Very well located hotel in Marseille. The staff was courteous and helpful. Fitness club 53 afiliated with the hotel was very nice also. Downside is the size of the room, I had to hop over my luggage to get to the bed and there was no room to eat. If you are facing the street it is a little noisy. The design of the bathroom door makes it slam into the corner of the shower room, I caught my fingers in between and that hurt like hell. The carpet in the hallway smelled like dirty bathroom on the first day, maybe the detergent was off because the second day there was no problem. Otherwise decent stay

The room was located far from the main building and lobby (300 meters!), Dark room with no view. Sewage smell in the bathroom. We decided to not stay and went to another hotel. The management refused to refund the full price, only 50%. Bad experience, I don't recommend this property

Fantastic apartment and great location, our only issue is that the Chromecast function on the TVs didn't work which although not essential, would have been a nice yo have access to things like Netflix for the kids.
We also tried using the washing machine to get on top of laundry and it leaked all over the bathroom, flooding the room. When we told reception we were informed that the washing machines don't work. This should have been mentioned at check in as we were left with a load of wet clothes that we couldn't dry before flying home. We were offered free breakfast as way of compensation which we gratefully accepted, but these issues did ruin the experience a little for us which is a shame.

Very clean property and is located in such an amazing area. The room is comfortable and well decorated. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. One of the ladies walked us over to where the suites are as it is away from the lobby. She even helped show us how the doors work to get in. The only \"issue\" we had was the air conditioning didn't work too well, so the room stayed around 26°C even when we set the temperature to the lowest setting.

There's an excellent system for ordering your breakfast in your room by which you can pick your choices and set the time for delivery, but the breakfast room is lovely. Lovely, stylish decor , its always nice to walk back into the beautiful entrance room after a day out. The location is exceptional. Stunning views of the old port. You're in the perfect spot to discover the port, the shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to Le Panier (the old part of town). Be aware that the port is bustling and noisy but the windows cut out a lot of the noise.

The location was great, very close to the Old Port and easily walkable for the tours we took. Reception was very helpful and friendly, with tips about a local bakery and shop. It was a bit warm, but maybe we didn’t figure out the air conditioning. I found the pillows hard. Having a washer was really handy in the hot weather.

We stayed at one of the apartments through Maisons Du Monde. It was a great location and easy to get around. Once we checked in at the main hotel, they walked with us and transported our luggage to the apartment building. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to answer questions. Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Perfectly located in the vieux port (old port) of Marseille. The room was small but very clean and in very good condition. Air conditioned room (temperatures reached ~95 degrees F every day during our stay). No parking on site but plenty of nearby parking. I parked at the \"Charles De Gaulle\" parking lot for ~120 euros for the whole week.
