Location is near shopping mall and airport. The staffs were excellent. Wifi connection is terrible.
The room has a lot of flying bugs. The entire bathroom floor will get wet after you shower. Breakfast buffet is not great also.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negative, our room had no towels when we came in. Then when we asked for 3 because 3 of us were staying, they would only give us 2. C'mon! Never heard of more than 2 people in a room?

When I got there they set me up at the 11th floor. Once I got to my room the WiFi had poor connection and no bathroom towels. I called the front desk. What I was told there is no bathroom towels I had to wait after 8pm for some towels. Well I did see housekeeping cleaning a room and I asked them for some towels and they happily gave me some towels....the constant WiFi issues I requested a room change...the front desk did change rooms for me ended up at the fifth floor. From there no television signal. I gave up. I lasted there 4 days. Annoyed. But it was fine only reason because the convenience of the moa mall....

I love how welcoming the staff are. The place is clean and they do housekeeping everyday. Their food choices in breakfast buffet are great. Recommended for people traveling since the airport is just near. There’s a lot of malls around the place too.

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of SM MOA and less than 30 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. However, upon check-in, there were no towels available in the room, and there was no bath mat or rug for the bathroom floor. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall stay was pleasant, and I would still consider staying here again.

We checkin at the hotel around 3pm and stayed for 3nights, there's no towels and hand towel provided in the room when we arrived. I called and reception told they were run out and will provide soon after. We explore MOA and come back at night 10:30pm and still no towels to be used for shower and need to call the reception for towels and have to wait for 15 minutes. They dont provide face clothes and their towels and hand towel were old and worn out with loose threads.The next day, housekeeping make up our room and remove all towels and hand towels without replacing and need to call again for replacement. The wifi is very slow and hard to connect.
On the positive side, location is good and walkable to mall of asia. Breakfast is ok and has variation everyday. Cleanliness is ok. Staff is helpful and accommodating.

The check in was quick. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like the location as it is close to everything. What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in

The hotel is great value for the money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to airport for commuting. Pool is adequate and very clean, with some building shade. Good lounge chairs on pool deck. Grab a cabb available in lobby. I stay there every time I pass through Manila

I had just finished travelling 32 hours and was given a room facing a busy street. I had 0 sleep as the windows were not soundproofed. I had a way better stay at Hotel 101 Fort, this one at MOA was not as nice.

The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating it starts from guard, reception , baggage assistant and domestic. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and i will be coming again next time. Thank you all.
Just the food for breakfast if they can have more Filipino breakfast food like tosino, longganisa, tapa. And keep the arozcaldo as permanent because it's yummy.

The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was damaged. I noticed several broken tiles that were only covered with tape, which felt unsafe, especially for kids who could easily trip over them. The room also had a moldy smell upon arrival. In addition, there were no towels provided when I checked in, and I was informed that they would only be available by 7 PM And wifi is terrible i can barely search using the wifi.

On the day that I checked-in, there were no towels in my room…not even a tiny piece. The housekeeping department told me that their towel supplier came in late. Several hours later, a housekeeper knocked on my door and provided me one piece of bath towel and a robe. I tried to understand the situation at first.
However, on my 3rd day when I asked that my room be cleaned, they never replaced that one piece of bath towel and robe that I’ve been using since I checked-in. And so I had to re-use these things since no one was answering the housekeeping department phone when I kept calling, hoping to get an explanation as to why they still don’t provide enough towels, three days after. For this second blunder, I thought it is no longer acceptable. If a hotel cannot provide the most basic things, then why does it still operate ?

This a a basic plus hotel that is worth the money. I stay at both fancy and plain hotels during my trip. Hotel 101 is useful as an inexpensive place to stay while transitioning.

The staff is great, room clean and comfortable, but it is not a 5 star hotel and is not pretending to be. I stayed there 2 different times and would stay there again under similar circumstances.

The staff were accommodating. The outdoor pool is crowded, making swimming difficult. The room was so small. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, and you couldn't adjust the temperature, which was so cold. The TV wasn't working, and there was a smell from the toilet.

The staff was very accommodating and kind during our stay. I requested an early check-in because my mom had just undergone surgery, and although check-in was officially at 2 PM, they allowed us to check in at 1:30 PM, which we truly appreciated.

However, when we entered the room, the AC was not working. Maintenance came to try and fix it but unfortunately couldn’t, so we had to wait around 30 minutes before being transferred to another room. My mom was already very exhausted from her recent surgery, so the extra waiting and moving rooms was difficult for her.

The next day, housekeeping cleaned in the afternoon, but the service felt incomplete. Some trash was left behind, and the room did not seem fully serviced as expected.

Overall, I appreciate the staff’s effort and kindness, especially with accommodating our situation, but there is definitely room for improvement with room maintenance and housekeeping services.

Excellent service with very good customer service. I requested to be moved to the other room as I didn’t want to be located along the highway…. staff were so accommodating and they moved me to different room same day.
Internet services were outstanding and price of the hotel was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel 101 overall. What truly stood out was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable, and consistently helpful from check-in until check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and that kind of service makes a big difference.
The room was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining the space throughout our stay.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioning unit seems to need maintenance, as it wasn’t performing at its best. The towels, while clean, were already worn out, with some discoloration and thinning fabric. Replacing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.
Breakfast was okay. Not exceptional, but still decent enough to start the day.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, made even better by the excellent service of the staff. With a few improvements, this hotel can easily provide an even better experience.

I had a mixed experience during my stay.

The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered in any hotel around the world—I truly appreciated their hospitality and attentiveness throughout my visit.

The property itself is clean, but it does feel dated and could benefit from some refreshing and upgrades. The location is a strong point, with many restaurants within walking distance and about a 10-minute walk to Mall of Asia.

As I was traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi was essential. Unfortunately, the connection was quite spotty, making it difficult to complete my work, which was a significant drawback.

I was also a bit disappointed to find that the breakfast I added during booking ended up being more expensive than purchasing it separately at the hotel.

The pool looked inviting, though I didn’t have the opportunity to use it.

Overall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas for improvement. With many similarly priced options nearby, I may explore other hotels on my next visit—but others may still want to give this property a try.

I am giving a 5 star simply because of the hotel staff. Everyone is genuinely nice from the security guards to concierge to front desk, they seem to live their job and love working with the company. I believe it was Ron who helped us checked in and that was the fastest and smoothest check in, in all my travels. The hotel is a good walk to MOA and the 7/11 right at the corner was really neat. For all of our 4 nights stay, there were always police officers posting right at the entrance of the hotel and it gave us sense of security. I'd definitely be back as the room is fairly price.
