Staff tried to fix it and even offered another room. Unfortunately, we thought it was fixed. We had no bathroom all night because the toilet wasn't fixed and that became apparent when we had to use the restroom after going to bed.
Also, very noisy property. You heard everyone.

Wife & I only went for a break from kids & grandchildren that had moved in with us, not thinking it was the day before easter & there were dozens of kids running around. That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee out. The person behind the desk came out with towels to put on the floor doing the twist attempting to dry it. About 45 minutes later we came back down to check out and they finally had wet floor signs out and it had been mopped. We checked in around 4:30 PM and checked out around 7:PM to get my knee checked, no offer of a discount on a future stay or anything even though the people at the desk saw what happened. Not our best experience.

The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables move someone should be cleaning behind them. Also during our pool time a huge group of people came and they kinda keep the pool door open while all the adult were drinking and smoking marijuana right out the door. At that point we just went back to the room. There's definitely better hotels out there. Also the front desk lady was training someone and taking forever to explain every little detail. If your busy that person should be paying attention while you give your customers great service. I won't ever return here for many reason and I hope my review helps other choose something different because we were disappointed 😞

Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. The room assigned was next door to loud construction which we were told would continue until 6.30pm...on a Sunday evening. Requested another room but no options were acceptable. Either one queen bed or no elevator. The parking lot was almost empty at this time. The front desk associate was polite but kept calling me my dear, my love, and my lovely, which I found unprofessional and offensive. We decided to stay where we were. Our room had no bedside table lamps, only bright spotlights over the bed, no sink stopper, a leaky faucet and the most filthy ironing board cover I have ever seen. A very unpleasant experience.

This property has a pool and seems to be a destination for families with kids. Lots of noise and kids running around. We did have some trouble with neighbors but staff was accommodating and moved our room. Breakfast options are good for free breakfast

Stayed because it was cheap. Hallway smelled like sweat, sheets didn’t look very clean, and the water in the shower water temperature went from hot to cold on and off. Staff also seem disinterested in being outwardly friendly. Would only recommend staying if it’s to sleep and leave the next day.

Staff was nice. We were in room 301 right next to the stairs, so we heard that door slamming all night. The room had an adjoining door to 303, and 303 smoked cigarettes during the day & weed all night, so it was constantly pouring into our room through the large gaps around the door. The entire hotel smells like cannabis throughout the halls. The security latch was broken on our door, the peephole was shattered & useless, the fridge was unlevel & overly frozen the first day & completely melted w a huge water mess the 2nd day, there was an electrical socket scarcity & one of them was not working (though they were working to fix the issue).

I was looking for a room with one bed and a couch so I didn’t have to sit on the bed to watch tv. So I choose a suite. When I got to the room not only was it not a suite there was nothing to sit on other than a desk chair that would only stay at the lowest setting. The desk clerk said it’s a suite because it’s a little bigger approximately 4-5’. Very misleading with no solution. Clerk just stared silently. Very disappointed.

ALL staff members never greeted us. No one at the front desk would greet us when we walked in or by. Room service attendant wouldn't greet us, we would have to say good morning first, if we didn't, they would completely ignore us. Just a greeting shouldn't be so much to ask for. I must say that all staff members, which all had either, blue or orange hair color, multiple facial piercing and all over tattoos. Also, the rooms need to be updated, they are not sound proof at all. I could always hear my neighbors speaking and walking sounds on ceiling from upstairs neighbors. I recommend having security on premises.

Room was terrible. Luck of the draw but window view was a wall 2ft outside so no natural light. Room was overall dirty and very run down, wall paper peeling off, extremely small shower, overall unclean conditions except the check in area which was spotless somehow. Will not be staying again.

I asked for a first floor room in an area of the motel where I could see my boat at night. I also made my reservation plenty in advance. When I arrived the check in staff told me that no first floor rooms and no rooms with the requested view were available. Then the door latch on my room was working intermittently (so a person could just walk into my room if I didn't make sure that it latched every time the door closed). I will say that the cleanliness of the rooms have improved. I have stayed at this motel many times and have never had an issue with getting the room I wanted and a room door that latched. I understand that this is not a 5-Star motel and all I really need it for a bed and shower...but they evidently didn't make any attempt to get me the desired room when assigning rooms to guests.

Not great. Honestly if it weren’t for the incredibly nice cleaning ladies, I would have given this one star. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Big hole in the hallway wall with the wallpaper taped back on with packing tape. Room was incredibly small and so many repairs needed and patched up prior issues, it just gave you the feeling that nothing was clean. To top it all off on our last morning my husband slipped on the bath mat and fell in the shower. A trip to the ER was not the way we wanted to end the trip. It’s a shame because the location is great… but unless they do some major improvements I would not stay there again.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel was being renovated and it was quite loud when they worked and our room was across from the main storage area for them. You can hear people above you and we were up by 530 every morning due to noise and unable to go back to bed. There were no other rooms to move when we asked which was crappy. Plus, they were ripping out carpet down are hallway that we stayed and the carpenters left random carpet nails, rolled carpet pieces and chunks out. The issue was we didn’t know it was being renovated otherwise we would have stayed 10 mins further down the road. The hotel needs upgrades for sure. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

My room was in the back where the men were pulling up carpet right outside my doorway. The room decor is outdated. The dressers were scratched up with knob missing and the drawer wouldn't close shut. The ants were coming out as soon as you try to eat. There were spiders and spider webs in different corners in the room. It made me feel uncomfortable but the staff offered a reimbursement and I took up the offer and appreciate that.

The first time I stayed here, there were horrible noise issues. They have adjoining rooms so whoever is in the next room sounds like they're in your room because there is no sort of soundproofing, it's just a crack in the door and then whoever you're stuck next to. The very first time I stayed here it was terrible with the noise. We were switched to a different room but they wouldn't upgrade to just a room that wasn't adjoining. I decided to give it another shot and stay there again last weekend. It was the same thing and there were even more problems this time. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone. They're "resolutions" were incredibly subpar.

Hotel was dirty. Any time we were walking in or out of the main doors, people were smoking right outside of them. Hot tub jets didn't work properly, water was green. Entire pool area had paint chipping and peeling, ants all around the pool area (also in the water and a few crawled onto my arm). We ended up having to switch rooms from one that was adjoining to another room that was the same with excessive noise in both. Bathroom had no TP holder.. won't stay here again.
