Cons: Big brown stain on the curtain in the room which was very visible as soon as we walked in. Uncomfortable, thin pillows. The window made a loud whistling noise all night long because of the wind. No kettle in the room and you can't make a hot drink anywhere - we asked at reception hoping we could use the breakfast coffee machine, but were promptly charged €3.40 on the spot for a small cup of tea. Breakfast was very limited and disappointing for the price - if I came back I'd definitely not bother and would go to the Lidl across the road instead.

I wanted to stay slightly out of the centre with fairly easy access from the peripherique, and this hotel fit the bill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the tram stop for a tram to go into Nantes centre.

We came late and it's the same property with the budget hotel, one! receptionist for the style and the budget, that was nice and did everything to mske it pleasant but it's not her fault that the chain wants to save salaries and only one personnel for the 2 hotels when having 10 families on the desk....

Late night arrival from airport.
Withy a very late arrival, receptionist couldn't have done better even though her English was not brilliant. This was our fault for not speaking better French. After accessing our room we then went to the bar and our friend served us here as well. We then sat in the car park at the front entrance and had a couple of beers. Room was spacious and clean and very modern, as was the bar/breakfast/lounge area. very creative and fun.

Good over night stop before flight
Used this airport as a an overnight stay before an international flight. It was good for this purpose.no food available as long weekend and as there were some roads closed for the holiday celebration we decided to walk the 10 mins to Burger joint. It took 20 mins but being the only place open met our needs. Probably usually there are other places easily accessible by car.

It is located not so far from city centre, the tram station is nearby, drinks to your choose at reception, great lounge area. The room was good but we could have stayed at the Ibis Budget just as well because the breakfast was not worth the difference we paid and we spent very little time in the room! Unwanted wake up calls
I asked for breakfast at 5.15, and did not ask for any wake up call. I got a call at 4.30 to say my breakfast was ready and again at 4.55 as an unwanted wake up call!

As I arrived at 10pm the Hotel was very quiet but the man at check in polite and friendly. Nobody else in the bar so no atmosphere and nobody serving except the check in man. I suspect the Hotel had few guests but it was Friday night. Breakfast was adequate but only one other guest when I was eating.

Des travaux ont été réalisés (changements au niveau de la grande salle accueil (Style et Budget) et restauration) ce qui donne un aspect cosy mais les petites attentions d'avant ont disparu : pas de distributeur de boissons à accès libre, pas de friandises et bouteille d'eau dans la chambre (Style). Gros changement : unique salle de petit déjeuner côté Budget. Les clients Budget y gagnent pour le choix mais tout est en petites portions ce qui fait que si l'on emporte son plateau du côté restaurant (Style) faute de place, il faut passer devant le comptoir d'accueil (clients en attente possible) pour se resservir en boissons ou autres (2x15m). L'hôtel reste sympathique malgé tout.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié, le lit confortable. Le personnel est professionnel et attentif. L’hôtel manque un peu de confort en général. Pas de serviettes pour les mains dans les chambres par exemple, seulement une serviette de taille moyenne par personne. Pas de verrou intérieur aux portes ce qui permet l’entrée du personnel de ménage quand on est encore dans sa chambre.

De passage sur nantes accueille avec le sourire, mais de l'attente et pas d'explications sauf pour la taxe et les extra. Chambre sommaire mais suffisante pour un passage ménage général correcte mais devrait etre plus approfondi toile d'araignée au niveau de rideau. Manque de serviette meme si je pense que si on avait demandé on aurait eu. Petit déjeuner tres bien tres bon manque juste des étiquettes sur les paniers et devant les préparations, moi qui suis petite je ne vois pas ce qu'il y a dans le panier du haut et les compotes on ne sait pas ce que sait.

Das Hotel ist modern, das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und bestens ausgestattet. Das Frühstück können wir empfehlen, besonders den frisch gepressten Orangensaft der im Preis inbegriffen ist. Zudem ein geschützter kostenloser Parkplatz. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist allerdings nicht so gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am besten Auto oder ÖPNV (vor Ort) nutzen. Uns hat das Hotel und das gastfreundliche Personal gefallen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Que agradável surpresa. Realmente muito satisfeito. É comum pensar que a cadeia Ibis é de classe inferior. Pois este Hotel é muito bom. Já fiquei em hotéis de 4 estrelas e não tem esta qualidade. Instalações modernas e agradáveis. Quarto moderno.Cama muito confortável. Pequeno almoço muito, muito bom. Sumo de laranja natural, espremido na hora, através de uma máquina automática. Panquecas, salada fruta, etc. Se algum dia voltar a Nantes, de certeza que ficarei hospedado neste hotel. Nem irei procurar alternativas.

Bon accueil hôtel convenable mais un \"sur classement\" sans aucun intérêt bien au contraire une fois plus les hôteliers vous mettes dans une chambre PMR sans vous prévenir avoir une chambre plus grands avec un lit supplémentaire me sert à rien une douche complètement inadapté car trop petite avec toilette dans la même pièce....
