the staff was fantastic and the location was convenient. My only negative is that the room was so sparsely furnished. No bureaus, and no nightstands. I had no place to easily put a glass of water or for that matter, my phone. Plus no view whatsoever. but I must reiterate the staff was exceellent.

Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily.

Very comfortable property that is kept immaculate. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating. We loved our morning cappuccinos and the breakfast was simple but excellent. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to the Cathedral area will provide all the dining and drinking options. We checked out the weekend market which was only two blocks away and that was well worth it!

This is a boutique hotel tucked into a street of retail business. My room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The bathroom is amazing. It has a lovely, large bathtub as well as a separate shower. The toilet is in a separate area in a literal water closet. Ellie, one of the front desk people, was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly helpful.

Hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk from Grote Market and 5 minutes from main shopping street. Hotel is small but a lovely boutique style with comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a good choice, gluten free rolls provided, from 7-12.

I wanted to share some disappointing news about my experience at the Hotel Les Nuits in Antwerp.
There was a horrible smell of sewage in the lift , hallway and our room
Also there was an issue with our shower and the drain and the entire bathroom flooded after a shower of less than 5 minutes
The location of hotel was great but everything else left much to be desired.
If I had to do over I would not choose this hotel as it took away from our experience.

Not so great value for money. We had stayed there about 4 years ago but it's gone down in quality. The rooms were small, there was no door on the shower and the sink was very uncomfortable. The decor was showing its age.

So glad we decided on Les Nuits over de Witt or Hilton Old Town. Wonderful location, absolutely terrific staff. Delicious breakfast and cappucino available at all hours The best. We've been traveling through Scandinavia and Europe for over a month. Mostly 4-5 star hotels. Les Nuits was supposed to be a one night stay but we extended for a 2nd night and day-tripped to Bruges and Ghent. Highly recommended. Again,

We arrived to find this hotel lobby under construction and very noisy. We were reluctant to stay. We did stay as getting another hotel at such a late time seemed inconceivable. The management could not have been nicer. They did everything they could to make our stay lovely, including some very nice gifts like champagne and cookies. As it turned out with earplugs and my white noise app we survived. Besides the noise which we dealt with my only complaint was the lack of a door on the bathroom. When my husband had to go he insisted I turn the music on my iPhone. Pretty funny!
The staff at the desk were awesome and did their best to accommodate us. They too were upset about the noise and really tried to overcome the unpleasantness. Kudos to them!

Room was very nice everything else was disappointing. Terrible construction noise from 7:00-17:00 every day do not consider taking a nap. Also I was disappointed by their breakfast situation. They tell you at checkin about the breakfast so I go and have toast and coffee for two mornings assuming it is free. Then at checkout they surprise me with a 46 euro bill. This very weak breakfast was 20 euro per day. I could have walked to the cafe across the street and recreated this weak breakfast for 4 euro. I felt as if I were robbed when I checked out and the hotel was deceitful about the cost of their breakfast. The room was very nice I will say that, walk in shower, loud construction.

The building noise started at 0630 one morning, but 0730 most mornings. This is not ok. I telephoned the reception staff as this would not be legal in the UK but they were not helpful (and to be fair, I am not sure what they could do but pass on the complaint)
The staff and the hotel are actually lovely, so this really is a shame. They offered a free glass of bubbles for the trouble of the building work, but really what they should do is ACTUALLY LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! And then you decide if the money you are paying is worthwhile for you or if you would rather stay somewhere else. Honestly, I found this only a minor inconvenience as I was in Antwerp for work and there were early starts anyway. I would be horrified if I were on holiday.
NB whilst the free 24h room service tea and coffee are nice touches, I would much prefer a minibar and kettle in the room. The reception staff are not always at the desk - quite reasonably- sometimes they are delivering tea or coffee to someone else's room, going to the bathroom, whatever. So getting your tea or coffee via room service may not be possible if you are on a tight schedule.

Quiet hotel with lovely staff
The hotel was lovely, very stylish. Everything was there for our comfort but possibly they could look at maintenance a bit more. Our room was way too hot and the heating couldn't be adjusted. Staff tried to help, by leaving the windows open. The shower also dripped constantly and due to the open wet room arrangement this was quite annoying. But overall a good place to stay in lovely Antwerp.

