Terrible. No reception, the computer to access to the password for the room key wasnt working. We wait one hour to have someone at the interphone. The person give us bad key code and we had to call them back. We only get access to room at 11pm.

Pas d'accueil à notre arrivée, service réservation ne fonctionnait pas. Un employé d'entretien nous à dépanné pour que l'on puisse avoir le code de notre chambre. Des toiles d'araignée dans la chambre, un rideau de douche pas idéal pour l'hygiène. Plus jamais B&B

Il y a mieux

Chambre petite, mal isolée, rideau de douche sale. On entend le bruit de l'aspirateur de la femme de ménage dès 8h du matin donc impossible de dormir correctement. Le comble, c'est l'alarme incendie qui a sonné pendant 20min à 11h. Pour le même prix, il y a mieux aux alentours de Nantes.
Je signale tout de meme un bon point pour l'accueil qui a été impeccable

Hotel pratique et abordable en famille

Nous avons reserve une chambre \"famille\" pour 4 personnes pour une nuit au retour des vacances (chambre avec mezzanine). Hotel pratique avec parking ferme et accessible par digicode (idem pour la chambre). Confort et proprete sont corrects et le petit dejeuner propose un bon choix.
La situation dans la zone industrielle n'est pas top mais il y a de tres bons restaurants aux alentours (nous sommes allé diner au Saintonge grill situé a 2mn en voiture)

Problème avec la porte de chambre qui ne fermait pas. Si on la pousse un peu fort elle s'ouvre.
Le réceptionniste nous a dit qu'ils étaient au courant mais qu'ils ne pouvaient rien y faire. Sincèrement ce n'est pas rassurant d'y laisser ces affaires à l'intérieur.!!
