Our room had two comfortable beds. Since there was a kitchenette, there was a strong odor of curry (or similar) from a previous resident. It lingered for to two nights of our stay. Driving into and out of complex was complicated and delayed us significantly (both ways)

We knew this would be budget when we booked and were ok with that. Its location to the river and the Machines de l’Île was important to us, as was a kitchen to save money. We stayed in a two level apartment - trundle bed/couch situation for the kids on the first level. Awkward to have to walk downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it’s connected to the kitchen which was odd. No dish towel provided for the kitchen so had use a bathroom hand towel, which was ok. Really appreciated their sustainability efforts with recycling and compost.

Nice place to stay - just not during a heatwave
I stayed in this hotel for a 2 night business trip in June 2019. The hotel is in a decent area, with a tram stop 100 meters away.the tram will take 5 mins to the city centre. Walking Time to the centre is approx 15 minutes. The room was basic but clean. Fresh sheets were provided but the only toiletries were toilet paper and shampoo/shower combination. There was no soap or other items. The hotel is not fitted with air conditioning, and as I was there during a heatwave, was very hot and quite uncomfortable. All staff were friendly at every interaction

Close to the rive but a little out of the main town. The room we were allocated was very worn and very noisy being next to the front door and under the main stairs. We had 3 children under 6 and a pregnant mum in our group so were often woken up when guests came home at various hours of the morning.

The room and hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was very loud at night. The elevators didn't go to all the floors, had to carry all my bags up stairs. They left all the keys for everyone checking in after 15:00 in a lock box that everyone had the code for. The entrance was down a very dark street. I couldn't find my room, another guest had to help me to a back elevator. Location was good.

The reception is closed between 12 and 2. The room was really subpar without any furniture to speak of, the kitchen oven was missing its window and made a lot of noise that could not be stopped, the mechanical curtains in one of the bedrooms were blocked closed, etc, etc. This is not an expensive place I admit but a large room in a Marriott Courtyard in the US will be a million miles better for the same price.

Picked the hotel for the location - directly across the river from where I needed to be. The hotel was ok if you were looking to cook in your apartment but the downside to that is that the bed is a sofa bed and as such not particularly comfortable. Bit of black mould around the shower base and most things about the room felt pretty cheap, but it was ok for one night. Don't pay for the breakfast.

\"Hide and Seek\" for your key and your room
The \"hotel\" was operated more as a vacation home without any services (bed not cleaning); that was not made clear. The instruction to get the room key out of reception time (after 5pm on a Sat) was not clear; there is no map provided for the \"two\" hotel lifts (only one of which will get to your room, and start from different floors !!), nor simple instruction to the closiest supermarket (which is a necessity if you arrive on Sat evening, since there is no breakfeast on Sun, even if you wish to pay for it) !! Overall, it is OK if you know all these beforehand and explained in simple English; However, none of the above information was available, leaving firsttime customer in limbo, esp. on a Sat evening !!! BTW, top floor is very hot on a summer day, no air conditioning

One of the television channels did not work, I advised the staff, they were aware of the problem. Unfortunately, it was not solved yet by the time I left (10 days later...).
There was quite a bit of dust on the woodwork in the bathroom, which I cleaned myself.
I was surprised since my last stay was a lot more enjoyable, I can only hope this is a mishap, and not a trend.

Basic but comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The general decor was OK, the wi-fi worked well and the staff were generally very helpful. My only complaint is that although I had asked for a non-smoking room, the room I was given smelt of cigarette smoke. I opened the window and the smell dissipated quite quickly, but I am sure that some people would find this highly troublesome. The hotel was also in an excellent location, with a metro stop right outside!

As long as you know that the reception is not open all day and plan for it, you'll be quite happy. I had a few problems because of it but it wasn't the hotels fault, it was Air France (who are just a bit crap!) Small rooms, but that's what I expect in France and they were very comfortable.

Litterie inconfortable, accès difficile (voie étroite et double sens mais une seule voie), prises éléctriques au sol placée loin de chaque support que ce soit table ou lit. Bouilloire avec le manche cassé.

Pas cher mais parking payant donc on s'est garé ailleurs. On a dû refaire le code une dizaine de fois avant de pouvoir rentrer suite à une sortie resto. Impossible de prendre l'ascenseur qui, visiblement, a des problèmes connus. Pas de climatisation ni de ventilation donc obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de profiter du bruit de la ville...

Après le séjour passez dans « l’appartement » qui ressemblait à un tipie, nous avons trouver à notre entrée dans l’appartement une odeur de cuisine désagréable voir gênante…