The hotel is very nice, however when I was visiting there there was construction in the building that started around 7am with drillings and loud saws. Also, the fire alarm was accidentally tripped and went off for about 30 minutes in the morning. In the bathroom, there was a full length mirror that appeared like it had not been properly installed yet as it was just leaning against the wall. The breakfast at the hotel had a lot of good options and was very convenient.

Service was great, however the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, and the layout left much to be desired. Sheets were never changed in our four night stay, there were several stains and damp spots on the carpet, the bathroom layout is bizarre (no door for the toilet, the clothes closet is adjacent to the bathroom so all our clothes were damp after a shower) and the window (which we tried to open to get air circulating) was broken. Location was great and all hotel staff were kind and accommodating, but we will not be returning.

Having stayed many times before and appreciated the unique style, unfortunately by moving the reception and restaurant the hotel has lost its soul. Gone are the luxurious breakfast, dinners etc.
Instead we now have an average b&b, with still some good staff, but is not the place anymore wich would be your first place of call in Antwerpen.
Furthermore on check-out you could pay anymore by credit card and were forced to go and get cash from an adjoining bank, in these time even if your credit card machine is broken down, you can do a transaction on the Internet or keep a copy of the clients credit card to do the transaction when your machine has been repaired.
Instead we now have an average b&b, with still some good staff, but is not the place anymore wich would be your first place of call in Antwerpen.

The reception staff were so awesome in their willingness to please their guests. Daily breakfasts were a very good continental style breakfast with meats, cheeses, and fresh breads. Offered complimentary umbrellas (needed them).

The entrance is dirty. The lobbies smell of sewers/drains. Everywhere is painted black with black carpets showing stains. The paintwork is dirty and chipped. There are no doors on the showers which causes flooding.There are no coffee making facilities etc-just stupid candlesticks taking up space. I had a view of an air conditioning system with bits of rubbish strewn about around it. There was no light in the loo and the toilet roll holder fell on the floor if you touched it. The staff were pleasant and the location is good but it's decor is weird, hideous and tired and needs updating. The whole place needs a deep clean. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hardly any guests and no wonder. Everything painted black, dim lighting, tired and far from 'boutique'. Has a strange smell. A weird photo of a creepy Indian man was hanging over my bed. No mini-bar, no coffee-making facilities. Shower alcove weirdly designed so that no door and water splashed everywhere. no heating controls, had to open window. Cheap furnishings, chipped paint, cheaply painted black, EVERYWHERE. So dim that when you enter your room you can't find the light switch to put your room card in. Okay, it was decently located but I'd prefer coffee making facilities to the weird candlesticks without candles in my room. on the positive -- friendly staff but the coffee they brought me in the morning was in a large glass tumbler and undrinkable. sorry guys, not good enough.

Great location, but lacking in other areas,
The one thing I can't complain about is the hotel's location - it's easily accessible from the train station (nice 15 minute walk), and it's very central if you are a tourist. However, the quality of the rooms were disappointing. It was not just that it was dark and simple (that may be the style they're going for), but you need better quality to pull that off. The whole hotel look aged and in need of a fix-up. One of the staff at night was incredibly unhelpful and plain rude - a simple question about dinner and it seemed like I shouldn't be talking to her - she refused to help. It was very difficult to find any one to answer a question - I thought there was a nice gathering of people sitting in the bar/restaurant, which turned out to be the staff having a drink. The Indian lady in the kitchen was incredibly polite and friendly though. In general, it all just seemed badly run, and led to not a great experience. I will stay at the (more expensive, but significantly nicer) Hotel Julien next time.

Had a lovely time in antwerp and the hotel is in a great location.
I am sure, when new, this was a fabulous place but is now a little tired; parts of the bed were falling off, the shower was loose, the curtains were hanging off. These small issues add up to taking the shine off the experience.

Nice stay in Antwerp
Great boutique hotel. Well designed, quiet if you are off of the street and away from the stairwell (we stayed four nights and they relocated us after the first noisy night). The only odd thing was a lack of a shelf in the shower so you had to put shampoo, etc. on the floor and no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom. Got good recommendations on where to go in Antwerp and their breakfast buffet was premium.

