Hotel was generally very tired - bath side panel missing, flooring lifting in places, curtains a bit grubby etc.

The “gym” was a tiny room with a single rower, no weights at all and not much else to speak of - with three people in there was no room to even get in, let alone workout.

Breakfast was awful. Absolutely not worth the money: €17!!! The coffee machine was out of order on the 1st day, the fresh fruit was a few brown bananas & some dried out satsumas. The yoghurt & milk were not chilled. The selection was very poor.

Location close to the station was good though and the staff were helpful.

Room conditions were just average. Needs a thorough deep clean. Stains on the walls, areas need to be re-caulked, floors are warping, parts of the bathroom were falling apart. Not as clean as a lot of reviews I read indicated. Staff was were very friendly and helpful.

The room needs an upgrade but it was fine (the floor was water damaged, we had difficulty getting hot water in the kitchen). The shower was very tiny. The staff was very helpful. We loved the town and never needed the tram since the major sites and major shopping were within easy walking distance. We picked the hotel because of its convenience to the train station.

It was all good, not excellent but good. I had a tough sleep the first night, thin mattress, but then i got used to it.
I got most of my garbage out but that in the bin. I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out. It's not the end of the world and honestly, it's cheap to ask your guest to do that. I dont mind doing it, again, got all the boxes, bottles, whatever i had in there for 5 days BUT the garbage bin which was a room one so small. I know it's an apart hotel, but still, you dont clean you dont do anything, at least take the garbage out lol. In the end the guest is gonna change the bed too :))). Overall was good.

Very functional place to stay, especially for a work trip. Unusually good lighting! And a nice large table to work at. Very firm mattress . The tiny kitchen area is good for heating up food that you buy at the convenience grocery nearby. Don’t pay in advance for the sub-par breakfast; crowded and slow on busy days. Go to the Cafe des Plantes around the corner! It’s misleading that they advertise a gym: a tiny room with one bike, one rower, and no weights or bar. I’d consider staying there again for sure, if I don’t want to pay more for something more plush.

The receptionists were wonderful but the maintenance of the property was poor. There was a ball of hair and dirt (probably from the drain) in the towel. The door lock was also slightly dodgy, so I had to use clothes hangers to secure them and feel safe.

The property was located close to mass transportation and the people working there were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we arrived one of the doors to the rooms would not lock from the outside which posed some security issues so that was inconvenient. The lock was fixed the next day. The hallway rugs are not very clean and my room did not smell very clean upon arrival.

We did have an issue with a homeless man coming up to our group and being rather aggressive and following us around. We ducked quickly back into our hotel but he followed us and shouted at us which really scared our students. This does happen in large cities but unfortunately it happened the first night that we were there. There are also men who gather on that street and did call out and verbally harass us in the evenings.

The rooms themselves are very well equipped and the beds and rooms are very comfortable. All in all you get good value for the money however the area could potentially be an issue.

An excellent spacious option in a great location. Despite the city being busy we didn't encounter any noise or disturbance. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is just two minutes walk from the railway station ( also the drop off point for airport shuttle bus).
As an aparthotel we had the equivalent of two rooms, each with a sleeping option, so much better than a normal hotel. There was also a small kitchen with all necessary appliances so we could could eat in the room without a problem.
Finally, Nantes is a great city with a young vibrant population and lots of eating and drinking options.

Had a fabulous weekend in Nantes for the Irish rugby match. Hotel was comfortable but we had 3 rooms in our group ,each room the air conditioning would not go below 24°. On asking the night porter he said it cannot be changed ! Except for the fact we got a fan i would not have slept at all . In one room the shower was cold at all times . The breakfast was very disappointing. Each morning we had to ask for food as it was not replenished very often . On the last morning ttere was no milk at all for tea or cereal ,only a small amount of bread and no fruit or juice . When asked for more we were told they had none . Hotel was very central and otherwise comfortable.

We booked two rooms with twin beds and paid extra for it. When we arrived we found only one bed in the room, we went to the reception at the hotel and they claimed that the room also has a sofa on which you can sleep. Of course it was not great when we booked two beds. Since no one wanted to sleep on a couch we asked that if this was the case they would switch to a regular room
(With one bed) and returned the extra payment paid for two separate beds but they refused.

Stay as far away from this place as you can! It’s in a splendid location, 5 min from the north entrance of the Gare. This means it’s also close to the airport shuttle bus (both lieu unique and the Gare are drop off points). The flat is ok, at first everything looks nice, like a comfortable apartment.
But the heater in my room didn’t work, although I left it on 29 degrees and high fan, because the room was freezing! First I was patronised by reception staff, who was as rude as french hotel staff can get! Then I was given a hand held device - which also didn’t work! - and an extra blanket. They made up my couch into a single bed, when I was alone in my room (and therefore I couldn’t use the couch as cushions were missing).
The bath was nice but the shower kept running hot and cold.
You had to take your own rubbish out on departure! No-one cleaned or changed towels during my stay - I don’t expect every day cleaners in apartments, but I expected to be told when.
The room was cold and noisy, partially street noise. The furniture was ok, as were kitchen utensils. No complimentary tea and coffee.
They had a bad policy concerning check out (at 11am) and to stay later you had to pay 50 euros until 4pm. Well, I only needed the room until 1 pm so I didn’t. 50 euros is more than what I paid per night through Expedia, so I don’t know who they were kidding.
Finally, the communications were awful. They didn’t reply to my emails.

It was such a pleasant stay. The location was fantastic. Although the sofa bed was pretty narrow, maybe a bit narrower than twin bed, but I was okay and slept without a hassle. Staff people were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning worked flawlessly and a bathroom was very clean. If I ever have a chance to revisit Nantes, I would definitely stay here again!

