The first room we were had no running water in shower, had stains that looked like from cigarette burns on couch and one of the pillows, the radiator was on and could not be swithced off during summer. We asked for room exchange, and we got much better room with nice view, although the first room was clasified as “superior” and the new one was “ordinary”. We stayded four nights and during that time did not recieve any room service, so had to go pick up toilet paper by ourselves. To be fair - the second room we enjoyed and did not mind the small inconvinience, but the price for this type of room was rather high.

Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above.

Location wise its a good half hr walk to the centre but the bus is very close and only three stops to the cathedral area.

This hotel is rather new, located on Ile de Nantes a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the Chateau. It is in a good neighborhood, near universities and the convention centre. The rooms are not very large, on par with French size standards, but reasonably comfortable and very clean. There is a miniature kitchenette, but it is doubtful anyone would cook more than a cup of coffee there. The wifi was decent. The staff was professional and friendly. We would stay there again.

La chambre est pas terribles quand on voit l'état des prises qui s'arrachent du mur, les moutons de poussière au niveau des radiateurs et dans les coins de mur ainsi que sous le canapé. La douche est à revoir car le joint de la porte est défectueux, la pomme de douche ne tient pas et il doit y avoir du calcaire car ça ne coule pas très bien. Il y a du froid qui passe au niveau de la fenêtre.
