Convenient as an overnight stop. Parking is safe though a bit tricky in a tight underground facility - and quite expensive at €15. Nice welcoming staff. The room was clean but very basic - no tea, coffee, water and no kettle - absolutely no extras! The restaurant was ok, pretty limited dinner menu but nicely cooked, served by a charming waiter. Breakfast was good. Continental style with some hot food but good quality and plentiful- was probably the best part of our overnight stay.

The hotel is fine, the room was small but i had no issues other than the parking situation, which is clearly not acceptable. They offer parking in their parking garage for 15 euros a day, but twice when i got back late the garage was full and they expect you to find parking on your own. This might be ok for a local guest but not for someone from another continent who does not speak French. They do not keep track of who is using the parking garage. This needs to change.

Usual style Ibis with comfortable bed but don’t expect a large bedroom or bathroom, does the job for a night or two as has what you need incl v well priced bar/restaurant. Great location, 5 min easy walk to the Castle & 10 min to Cathedral & lots of reasonably priced restaurants. However, it is on an airport flight path & you hear loud air planes until about 11.30pm then the refuse collection around 3am. Otherwise room & bed comfortable & quiet during our stay. Carpark is secure & holds about 20 cars so arriving late may mean no space. €13 a night to park. Ideal for us travelling over night btw Spain/Portugal.

This “hotel” was a disappointment. Rooms were small and dorm like. We put the sign on the door for no cleaning. However, that was ignored multiple times. There was no a/c. Despite the website saying there was. On our last night at the hotel. A group of people had a party in the hallway. Yes in the hallway on of hotel... until 5am. The hotel staff was uncaring and rude.

A 10/15 mind walk from the rail station and airport link on one side, city centre and busy shopping quarters on the other, it’s location is why I chose this hotel. I didn’t expect the immediate vicinity to be so unappealing, right next to a busy road, and the hotel itself is a bit run down. Staff were friendly and courteous though, and the room was clean if on the small side. Hard floors, shower-only bathroom, no safe or minibar or hot drinks facilities. The bed however was comfortable and my front-facing room on the fourth floor was quiet. I slept very well and the buffet breakfast was limited but nice.I was very happy with the check-in/check-out times 12 noon/11am) and breakfast availability (5.30am/11am) on a weekend. There is a bar that serves snacks 24/7 and evening resataurant on site that I did not try. To sum up, this is an ok budget hotel if you’re after a good night sleep with no added extras.

My only complaint is I couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC or if there was any. I slept with the window open and there was a lot of noise.
But the staff was incredible, the room neat as a pin, and OMG the bed was so comfortable. I forgot to ask what kind of mattress they have before I left. They had special extra touches, like a hair dryer and slippers. The shower was wonderful, roomy and great water pressure.
Everyone was so pleasant and accepting of my poor French. Many of the staff spoke English, as well, and were equally pleasant in both languages.
The location is near the train station, so convenient, and just a stone's throw from the Chateau, which was the primary reason for my visit. The tram stop is right there as well, so you can depart for all parts around Nantes in a heartbeat. The building next to (attached) to the hotel had some homeless people around, but being so close to the train station this kind of seemed inevitable.

This hotel, has parking which is handy if you have a hire car and don't want to drive around the city looking for spaces.
Location is perfect, 5mins walk away from the Castle and all the shops and restaurants.
And for the island of Machines it's a short tram ride away!

located near town centre for shopping and places of interest, although a view of the Loire would have been nice. Reception lady was friendly and spoke good English. If you do walk to the town go out hotel to the left and not to the right over the bridge as there was a lot of homeless people and broken glass strewn on public footway. Not good for dogs paws or soft shoes.

I liked this hotel quite a bit. It's close to everything and the multi-lingual staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The bed was definitely a little on the hard side for me, but otherwise the room was decent. It goes more toward bare-bones in some areas but you're not picking this hotel for luxury. It was very clean and fairly comfortable. If you're tall, you may not like the beds...I'm under 6 feet tall and I still felt it was too short.
Breakfast was great but totally overpriced. 15 euros for basically some croissants? You could find cheaper stuff less than a 10 minute walk away.

Ideale Lage nahe Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof, welche beide innerhalb kurzer Zeiten zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Zimmer eher klein und wenig Komfort, jedoch sauber. Duschtuch pro Person nur 1 und somit kein Handtuch zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage ist leise und effizient, denn das Fenster zu öffnen empfiehlt sich infolge Zuglärm nicht. Personal sehr freundlich und Check-in/, Check-out ging sehr rasch.

Toisena yönä hotellin ilmastointi hajosi. Siitä ei tiedotettu aluksi edes asiakkaita, vaikka kävimme vastaanotossa kertomassa tästä. Toisella kerralla myönnettiin, että ilmastointi oli hajonnut, mutta asiaa ei mitenkään pahoiteltu tai tarjottu vaihtoehtoja (annettiin vain tuuletin). Ranskan helteissä se ei tosiaan ollut riittävä. Aamulla huoneeseen tuli hotellin työntekijöitä, vaikka olimme vielä nukkumassa

La chambre était un peu petite et la salle d'eau aurait besoin d'être rafraichit. D'ailleurs, il y avait de l'adhésif de menuisier au détour du plafond, surement en vue de travaux de peinture.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos metros del castillo, cruzando las vías del tren y ofrece parking a 15 euros el día. La habitaciones son pequeñas pero cuentan con todo lo necesario y el desayuno sencillo pero variado. No nos gustó que al llegar los precios de las habitaciones estaban a mitad de precio de cuando lo habíamos reservado y al comentarlo nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto y no tuvieron ni siquiera algún detallo para compensarlo. Si reservan con tiempo mejor ir mirando si varían sus precios para cancelar y volver a reservar a precio mejor.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Les équipes sont res sympathiques, le petit déjeuner copieux et la literie de qualité. Idéalement placé a 5 minutes de la gare et a 10 du centre ville, il a cependant un rapport qualité prix assez moyen avec un prix de chambre élevé, des installations datées et une mauvaise odeur persistante dans le couloir du 1er étage. Je ne pense y séjourner à nouveau
