The Citadines Confluent Nantes welcomes you to a contemporary setting that combines comfort, independence, and a friendly atmosphere. Located across from the Pole Santé Confluent Vivalto, 350 meters from the Pirmil tram stop.
It offers quick access to downtown Nantes (10 minutes from the Commerce stop). We are 15 minutes from the train station and Nantes Atlantique Airport.
With direct access from the Nantes ring road, we have a private underground parking garage, accessible 24 hours a day (additional charge of €14 per night). The location is a major plus! Very convenient to the center of town with a quick tram ride, or a pleasant walk. It was a welcome change from a standard hotel, especially having a fully functioning kitchen to prepare meals with fresh finds from the local marché.
A few drawbacks to note: housekeeping is not daily, and extra coffee pods cost 2 EUR each after the initial two. Also, on the 7th floor, guests cannot open the windows themselves; you have to request that staff air out the room while you are out.

We stayed for a city break. It was okay hotel staff varied from semi helpful to not helpful at all. Our rooms amenities were very limited and even though we were booked for 4 days they gave us 2 coffee pods for the machine.... which only took this specific type of pod and when we asked for more there was a charge and depending on the dah and who you asked the price varied from 1 euro to 3 euros per pod.... which i argued with staff on this

Have you ever been on a city break, choosen an apartment based hotel based on it having a swimming pool, to find it was actually located in the attached old filks home. Think thats bad, tjen find the reception staff act as they also come from the old fols home, they certainly hav'nt been trained in hosputality. Air condition, slight trickle of cold air, windows bolted shut, might as well have been locked in an oven.
And if you want more than 2 cups of coffee on a four day stay get ready to pay 1 euro each for a coffee capsule. Whatever this place is, its out of town location seems to be an excuse to releive you of your money andcif you want hospitality look elsewhere. But who knows if you want the gailty towers experience without the humour this maybe the place for you!!

Quelle déception. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de 4 étoiles. Moisiure dans la salle de bain, manque des verres et couverts dans la petite cuisine. Surtout il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre et les fenêtres sont condamnées, donc pas d'aire. Comment cet hôtel peut dire que les chambres sont climatisées ??? Je constate que plusieurs autres ont laissé le même avis.

Que dire de ce séjour catastrophique. Lors de notre arrivée on nous informe que la piscine est fermée pour des raisons de sécurité. Super !! Nous avions expressément choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine. Que faire avec des ados quand tout est fermé le dimanche et que la piscine est fermée ??? Ensuite nous avons voulu commander des repas, pas de chance aucun repas n’est possible non plus. Bref hôtel à éviter et quant au dédommagement l’hôtel refuse toute négociation

A l arrivée dans notre chambre , la porte des sanitaires( douche et wc) était bloqué, nous l avons signalé a l agent d accueil qui n' a rien fait, aucune aide, pas d autre chambre disponible et aucune réponse adaptée.

Hotel récent, intérieur propre et spacieux, dommage que la clim ne fonctionne pas malgrès tout les réglages que nous avons fait. La fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas... il a donc fait très chaud lors de ce séjour.

The hotel is a little out of the centre, but a tram station is close by and sightseeing is easily possible. The facilities and rooms are clean and there is a laundry room, which is convenient. It was particularly convenient that there are plenty of plug sockets to plug in. One point is that for the high price, cleaning and towel changes are extra, so it was slightly overpriced.

Super séjour aux Citadines Confluent de Nantes! C’est un hôtel-appartement récent, très bien conçu, de qualité, et très propre. Le service a été impeccable, autant à la réception qu’au petit déjeuner qui est très bien garni! On a accès au stationnement directement de la réception, ce qui est très pratique. En voiture ou bus, l’accès au centre-ville prend environ 10mins. Somme toute c’est un très, très bon endroit où se loger sur Nantes.
