O hotel é ótimo. O problema está na estadia com mais de 2 pessoas, pois o quarto em que estivemos era muito pequeno. O banheiro sem apoio também, minúsculo e sem apoio para toalha. Mas o atendimento foi muito bom, o café da manhã farto e a acústica e limpeza muito boa.

Excelente localização, a apenas duas quadras da praia. O preço estava mais elevado pela época da viagem, mas pelo conforto oferecido e pela localização, acabou valendo a pena.

O café da manhã não é muito variado, porém tem o básico e é satisfatório. A equipe é extremamente simpática e atenciosa, o que fez diferença na experiência.

O único ponto negativo foi que, em um dos dias, pedi para limparem o quarto e acabaram esquecendo. O mais preocupante foi que, após a limpeza, deixaram a porta do quarto aberta. Felizmente não notei falta de nenhum item, mas ao reclamar na recepção fui informada de que a equipe de limpeza é terceirizada, o que acaba gerando certa insegurança em situações como essa.

O hotel promete um pouco mais do que entrega. As instalações são novas e modernas, e o atendimento de forma geral é cordial. Um grande diferencial, raro na região, é a garagem gratuita, o que facilita muito para quem aluga carro. O café da manhã também é ponto positivo, bastante saboroso.

No entanto, alguns detalhes comprometeram a experiência de um hotel que se propõe a ser 'Grand'. Primeiro, a higiene: encontramos toalhas sujas no quarto, o que é inaceitável. Segundo, a usabilidade do quarto: apesar de confortável, o quarto é bem pequeno. O pior detalhe de design é o controle do ar-condicionado, que é fixo na parede ao lado da porta. Isso obriga o hóspede a levantar da cama toda vez que precisa ajustar a temperatura durante a noite, o que é bastante incômodo. Boa opção pela localização na Ponta Verde, mas vá ciente desses detalhes.

Pontos positivos: atendimento cordial da equipe, em especial do Matheus e da Hellen; bom chuveiro; café da manhã com variedade boa, inclusive para mim que tenho restrição alimentar; localizado próximo a tudo (orla, panificadora, farmácia logo em frente, supermercados, etc).

Pontos negativos: estacionamento apertado, é muito difícil manobrar o carro entre as colunas, principalmente quando está cheio; cobertor fino, insuficiente para dar conta do ar condicionado; controle do ar é fixo na parede e bem longe da cama; iluminação baixa; controle da tv não funcionava e mesmo tendo conseguido ligar no botão, não havia canal sintonizado; acústica ruim, dava para ouvir tudo do corredor e até um pouco de quartos vizinhos.

Enfim, foi razoável para duas noites, mas pelos quesitos estacionamento e acústica, não me hospedaria novamente.

Pessoal muito receptivo, da cozinha, limpeza e recepção. Só uma funcionária da recepção que nao é muito simpática. Os meninos são excelentes recepcionistas, os de dia e da noite. Café da manhã normal. Só recomendaria prestar atenção no suco que estavam com muita água. Capuccino muito bom. Hotel muito bem localizado, pequeno e confortável. Lençóis cheiroso. Só as toalhas que merecem trocar porque já estão grosseiras e desgastadas. Travesseiro macios. O ar condicionado gela muito bem. O black-out muito bom.

Experiência boa, mas com excessos desnecessários

Me hospedei no hotel e, de modo geral, tive uma boa experiência. O ponto alto é, sem dúvida, o conforto e a excelente localização. O hotel fica próximo à Ponta Verde e permite fazer muita coisa a pé, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável.
No entanto, há alguns pontos que merecem atenção. Durante minha hospedagem, fui avisado quatro vezes que o checkout era ao meio-dia (na entrada e sempre que deixava o cartão na portaria). Isso causou certo constrangimento. Informações assim devem ser passadas uma única vez, no momento do check-in, de forma cordial. Além disso, senti falta de um pano de chão no box do banheiro, o que ajudaria a evitar que a água do chuveiro se espalhasse pelo quarto.
Com pequenos ajustes, a experiência pode ser ainda melhor.

Hotel bom, com localização agradável, próximo de mercado, farmácia e restaurantes. No entanto, achei a limpeza ruim — tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes na chegada devido à presença de muito pó e teias de aranha. Os quartos e banheiros são bem pequenos. É uma boa opção para quem está a trabalho, mas não é ideal para quem está de férias na praia.

Razoável pelo banheiro com água farquíssima.

O que não não foi bom é que a água do chuveiro é fraquíssima, péssima para tomar banho. A descarga do vaso é farquíssima tbm, 3 a 4 descargas. Fiquei no que eles chamam de cobertura (um 5o andar). Gostei da localização, atedimento e café da manhã.

O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, a equipe é treinada e atende com cortesia. Porém, alguns problemas me fizeram baixar a nota, como o chuveiro que nao tinha água morna e a tv que só disponibilizada tv aberta via app, e a Internet travou nas duas noites que fiquei hospedado, e não consegui assistir tv.

Ambiente sem higiene e educação

Experiência ruim. No primeiro instante durante check-in 2 funcionários discutindo em frente a todos ali na recepção, tivemos que aguardar para ser atendidos (até aí sem problemas), porém quando chegou nossa vez a atendente sequer nos chamou e começou a estralar o dedo (igual chamando um bicho).

Ao chegar no quarto tudo errado. Porta sem maçaneta, todos os suportes de toalhas soltos quase caindo, porta manchada, toalhas manchadas e roupas de cama com manchas escuras/marrom. O incidente com as toalhas foi pedido a troca porém todos os dias tinha novas toalhas manchadas de novo. Embaixo da cama IMUNDO, provavelmente nao tiram a cama do lugar a meses.

Café da manhã ok, nada de encher os olhos. Cama boa. Chuveiro ok porém pelo menos 10 minutos pra deixar numa temperatura boa.

Realmente o que fez nossa experiência ser pessima foi a má vontade da equipe, exceto o rapaz alto da noite que foi extremamente atencioso com nós. Fora, claro, a visivel sujeira do quarto e itens de HIGIENE

Se eu me hospedo em um hotel o mínimo esperado é educação e higiene do local e principalmente dos itens de higiene.

Vale pelo custo benefício

Hotel novo, quarto e banheiro pequenos, fiquei 3 dias e não foi feito a limpeza ou arramacao do quarto em nenhum dia, ar condicionado tem controle central mas não fica na temperatura que você coloca, colchão bom. Cafe da manhã básico, demora para reposição, sucos da região (não espere suco de laranja), destaque para o omelete feito na hora sob pedido. Dependendo do valor que conseguir a diária e se for só para dormir vale a pena.

Razoável, a limpeza do quarto e banheiro não estavam tão limpos, toalhas bem velhas e encardidas. Toalhas de praia muito boas. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã bem servido e variedades. Localização boa. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é a limpeza, não sei nos outros aptos, mas o que ficamos precisa muito melhorar a limpeza.
