Checked in Tuesday for a quick trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The complementary breakfast was impressive for the price you pay. The property was quiet and clean and just a stone throw away from the Boardwalk in Downtown. If I had to nitpick, it would be the pillows, I'd prefer two standard five smaller.
Overall a pleasant day, I will keep this place in mind for next time.

My second time in this room. All of the furniture and the bed are worn out. The sofa has no support. One can't even get out of it without doing a pullup on the arms. The bed pushes every spring into the body. I woke up crippled. The desk chair does not adjust upward.

The manager was very helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was sad. They has the waffle maker but they had the same sausage patties an very seasoned potatoes. Also, for 2 days, the maid did not refresh me room.
The motel was okay. The Jacuzzi was way too hot and the pool was nice. The motel is right were highway 17 ends.

Very poor condition. I even paid for upgrade room. Very old and worn out. Also horrible breakfast. No Eggs, really! Veggie sausagex gross! I packed up and found local restaurant for eggs. They're reviews are misleading. No way this is a 9.0 property.

Our Stay In Santa Cruz

It was terrific. We were able to check in a little early, which was very much appreciated because I wasn't feeling well. The room was excellent. Very clean and had all the amenities it promised. The pool and spa were great. Nice and clean. The breakfast the morning covered something for everyone. I highly recommend staying at the Comfort Inn 110 Plymouth St. in Santa Cruz is a great place to stay.
