Staff is pretty good. The older guy daytime guy is a little stiff, but he comes around eventually. My room is good, but a lot of rooms need some TLC because owls tear them up. Not really any amenities, but it’s also not the Hilton.

Appears as if they was trying to do they best to fix up the property but between the maintenance man and the fake security guard that drives the white pick up truck with the trailer attached with the grill smokers on the back are extremely. One day he say my dog deposit is ten dollars then the next day 80 I'm so confused so get rid of my dog but get a knock on the door everyday now mind you I work over nights so I get woke up everyday from his getting off of work to have a strange man walk in to check a room that's he clearly watch my son take out in front of him

This place is dangerous. Sketchy people everywhere, we were constantly being watched by residents for the short time we were there. The smell is atrocious and everything is broken. No blankets on the beds and stains on the sheets. Truly awful.

Cleaning this is trying to improve, also trying to improve the overall appearance of property and cracking down on all the loitering, which is great because I have children. It can use a lot more home defense, but that also has a lot to do with the way individuals value they place of residing as well! Cleaning it starts from inside the room from the individual that’s staying upon the facility But overall property is trying to make improvements! So hopefully it will be more comfortable in the future for more traveling tenants in the meantime all I can do is keep my room clean and continue to look forward as it improves

From the previous review with the security guard approaching my vehicle and making me very uncomfortable after he says my room and name aloud to everyone outside. I had numerousof people knocking on my door all night just made me extremely uncomfortable so I put a dresser against the door And I couldn’t sleep all night with me and my children I sat on the porch and watched the are and I have a video of course he never asked anybody else for their information so I feel extremely uncomfortable after that. The police did arrive I was never rude to the security he made me extremely uncomfortable and made me feel as if I had no right to second anything which is my right for my safety and he was vey obnoxious unprofessional he never should approached my car for one because I was never at the door.

Car. I have my purse in my hand, so I kind of questioned it tightly because I don’t know who an large size gentleman approaching me that I never saw before asking for my room number which made me uncomfortable so I said well why would I give you that and he said well you won’t get into the room and I said why would that not happen because I’ve been here for almost 2 months. He proceeds to stay as a security guard and I said OK. Well, your security guard asked the two people that just arrived in the parking lot as well for their information and I’ll gladly give you my ID and they should have my room number because he will still make me uncomfortable so he proceeds to call the police mind you if your security guard, you should approach me at the door and not in my car, which was a half a mile away from the door, cause I never park in front of the door always park in front of my room so I can see my vehicle because of the area that we live in. Again, I asked the following people that was approaching the door for their information or who they was visiting. they say who they’re visiting in their name so I get my ID he says my room name and number aloud

The room I got didn’t have a working shower, no towels or wash cloths. Attendant said he would switch room after I returned but was no where to be found when I returned. Turns out no one is at the counter after 9pm if not earlier. Very poor experience overall.

This property looks nice in the pictures, it's anything but. There were roaches, stains on the bedding, black mold in the bathroom. And there's no one in the office all night and they don't come back till 10 am. Literal crackheads walking around the hallways tweeking. When i called after i left to speak to a manager i was told the manager wasn't there and would return in 1-2 weeks. When i asked for they're name so i know who to speak to i was told they couldn't give me their information and then was hung up on. Honestly the place is a health hazard and I'm shocked that the health department hasn't shut them down. Would love a refund from them at this point cause it was that bad!

Upon my arrival the check in the worker was coming out the door getting into his car I told him that I come to check in he stated that he has something else to do he did not have time and he proceeded to get into his vehicle and he left I waited on him for an hour to return which he never did I got dropped off I was stuck in the parking lot

I checked in and paid a $20 deposit, went in the room, seen all of the above issues, and walked right back out got my deposit and left. Called hotels.com to get my refund and was denied. Though we had already paid we still had to pay an unexpected $20 deposit. Upon entering our rooms we found no towels or washcloths in either rooms and none were delivered or given by front desk. No phone service offered as there were no phones in the rooms. After trying to turn the TV on we found that the TV service box had been taken out of the room and even though the front desk was informed nothing was done to remedy the situation. Only had sheets and pillows on the bed. No blankets were offered.

Could not get my deposit returned to me. Attempted 3 different times and kept getting the run around. Initially upon checking in I was given a room that appeared to be rented already because there were clothes and duty towels. After switching rooms the room I was given did not have a phone, no comforter on the bed, and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a minute. Bugs also present. Stay away!

I never went into the room. After checking in and driving to where my room was there were two 98lb crackheads fighting in the parking lot. And if that wasn't bad enough a guy was sleeping in front of one entrance and there were two derelict vehicles in the lot. Went out for a smoke then my card wouldn't work to get back inside. Nobody at the front desk nobody to call. I ended up sleeping on the ground outside until somebody came to the front desk the next morning at 9:00 a.m. Worst hotel experience of my life.
