Good hotel close to the city bus station. City communications is free over weekends. There was a small issue when we checked in that takes some time. After checking in we got a key to the room and we found that there was already someone. We have to go back to reception. Hotel is clean and was ok for short stay.

Good hotel for the price with car parking. A fast transit ride from downtown. Big bathroom, not so big double bed - might be the european standard. Restaurant on site but not other dining option unless you go downtown where there are plenty.

A Good Stay and a Great Value

The room was very comfortable and the only problem was a noise (quite loud) which seemed to be wind blowing through some sort of slatted panel outside above the window. It wasn't a particularly windy night and I would hate to think how noisy it would have been if it was.

Convenient position for our needs.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stop. The room was fine, clean, with a large bed and good shower room. Free parking and Air Conditioning. There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel, so getting into the City Centre is easy. The restaurant menu was limited. We often book Campanile hotels as they offer an omelette and fries which is suitable for a Vegetarian, but this one didn't, so we had to go into town. I asked for a room away from the main road, so it was very quiet.

Welcoming staff in reception and helpful with travel & local area.Good location...few minutes ride on tram to the Chateau and park.
Had buffet meal in the restaurant and unfortunately the hot food had dried up however the starters & deserts were good. In future would go for something freshly cooked.
Shower door in en suite didn't close properly & sink water slow to drain...just a bit of maintenance needed.
Best rates are for weekend stay.
All in all enjoyable & served it's purpose.

I was not really happy with the attitude of the hotel staff. Majority of them were not very friendly I must say and not helpful at all. They do not make any effort to solve any problems or help you with any question you may have. Not a pleasant stay unfortunately which doesn't encourage me to stay in there again. I believe that definitely they need to develop their service quality.

Overall it was a good stay. Only problem was that the double room had only one bath towel and no hand towel. The same in the second room for my son.
The buffet of starters was excellent but the hot buffet not recommended. By 8pm there were no vegetables left and the meats other than the joint were dry and tired. The breakfast buffet had big empty dishes by 9.15 and breakfast was served til 10.
The hotel itself was exceptionally good pity about the food

Great location. The hotel is near the mall which has the only Starbucks within 50 miles. Honestly the cafes are way better and have fresh pastries being made hourly.
Unrelated topic, the gas station next to the hotel is tricky and you must be careful because they charge your credit card 120.00 euros no matter what. I was told it’s to make sure you have enough money.

Surprisingly we really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very nice. It was very affordable, fun colors, the room was nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well. Free wifi and parking (which was huge in Nantes - a busy city!). We were able to buy a coffee to go in the morning which was great!

We used this hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying out of Nanates Atlantique. Chosen to give us a chance to look at Nantes itself, the hotel filled the bill perfectly.

It is a typical Campanille standard so facilities are limited but completely predictable and well executed.

Good value option for the odd night

a very good low cost option if you need a night before a flight. Location not ideal if you do not have a car. Take your own English tea if that is your preference. Uber is a good option for getting to the airport. Breakfast is a pretty good buffet. I wouldn't stay here for a weeks holiday but for a single night it was ideal.

Horrendous drive through Nantes in rush hour!? Took nearly 2 hours to do 8 miles. Steep bank to underground car park, easier to exit. Good shower, bed ok, food in restaurant poor, both had dicky tummies the next morning

Average stay just outside Nantes.

Check-in average, hallway to room very smoky due to proximity to main entrance, where everyone smokes just outside. Triple room quite small, less than half the size of the triple room at the Campanile in Vineuil, which we stayed at earlier on this trip. Extremely firm bed. Dinner 19,50 for entrée plus dessert or entrée plus hot buffet, but food was not very good. Stale hot items sitting on heat for too long. Pluses were free parking and on bus line to old Nantes. OK stay for visiting Nantes. Staff was cordial.

This was our second time staying here and everything was fine - except - the menu in the restaurant does not change enough if you are staying regularly
We ordered a taxi late in the evening for the following morning - and after waiting ten minutes past the due time we gave up and sorted other transport ourselves. We assume the receptionist had not bothered to book the taxi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was extremely disappointing and could have been catastrophic if we hadn't caught our flights

A very smart hotel with very efficient staff

This hotel is very central. The staff were friendly and efficient and our room for disabled guests was ideal, offering plenty of room and excellent bathroom facilities. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, which was sorely needed as the temperatures were soaring, and it was attended to and resolved immediately. The hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare and therefore the double glazed windows cannot be opened.

All in all an enjoyable three nights stay.