We had actually checked in further down the road, also through Hotels.com - we saw the room and wondered if the carpets had ever been cleaned. Booked Adagio immediately and had positive experience on all counts. Apartments are really well situated for all points of interest. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Our lady receptionist was so helpful and always had a smile, her English was also perfect. The apartments are very easy to reach from the airport. Use the 48 bus and then tram line 3 to commerce, it costs 1euro70 per person if you buy a ticket from the machine at the airport. Nantes is beautiful with so much to see and do. Everywhere is walkable and all the people are so friendly.

This hotel has an excellent location: 5 minutes from train station (Nantes Central) and tramway. It is next to le Chateau Des Ducs de Bretagne and many attractions. However, it is basic and not luxurious. It is more like a 3-stars than 4-stars hotels. The rooms could use some updates.

This was my second time to stay here, last visit in September was a better experience because air conditioning worked and had English speaking channel s , service is still good but when I enquired about the TVs channels , I was simply told they were no longer available, my air conditioning was definitely switched off When I enquired, I was brought to an office beside reception and shown how to work it , I informed the receptionist that I knew how it worked, it just simply was not working on our floor I was told she would inform next shift but nothing was done. The extraction fans in the toilet or over the cooker were not working either and they all appeared to be on the air con system , it seemed to be a cost cutting move as all the corridor s were also stuffy, very uncomfortable stay for my three days,

Simple, well-equipped, good location.

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the nearby Cite de Congress. The location is perfect for that - about six minutes walk, partly along a river, away from the conference centre. It's also very close to the railway station and botanic gardens, and pretty good for the town centre. The next block over has lots of sex shops, which might bother some people, but it's on a main street and not in a seedy-feeling area.

Staff were excellent: welcoming and knowledgable, with good English.

I had a \"studio apartment\" and it was well-appointed with sofa-bed, table, two chairs, small kitchenette. It was, however, suffering a bit of a maintenance deficit - blown light bulbs, a toilet seat not properly attached to the toilet, a shower screen that didn't fully close, meaning that I flooded the floor when I took a shower. Nothing big, nothing showstopping, just minor annoyances.

I'd stay here again.

However we had no television for the entire four nights as after three times being told it would be fixed gave up and just read our books. It was not fixed before we left either. Staff at desk promised help with onward bookingin Tours but it did not materialise and our computer was playing up so could not get on to Hotels.com. Managed to get help from Kyriad Hotel who booked us in on their telephone at no cost to us in their hotel in Tours.

This aparthotel is located near the train station. The room was large with small kitchenette with stove and microwave. All the kitchen utensils were provided. The bathroom was large and the toilet was in a separate room. Access to public transport across the road and the castle was nearby.Wifi was free. The only negative point was the apartment was not clean during my four day stay.

I would definitely book again!

I loved the fact that all the amenities like dishes, coffee maker, cleaning supplies were in the room, clean, and available for use. Really a great place for a longer than one night stay. A bakery and grocery store were nearby so it was easy to pick up food so that meals could be prepared in the room rather than dining out for every meal which can get tiresome. The bathroom was impeccable! Also the hotel was exceptionally quiet. We were never disturbed by the activities of other guests.

We arrived at the hotel at 13.30pm, very, very hot and tired - we are both over 65 years. We were told, rather abruptly that our room would not be ready until 15.00pm. We could leave our heavy cases but no other comfort was offered to us. When we returned at 15.00 pm - even more hot and tired - we were told that our room still was not ready (the hotel was allegedly full) and would be available in 15 minutes. Our room was eventually ready at 15.35pm. NOT GOOD! We never met anyone in the corridor or the lift during our 4 day stay so we cannot understand why we were told that the hotel was full! The room was good when we eventually got in and we would have no problem advising people to go there - just don't go before 3.00pm!!! The young gentleman on reception was exceedingly courteous - the woman was not!

Adiago Aparthotel- super modern, nice, convenient

I was very happy with this hotel. I mostly stay in cheaper places, but having a kitchen allowed me to avoid the expense of eating out. Very comfortable place to sleep and work -- very roomy for a solo traveler, fine for a duo. Laundromat on the premises is handy. Very near the train station, but I was on the fifth floor and had no noise problems, even on New Year's Eve! Not quaint, cute or particularly French-- just good.

Les plinthes, le sol étaient très abîmé, une fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas mais mal fermée.
Pas d'eau chaude dans la baignoire, heureusement dans la douche il y en avait.
Matelas très mou, assez désagréable, les rideaux ne font pas une occultation complète de l'appartement.
Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant.

Accueil sympathique de la réceptionniste. Mais la chambre ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé : pas de climatisation fonctionnelle, des trous dans les rideaux, plancher gondolé, toilette capricieuse, pas de stationnement de disponible à notre arrivée, une seule personne à la réception malgré un journée de fin de semaine. Nous avons quitté et choisi un autre hôtel tout près. Notre meilleure décision du voyage !

Wir waren zu dritt und waren positiv überrascht dass man auch in einem großen Zimmer Privatsphäre haben kann, schöne geschnitten und abgetrennt, große Schränke und Badewanne. Nur TV ist nur auf Französisch. Ein top Bonus ist dass man jederzeit warme Getränke umsonst bekommt- Kaffee, Tee, heiße Schokolade usw. Der junge Mann am Empfang war so nett beim zweiten Besuch unsere Zimmer zu tauschen, alle sehr aufmerksam. Danke

Très bon aparthotel avec studio spacieux et très bon accueil du personnel. Bien placé a coté de la gare et du tram.
Petit dejeuner bien trop cher pour le choix proposé...
Très peu de réseau dans les chambres

Accueil très chaleureux, hôtel idéalement positionné pour visiter Nantes à pied ou en tram, des progrès peuvent être faits pour le petit déjeuner, propreté satisfaisante.
