Great place to stay in a fine city

Just want we wanted - a place to stay (2 or 3 of us at a time) before and after 3 days farther west in Brittany for the wedding of the son of French friends. Easy to do some sightseeing/eating/a little shopping farther into the center of town - walk to the castle, cathedral, little neighborhood restaurants. Small Carrefour grocery store around the corner. Flying in and out of Nantes direct from Montreal.

We booked for a one night stay, our room was large and well equipped for doing your own basic meal, we made tea and coffee and had our own breakfast. The bathroom was very roomy with the basics you would need, for the price it was good value, our only problem was it was a hot night, and the air conditioning was broken, they did give us a fan, but we needed to open the window, which was on the main traffic street , so very noisy and insects came in.

Great location, close enough to the centre but quiet too. Clean apartment, spacious, kitchen well equipped but nowhere to put anything down. Parking on the street but works out to be expensive, leave your car outside of the city or try and get into the Adagio parking but spaces are limited.

Simple with good location

It's located very close to tram line 3, which goes to the center of town (Commerce). You can also easily take line 3 to Neustrie and then get the 48 bus from there to the airport (leaves every 20 minutes). The breakfast buffet was good.

very nice quiet hotel - apartment very tidy and clean - the only fault I could find was that there was a coffee machine but no kettle which we would have preferred -
quite a few different restaurants around the hotel - peruvian/ vietnamese/italian and more and a supermarket 2 minutes walk away if you wanted any supplies for your little kitchen/fridge.
Totally recommend leaving the car at the hotel and using the tramway. no places to park in the city centre. Trams are very cheap and run every couple of minutes so no need to wait ages if you miss one. The hotel offers free maps of the city at reception - just ask - tramways and all the tourist sites are listed on the street map and are so easy to find. Nantes is a great place for all the family - lots to see and do from parks to cathedrals, chateau to a massive mechanical elephant you can ride on - definately a MUST do - great fun :)
when walking around don't forget to look up - many of the buildings have art on them - even a multi storey car park with a truck hanging off is art in this city - fun fun fun - lots of amazing things to see.The hotel had a good size breakfast room and the food was fresh. Staff friendly, reception very helpful

The location is good, a mere 10-15 minutes walk to downtown Nantes, and for its price, it's acceptable. However, a few minor details: the double bed was very small, maybe 1.5, and the carpet of the room looked like it needed renovation. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival, and the room was a bit tired. If you are just there for a few hours / to sleep, and you are looking for a good, clean option, this might be acceptable (albeit a larger bed is needed). If you expect cuteness in France, you may look somewhere else.

Most of my colleagues stayed at a nearby hotel but I was very happy with my choice. It was just a little out of the way which made it quaint. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was very handy. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. I declined breakfast and there were several bakeries and a grocery store within a blocks walking distance. This place does not appear to have staff at night, does not turn over the room every day and has you clean the dishes you use and take out your own trash. That all sounds fair to me and probably explains the great price. Highly recommended - I would gladly stay here again if I visit Nantes and I will consider their other hotels in the future.

A great base in Nantes

An ideal base for exploring the fine city of Nantes. Tramway just a couple of minutes' walk away. Useful supermarket very close plus bakers etc so you can self-catering if you wish. Reasonable prices for these mini-apartments.Suggestion: an armchair would be a good addition, making the room even more comfortable.

Well Located and Budget Friendly Aparthotel

My mother stayed here for three weeks while visiting me in France. The room was on the smaller side, but it had a a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, sink, and small refrigerator, which was perfect for her to prepare meals and store items. The bathroom was large and comfortable, and the room included a desk for her to use with the computer, or as a dining table.

The location is excellent, just next to Place Viarme with easy access to Tram Line 3. Downtown is three short stops away, or a 10-15 minute walk by foot. There is a small supermarket about 200 yards from the hotel, and the city's major farmer's market - Talensac - is about three blocks away.

The property itself is quite large and composed of several buildings, with a central grass courtyard. Her room was on the courtyard and was thus shielded from street noise. Wheelchair / stroller access is great on the property, which is not always the case in France.

The staff were attentive and spoke English very well. When my mother checked out, the woman on duty assisted with her luggage, which was very helpful and sweet.

Overall, if you're looking for an Aparthotel that is reasonably priced and in a great location, this is a good choice.

Good stay here. Only issue was that the reception was closed when arrived. If you are going to arrive at the weekend please note that the desk isn't open at certain times although this isn't mentioned when booking. There was a Carrefour supermarket which was useful round the corner. No English speaking TV channels but not a big issue.