Hard to Find, Great to Stay
The hotel is in an interesting part of the city; walk to the left and you'll soon be in a multicultural mix of Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean shops, kebab houses and restaurants. To the right, architecture that will amaze, and a quieter side of the city. Walk straight ahead to central Antwerp, the railway station, and the diamond district. It's walking distance from most of what you want to see in Antwerp, and a warm place to come home to in the evening. The breakfast of house-baked pastries is divine (they have either a fantastic supplier or an amazing pastry chef). The rooms are spacious enough, and the beds are comfy. It's a romantic little hotel that would be a great place for a couple to stay.

I was in Antwerp for just one night but loved the hotel. In fact, I liked it so much that I didn't want to go out for dinner, but, alas, on a Sunday evening there was no service in the attached Bistro. Bummer. Otherwise: very friendly, quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely. I would go back.

No confirmed room...
I arrived at the hotel and was told that there was a problem with my Expedia booking and that there was no room for me. I was sent to a decidedly lesser hotel around the corner, and to Hotel les Nuits credit they did cover the cost of the room - therefore I give them (and the staff) three stars. I can't rate the room because I didn't get one. I was also told that I would get a refund on my booking with Expedia. Nothing and it's a month later.

I liked the area, very convenient and central. The hotel is simple and the staff are young and helpful, they are accommodating and try to please. However I think the results sometimes do not match their pleasantness. One day I returned my room was never cleaned and another time I requested a restaurant reservation, I was not informed that it was closed, when I arrived I had to take refuge in a nearby restaurant because it was -3 degrees C, luckily there was a table available.

The hotel is like a museum. Very interesting. Very well located. Great food and service. Good view from the room. Only downside is no showers on the wall. In a hotel of this quality one would expect a shower that you don't have to hold in your hand while washing. It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel.

Excellent value and brilliant staff
The hotel represents excellent value for money and is in a great location. It is about 10-15 mins walk from Antwerp's main station but it's a pleasant and pretty trip. The hotel was warm, welcoming, the rooms spacious; the environment was very relaxing, quiet - probably more ideal for couples, friends and business than to families. The location is great - about 5 minutes walk from the Meil, a few minutes from the chic backstreets which house everything from Karl Lagerfeld boutiques to sneaker stores. Great bars all around and some cool spots to eat within a ten minute walk (Fiskebar is interesting, stylish little spot and close to a few other popular bars and turns out great seafood). What I would mostly recommend this hotel for though is their staff who were incredibly accommodating, charming and helpful - even letting us have a room to get some work done after we had checked out.

This is a very stylish and attractive hotel but there is absolutely no privacy in the bathroom which actually had glass walls. Even if you're not concerned with modesty, the bathroom lights stream into the bedroom. The bathroom lighting is also quite dim which makes putting on makeup very difficult:

In the heart of Antwerp
Hotel Les Nuits was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and we even received a free upgrade for our first night! The only downside was that the rooms did not have in-room safes, nor did they have refrigerators. Thankfully, the staff was happy to store our passports in the hotel safe. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a lot of construction going on nearby, which made for a loud morning. Other than that its close to the shopping/retail area in Antwerp, which if thats interesting to you its convenient. Otherwise there is nothing particularly nice nearby. The rooms also don't have a fridge, and are open air design with no seperations between any of the areas, toilet, shower, etc.

Very good experience as the room is serene and conveniently laid out though not big. Very close to town shopping and other restaurants but not to mention the great restaurant they have inside the hotel.

Na 3 nachten verblijf is de ontvangst van diversen TV zenders niet constant. Regelmatig uitval van diversen zenders, Kamer was niet voldoende schoon. Wastafel kraan was niet makkelijk te bedienen.Het ontbijt was ruim naar tevredenheid & personeel was vriendelijk.

Fantastische locatie. Prima kamers. Aardige baliemedewerkers. Enig minpunt is dat je bij vertrek meerder dan alleen de toeristenbelasting moet betalen. Blijkbaar zijn er ook 5% servicekosten op totaalbedrag die je dient af te tikken. Ik houd niet van zulke verrassingen. Hoe moet je hotels dan op prijs vergelijken bij het boeken als ze aan het einde zoiets presenteren. Afijn, het zal allemaal wel. Hotel was prima.
