First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk
Again my Instructions was clear .
The staff stand there looking as if they are lost they hear the phone ringing but refuse to answer it you would have to leave from your room and come to the front desk.
When I check in they put me in a two room suite the furniture was very nasty and I have pictures for proof
Now this is not the place you want to stay at the restaurant gave me false information about when they would open, no knowledge of the business .
Now it is sad they just don't listen
They want you to spend your money with them and in the same sentence treat you like boo the fool
As if you are beneath them
Play smart stay some places else anywhere but there false advertisement about the property it is not worth it.

Hotel lobby and hotel room were clean but pretty dour and basic.

The room I was assigned was funky as it had some extra amenities but was missing some essentials (tv remote). The rate was good tho and met my needs (close 2 airport, clean and a good bed)

The outside of the bathroom door had two punch holes through it. The bedskirt was yellow spotted, though the sheets appeared clean. The shower never got hot or even warm. When I closed the drapes, they covered a quarter of the window, then I saw the roll-down, fabric (eek!) window shade with unraveling edges and holes. I looked for the treadmill and found it in a room with the security door lock removed and a blank hole. The “free” parking for travelers at the airport isn’t. They just tel you to park your car with Airport Parking and take a commission. Ludicrous! We would have been better served and probably safer and cleaner if we stayed at home and drove to the airport the next morning.

Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved.

SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no \"why didn't you\". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. Just truly a great Manager. She's an amazing representation for the Radisson! Way to go Radisson! Don't let her go.

I booked this room, because i booked an international trip that departed the next morning to another city. Literally 7 or 8 hours in the room. The front desk associate was super nice, but the room was not the best. I travel a lot so i always check the beds for bed bugs, and one of the mattresses looked like a crime scene from the first 48. Thankfully i had two beds and the other one was decent

it had a smello mildew there on the restaurant they said they had. it was like they was serving frozen dinners then also where they had like the snack bars with drinks and like things like noodles or chips was ridiculously high $8 for a bottle of water was insane. $5 for a $0.30 pack of noodles was insane. it was just a little too pricey and the places and giving what what they were charging

Bad room conditions. Bathroom you needed to run the water for a good 5 to 10 minutes for it to get hot. Dirty stain in shower tub. Slow drain in bathroom sink. Stains in carpet. Ripped furniture.

The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading. The had a restaurant on site and you can pay for breakfast. It was subpar. Only one person working in the kitchen at the time of my stay so the wait time was fairly long. The remote in my room did not work for the duration of my stay and even had someone come in to try to fix it with no success. I was unable to watch television for all 3 nights. The Shuttle to and from the airport was smooth sailing and no issues we arrived for a late check in at almost midnight and still had no shuttle issues. The amenities were unavailable due to “renovations “ we were told the renovations have been going on for a while so it was disappointing to not know about it prior to arrival. Overall the stay was decent, clean, nice staff, and does offer food. Perfect for someone just dropping in for a night or so but not long term in my opinion until renovations are complete.

My worst experience at this hotel was on the first day. I smelled a strong odor of alcohol in my room, specifically on the sixth floor, and also in the hallway. I was worried about my children because the smell was very strong from night until morning. The bathrooms weren't clean; the water in the sinks didn't flow easily. It was a very bad experience. And very annoying noises and sounds of construction work

Every ice machine on every floor was broken. TV was only able to view one station, after twenty minutes of struggling. Bathroom sink drain was barely working. Only one cup of coffee available in the room. No coffee in the lobby.

I partially picked this place BECAUSE it had a restaurant open till posted hours, location and price as well. I arrived late but within the posted hours - restaurant closed. No grab and go options. Nothing nearby to get food or drinks EXCEPT the OTHER nearby hotel The Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice lobby with food and drink (and grab and go as well) and friendly staff - it feels way nicer there - I would have spent the extra $ for the Hilton if I knew. The Radisson is outdated and just \"meh\" after a long trip it felt diminishing. I seemed safe tho and I survived it. Thanks for the safe Haven.

I had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Hotels. There were ants in the room, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, the blinds were broken, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I expected much better standards from a brand like Radisson, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet basic expectations.

Booked a king, called the hotel and told them I was arriving late. When I got there they had given out all the king rooms (beds) and stuck me with a 2 bed twin room. Not what I booked. Then, when I got to my wonderful twin bed room, the drapes wouldn't close and I had lights blasting in on me all night and then of course the sun in the morning. The staff blamed it on \"construction\". I'm not sure how \"construction\" prevents drapes from closing.

Clean room when it was cleaned. There was a day during my stay that housekeeping did not tend to the room (no, there was not a “do not disturb” sign on the handle). Also, when I first got to the room there were smears on the fridge, the blind was partially shredded, and there were some nooks with debris from prior stays. Staff was good. There was no breakfast while I stayed. They were “undergoing renovations” (I did not see anything happening while I was there). The airport shuttle was good as well for adding another passenger suddenly. Overall it is a fine stay.

I got there and the power was out the person at the front desk didn’t give me any other options. I had to drive 20 minutes to find another hotel and hotel.com is taking too long and a feedback to give me my money back. I never got to stay at the hotel. Everybody had flashlights and the power was out for three days.

Staff not helpful at all. You will have to stand at front desk for 5 minutes before anyone shows up. There was no one there when I wanted to check-in or check out. I want a snack and a drink from the gift shop. Also had to wait. The room is smelly and dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Tv was fuzzy making it impossible to watch anything. Motel 8 would be a luxury resort compared to this dump.

We booked the room for the long term parking which turned out to NOT be available, however it had never been removed from their hotel amenities description. There also turned out to be no breakfast even though it ALSO had not been deleted from the description when we booked the room. Though, the room was comfortable, we ended up having to leave earlier than expected because we had to go find long term parking elsewhere. In addition, the room was unsafe. The fire detector had been covered with a plastic bag and taped on so no smoke good get to it. We noticed that in the morning, and went looking for another smoke detector in the room. We did not find one, bur we did find one of those Halloween skeleton bats suspended from the ceiling. We won't be staying there ever again, and we do a lot of flying out of DTW, so they lost a customer for sure.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not let anyone know that they were under. Renovation in the first room that we received had no heat. The second room that we received it was right next to 2 of the. Renovated rooms and all day and into the night they were hammering drilling, making noise. We could not get any rest. And then, on the last day since I were playing didn't leave until late into the evening, I went downstairs to ask the clerk if we could stay in the room until 3 o'clock, and he tried to charge me $40. Terrible experience.Hopefully, after the renovation, things will be better