Parking garage was impossible to maneuver and they had problems with the air condition and said that normally there is no air condition at night. We had to sleep with the window open and the noise from the delivery truck began at 6:30am. We had only bath towels , and no hand towels.
We moved to another hotel down the road and it was new and so much better.
Very happy to leave this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds in a quiet room, despite being at the front of hotel and facing a busy road.Ideally situated for E1.60 bus trip into old town. Pity about the food in the restaurant though which let it down. A burger proved to be a hot bun with a tiny amount of cold sliced doner kebab inside and my wife's pizza was awful.We didn't bother going for breakfast but bought croissants from supermarket next door instead.

Easter Break in Nantes

Hotel is fine for a short break. Nantes is well worth exploring and we also took the coach to La Rochelle, returning by train just for a day trip. As the hotel is next to a bus stop (The Bus Way - it operates like a tram) its very easy to get into town and the connecting trams through the city. For 1.5€ you can travel for up to an hour.
The hotel was clean, rooms a little small but good value. We had the buffet dinner one evening which was OK but not great, the starters and desserts were good with lots of choice but the hot main dishes were limited, a bit dry and not very hot.
Overall I would 100% recommend the hotel for a well priced break that is a short flight away, but would suggest avoiding the hotel restaurant as there is far better choice to be had in the city centre. Most bars & restaurants are in the area between the Chateau toward the city centre shops, a short walk from the bus stop at Anne Chateau or Foch Cathedral.

1 grande serviette et 1 petite pour 2 personnes.pas top. Point positif. La literie et l’écran tv.le parking payant pas signalé à la réception et surtout le tarif pour une nuit.. malgré le panneau qui signale que je n’ai pas remarqué avec des heures de routes.. 1ère fois dans un hôtel que je vois cela. Accueil parfait et parfaite compréhension du personnel… prise en compte de la chambre à 15h 40 alors que l’aspirateur n’était pas passé à mon n’arrivé. Les draps avec des taches.. dommage. Mais les commentaires servent à améliorer le service.. merci pour l’accueil du personnel .

A 60 metri dal bus n.4, il quale porta direttamente in centro città, passando da un grande centro commerciale sull'isola di Ile.

Tutto nella media della sua fascia di prezzo.
Non è presente un armadio e poco posto per l'abbigliamento, bagno spazioso.
In dotazione un utile bollitore con alcune bustine di preparati per bevande.
Sto aspettando da diversi giorni risposta ad accrediti anomali effettuati dalla struttura.

Séjour dans l'hôtel vraiment médiocre la literie serait à changer rapidement grosse cuvette au milieux du matelas sommier qui grince , le bourdonnement de la clim même a l'arrêt bruyant dans les couloirs vers les 2h du matin le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Bon ça commence à faire beaucoup pour le prix de la nuit !!!!!!!

Esperienza poco piacevole a partire dalla richiesta di 50 euro di caparra per motivi ancora da.capire.Inoltre la camera è essenziale,con asciugacapelli rotto,macchie di umido in bagno,muri sporchi e con crepe.Abbiamo richiesto riassetto camera e non é stato effettuato)Costo parcheggio 10 euro al giorno(nelle altre catene di b&b similari é gratuito)I ragazzi della reception disponibili.Buona la colazione ma non ritorneremo.Attendiamo restituzione caparra 50 euro

Dans le sud de Nantes difficile d'accès, le parking est payant à 10 € la journée. Le restaurant est correct mais attention au tartare où le tabasco est renversé, les viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner étaient trop cuites et un peu sèches. La literie doit être changée car matelas à ressorts très inconfortable. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et calme. La salle de bain toilette est propre et bien agencée.

Client régulier de l'hôtel depuis plusieurs années, au début tout allait bien. Comme tous les hôtels il suffisait de payer sa chambre.
Ensuite il a fallu donner son empreinte bancaire (ils prennent tous vos numéros de carte) zéro sécurité... Et maintenant il faut en plus laisser une préautorisation de 50 euros.
La confiance reigne !
Mr le directeur, quelle est la prochaine étape ? RIB ? 3 bulletins de salaire ? Avis d'imposition ?

Séjour pro, pas de stationnement à proximité hors celui payant de l’hôtel. Établissement très récent et pourtant, et c’est le principal motif au vu du tarif de la chambre, il est extrêmement bruyant. Isolatio. Phonique inexistante, tant côté rue que côté couloir, ce qui constitue une gêne certaine au vu du trafic dense de la rue en pied d’hôtel. Plus jamais pour moi …
