After lengthy works, our hotel finally reopened its doors on August 11, 2023. Come and discover the property new look and new restaurant, Alberts Place, which is open all week for lunch and dinner, as well as Saturday evenings.

De plus, il y a avait un bruit de ventilo constant (amplifie lpar le silence de la nuit) qui a pertrube le sommeil pendant les 2 nuits. Cela a ete mentione a la direction mais la cause de ce bruit n'a pas ete trouve

Disgusted. Arrived after a 1000km drive hoping to relax for the onward journey the next day. It looked like entering a war zone. The pictures show what was the restaurant and bar. The hotel is situated on Business Park ensured there would be no amenities close by. Room was Ibis usual standard, ok. Woken at 7.15am with a JCB starting work 2 metres from our door. We made the booking in December 2021 and should have been told about the work as it has obviously only recently been started. We will of course be using other travel websites to publicise that this hotel will not be finished for some time and to avoid. We will expect a full refund at the very least. As other guests arrived they also were walking round in disbelief at the state of the hotel.

Just a stopover on the way to Cherbourg for the afternoon ferry. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Quite a basic but modern hotel. The pool was covered so was not in use.

Excellent hotel for a stopover with comfortable beds, good shower and wifi at last after three weeks in France without access. The excellent choices for dinner in the restaurant were accompanied by very reasonably priced wine. Service was quick and efficient. Our first lovely buffet breakfast as well with everything from cereal to croissants and hot pancakes.

Prise de la chambre vers 14h30 on signale uns chaussette salle dans la chambre et un rouleau de papier toilette decoré d'excrément humain, je demande un nettoyage complet de la chambre avant notre retour vers 1h30. Quand nous simme revenus , seul la chaussette salle avait disparu, mais en ouvrant le lit nous decouvrons des poils pubiens et rognures d'ongles. Obligation de dormir tout habillé.

La réception de l'hôtel m'a appelé la veille de mon arrivé pour m'annoncer qu'il n'y avait plus de place. Pas de souci tant mieux pour eux. J'ai demandé si je devais annuler sur le site, on m'a dit que non. J'ai trouvé une autre solution, mais finalement j'ai payé la nuit que je n'ai pas faite dans cet établissement. Le site me balade, l'hôtel qui soit disant ne se souvient pas de moi ne joue pas le jeu, alors que j'ai eu le réceptionniste au téléphone et lui se souvenait parfaitement de moi. Gestion inadmissible du problème. 120€ payé pour rien, un remboursement impossible puisque je n'ai pas pu dire le nom de la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone.

Climatisation ultra bruyante et qui ne refroidit rien du tout! Poil sur la cuvette ( photo a l’appui). J’avais pris le soins d’appeler le dimanche matin pour que l’on m’allume la clim une heure avant mon arrivé, une gentille dame m’avait confirmé que ce serait fait, manque de chance la clim etait eteinte a mon arrivee. Il serait aussi temps de remplacer la litterie, jamais vu ca dans un ibis.CH au fond a droite, 126 de memoire. Bref que des points negatifs!