Aparthotel Adagio Access Nantes Viarme

Staying here was a really pleasant experience. The room was a good size with a view overlooking the well kept garden, and with its own separate bathroom (very good shower), and separate small kitchen area, with a two hob ring - not that I did any cooking - (but it was good to know it was there had I needed it), a TV, and a phone. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast availabe if required, needs to be ordered the day before. On my first day here, I didn't realise this, but when I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, I was told no problem. After that I did order the day before whenever I wanted to eat breakfast in the dining area. Breakfast is 'continental'. Rolls and croisants were always very fresh and plentiful. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is, but there is a plentiful supply and no restriction on what, or how much you can eat. Aside from croisants and pastries there is fresh fruit too. Drinks available at breakfast are coffee, tea and juices, and there was plenty of milk so if you wanted to drink milk or if you had a child, it would not have been a problem. Breakfast is served quite early - 7am til 10am weekdays and 7.30 til 10.30am at weekends. If you didn't want to eat so early, you could always find a local cafe to eat in at a time better suited to yourself, but remember not to order breakfast if you are going to eat out the following day because if ordered, its payable.

We used this apartment hotel (one of nearly 10 in this chain we've stayed in during our four-month trip to Europe and found them to be a good deal for money. Save money by making your own meals in the small kitchen and walk to many local attractions. In this case, we used Nantes to visit La Rochelle (family history) and Carnac (prehistoric monuments) in day-long car trips, returning to Nante each evening. Nice to return to a cozy room and make our own breakfasts and dinners. A handy chain to use.

Good price for a studio.

We booked this to give us the option of cooking our own food, which we did. All in all it was a nice place. A little bit away from the Main Train Station and also the main city. But only a 20min walk to city or the tram leaves pretty much next street over.
The only main problem we had was a lack of hot water. It seemed to be a 1 or 2 min period when having a shower that it would work and then suddenly it would go cold. So you gotta be quick!!!

Bon point de chute pour découvrir Nantes

Un séjour sympathique pour découvrir la ville de Nantes. Propre, calme, et agréable. Les réceptionnistes étaient aimables et même l'un d'eux de bon conseil pour le festival de Jazz.
Par contre, le stationnement payant dans la rue nécessite l'utilisation d'une application et est un peu compliqué. Heureusement, Adagio dispose de quelques places (payantes aussi) et les transports sont gratuits à Nantes le week-end !

Je tenais à partager mon expérience concernant mon séjour dans cet hotel.

L'accueil par le réceptionniste était agréable à mon arrivée, ce qui m'avait initialement donné une bonne première impression. Malheureusement, cela a été rapidement gâché par l'état de la chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur nauséabonde, vraisemblablement due aux canalisations. Ce désagrément aurait pu être tolérable si le reste du séjour s'était bien passé.

Cependant, l'attitude du personnel le matin a été particulièrement désagréable. En me levant tôt, j'ai demandé poliment si je pouvais me servir un café en attendant le petit déjeuner, mais j'ai été très mal reçu. La réponse brusque et peu professionnelle du personnel m'a non seulement choqué mais a aussi grandement affecté mon opinion générale de l'hôtel.

En raison de ces expériences, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. J'aurais pu ignorer l'odeur si le service avait été correct, mais l'impolitesse du matin rend cet établissement déconseillé pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour accueillant.

O apparthotel é muito bom, o café da manhã bem servido. A recepcionista da manhã é bem comunicativa e simpática. As áreas da recepção e do café da manhã são bem limpas, no entanto, das oito noites que nos hospedamos lá, o quarto foi limpo somente uma vez, quando trocaram as toalhas e a roupa de cama, assim como a coleta dos lixos do banheiro e da cozinha. Nesse aspecto, acredito que poderia ser a cada dois dias.

Einzig die telefonische Auskunft am Tag vor meiner Ankunft an meine Tochter, die in Nantes wohnt und für mich wegen des Codes für das Eingangstor sowie die Haustüre nachgefragt hat, war fehlerhaft: meiner Tochter wurde gesagt, es brauche keinen Code. So musste meine Tochter am 26. Juli 2022 um 22.30 Uhr den Concierge anrufen und nachfragen.

bien pour un très court séjour

sejour correct Je suis plutot d 'accord sur le fait que le ménage ne soit pas fait quotidiennement mais une fois par semaine c'est plus écologique, moins de gaspillage par contre que les serviettes ne soient pas changées 1 jour sur 2 c'est un manque d'hygiène Le rideau de douche par génial non plus

Die Lage war gut.
Das Zimmer war irgendwie nicht ganz befriedigend. War aber an einer eher sicheren Lage. Mit Zaun rund herum.

Séjour Parfait

Ce séjour d'une nuit a été parfait, il n'y a vraiment rien à dire. Cet établissement est très propre, soigné, le personnel d' accueil est très agréable, le logement était calme situé en rez de chaussé, la literie confortable.
Je recommande cet établissement.
