We arrived very early and were fortunate that our apartment was ready. We really appreciated that we were allowed immediate entry, especially since my daughter was feeling unwell. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. A few mins walk from bus stops for tours, 15 mins walk from the bus terminal, central to restaurants, cafes, shops, harbour, supermarket etc. The WiFi cut out one evening and I emailed the company. It was late at night but they replied almost straightaway and seemed to genuinely care about our enjoyment, so were eager to assist. It transpired that it was not a fault within the apartment and service resumed on its own. This was a one off. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Very nice roomy and comfortable apartment near everything in the downtown area. We had the 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor, the space was roomy, had a comfortable bed and dishes for 3 to 4. The shower doors were a bit hinky, but work well once you figure them out. Water pressure was strong and very hot. 1 minute walk to kronan, 5 minutes to bus stop 3, 5 minutes to rainbow street, shopping and restaurants. Easy check-in (watch the video) and good communication. Highly recommend!

Great location however if you have gear to carry, it’s a bit of a walk from the closest bus stop and there is NO elevator. We were on the 4th floor and had a lot of gear. Very basic, no coffee and the shower doors were weird. Floors guaranteed to get wet. One towel for your stay. But is a good location to shops and restaurants.

This is a great place to stay in Reykjavik. The apartment is centrally located, only a few steps away from the rainbow street, with many shops and restaurants around. You can basically walk to any place in downtown. The apartment (we chose the studio) is spacious, clean, with a super large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a small balcony from which you can see the sea and mountains. Wonderful, highly recommended.

The bad - no welcome coffee, bathroom lighting bad, no reg shower - shower on tub, need to be seated to shower with low lighting and looking dingy, there is a hint of a damp dirty mop like smell on the floor that doesnt smell clean, it is on the 4th floor with no elevator and tight stairwell.

We absolutely loved this property and would happily return!! The location could not be more perfect. So much to do within walking distance. Even the harbor is only a 12 minute walk. Having parking was a huge bonus!!!

The only hiccup we had was we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. We loved being on the 3rd floor but were not prepared to drag our luggage up stairs. Since my husband is disabled, it meant I had some heavy lifting to do.

The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, well equipped and we took a higher floor for good views. Good ventilation and heating. Clean space with plenty of towels, toiletries, well equipped kitchen for cooking, especially when traveling with kids. It is the best apartment I’ve been living with, even higher quality than AirB’s. Walkable to everything downtown Reykjavík. Do note this is a self-serve property, no service no bell ball etc. Please bring yourself a door stopper for security as the entrance door does not have any extra lock.

The studio apartment is nice, the shower has very good water pressure, and it’s in a great location. The website needs to be updated because the grocery store listed is permanently closed. It would be helpful to replace what seem to be room darken shades with blackout shades. The room was not dark enough for the long summer sunlight, but we got used to it after the first night.

Our only complaint, was the lack of a lift for getting luggage to and from the upper floors. Would we stay here again…absolutely, but we would pack much lighter!

Great location, although when we booked it said it was a different address so that was confusing. There were two locations and we thought we were booking the other one. The location of both seemed great though. Laugavegur is a great street for walking, dining, and shopping. Close to the Rainbow street and Hallsgrimskirkja. The apartment itself was fine, but not amazing. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There was one pretty hard futon style couch and one fold out twin bed for the kids in the living room. A bit noisier on this street and a finicky blackout current made it not very kid friendly. There was one good size room with king bed and deck off the back. And a second small narrow room with two twin beds that were awkward to get in and out of because of the small space. No coffee provided. Overall, good location but would probably not stay here again unless they improved their amenities.

If you want to stay in the centre of tourist Reykjavik, you have chosen the right place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and a fair price for the stay. Within walking distance is a Bonus supermarket for groceries, and a parking garage is opposite. Right on the main shopping street, it is within walking distance of the cathedral and other popular sights.

We had a very good stay. Mario the manager is friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean, beds comfortable and bathroom is good. Water leaks from under the shower doors; but this is a problem with this kind of doors and seen commonly in Europe. Location of the apartment is excellent.
