore I needed to wait till next day!!!!
I urgently needed to send some important information from my company email and I couldn't!!!!
I tried to pay for it and it was impossible.
The worst part about it is that the next day when I got the free internet boucher, it did not worked!
There were a lot of people complaining about it when checking out.

Our expedia booking was lost which caused an unwelcome delay to our late arrival; but the manageress still found us good rooms. Unfortunately there was no shuttle bus to the fair that should have been organised because of the bad delays on the trains. However, in normal circumstances the 5 minute walk through the park to the station is a pleasure and the fairground is only a further 25 minutes IF the trains are running on time!

Ideal hotel to use as base for visiting Taunus

The hotel is predominantly one used for business meetings/conferences but we found it ideal to use as a base for visiting Frankfurt and other places in Main Taunus. The area was known to us, so we had not intended to use the hotel for anything other than a base for seeing local friends. We were fortunate with friends having cars at our disposal - otherwise I believe parking charges would apply - but with the S-Bahn and buses only 5-7 minutes walk away it was easy for anyone needing to use public transport. Frankfurt city centre was approximately a 25 minute train journey. Train travel isn't particularly cheap - probably on a par with the UK - so hotel and location not for anyone on a very tight budget.
However, the hotel room was excellent value for money. It was clean, functional and modern. Hotel staff were very helpful and the airport courtesy was an option available for anyone wanting quick (15 minutes from airport) transportation at less than half the cost of a taxi.

A very nice surprise!

Since it was Ramada Hotel, we did not expect much but were nicely surprised and loved it. The staff persons were super helpful. We were very tired after a long travel and the room was available right away (much sooner than we expected!). The hotel was located near beautiful park and the view of the park from our window was lovely. Daily mineral water was supplied for our convenience, beds were comfy, and everything was very clean. The hotel is located a little far from downtown Frankfurt but for those of you who travel by car, the hotel is easily accessible, an ideal spot to rest, to explore the small German towns nearby, and the parking and the internet were free of charge (a huge bonus!). A buffet breakfast, although a little pricey, was very nice, with lots of selections offered. Overall, it was a pleasing experience for both of us. We wanted to express our thanks to the front desk staff, Larissa, Annette, and Sibel, for the excellent service that made our stay better than expected!

Ramada facilities but a bit tired

Very comfortable rooms - the best beds, duvets and pillows that I have experienced.
Strangely, on the balcony there is a chair but no table.
Good service in the bar and reasonably priced bar snacks.
It may be un-pc, but lovely to have smoking rooms and indoor smoking areas!
All staff were very willing to help and friendly.

Nice place to stay and to commute to Frankfurt

We stayed in Ramada Hotel Bad Soden for a couple of nights. The hotel is quite modern, new and in a good shape. The room was really big, clean and comfortable especially compare to another European hotels. They provided free bottled water (ironically, in the Italian restaurant across the road it costs 5 euro). The town Bad Soden is very nice place itself, plus it located very conveniently for commuting to Frankfurt by car (we did not try train) although parking is not free (10 euro/day). A little confusing was getting out of parking (every time one has to get a ticket from clerk...).

Solid and soulless, like a typical chain hotel, but perfectly adequate, and a beautiful location where the old Kurhaus used to be. Choose a room, though, overlooking the Park, not the car park! Lighting in the bedroom abysmal; Ramada should be ashamed. But restaurant better than expected.

War eins der höherwertigen Hotels in denen ich Businesstechnisch unterwegs war. Sehr angenehm. Manchmal versteht man nicht wie sich Hotels halten können bei dem desolaten Zustand in dem sich die Zimmer befinden und bei der Qualität des Essens.
Hier war das Erlebnis wirklich durchweg positiv, von Essen zu Service hat für mich alles gepasst. Einziges kleines Manko für mich war, dass der Abfluss der Dusche ein wenig zu war, womit das Wasser nicht perfekt abfließen konnte.

Super nette Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.
Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz oder in der Tiefgarage.
Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten waren für uns super, es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Auf dem Balkon stehen 2 Stühle.
Das Frühstück ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. In der Bar waren wir nicht. Daher können wir keine Infos dazu machen.
Also wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen und wir kommen auch wieder.

Prima Hotel in Bad Soden

Ein Aufenthalt mit zwei Übernachtungen als Einzelperson im Comfort-Zimmer vom 29. - 31.8.2024:
Freundlicher Empfang und die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer schon um 14.30 Uhr zu beziehen, prima!
Ein tolles, geräumiges Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon.
Abendessen in „Friedrich's Schnitzelbar“: ich wurde sehr gastfreundlich mit einem kleinen „Arolser Bier“ zum Probieren empfangen.
Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt und der Service war zugewandt und sehr freundlich!

Da ich auf eine Zwischenreinigung verzichtet habe, gab es einen 5€ Gutschein für Bar/Restaurant - gute Idee!

Das Frühstücksbuffett ist hervorragend und auch dort ist das Team sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Check-out bis 12 Uhr möglich - das ist selten und war für mich super, da mein Flug ab Frankfurt erst später am Nachmittag ging.
Alles in Allem ein wirklich guter Aufenthalt im H+Hotel in Bad Soden!

Ok pour un séjour d’affaire

Chambre correcte, mais un peu vétuste.
Literie ok. Bureau petit pour travailler.
Option ménage étrange, si vous ne voulez pas que votre chambre soit faite, vous avez un bon d’achat pour le bar…
Climatisation/Chauffage un peu bruyant. Quartier très calme
